I would like to share my feedback on your service for my consignment.
From day 1, when my items were packed the truck took almost 5 to 6 hrs to reach my place for picking up the items.
From day 2 till today- i have not at all received any update on my house hold goods which is placed on your storage. No phone calls, no photos, no videos, etc.
i am literally loosing my trust and confidence in you guys. Being an owner i should be authorised to see the condition of my goods.
Whenever i called i just got to hear one sentence and that is “it is in the cube/ container and will be shifting it soon and share the pics and videos.”
Its been more than 2 weeks now and i don't have any idea where my goods are! and in which condition!

I would like to highly escalate it and want a proper resolution, else i might have to file a complain in the social media or consumer forum.

They forcefully fit two cube items into one cube. In front of me they have fit the all items in two and after that they asked for money. but latter on they have have mixed all items in one cube which has increased damage.

Also they did not told about that there will be 4-5 breaks during whole journey, so when i came to know this i requested for increase the In transit damage coverage insurance. Shipment reached at destination.

Worst service i have seen by any company.

Their sales team will mould you with their sugar coated words and will take full payment. Then from delivery onwards their delivery team will show their true colour.

They are not a single point concern and responsible for customer consignment. Pathetic delivery experience.

BETTER go with any other paackers & movers where easily one can save 30-40% amount and I am sure will get better service than APML.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had an shipment from Hyderabad to Noida against GC no. 4789916 with DRS Group Agarwal Movers and Packers on 24th December'2021.

On that day a supervisor named Rajkumaar took 900/- in cash for insurance and made me sign on insurance papers. But he has falsified in original documents mentioning that everything is at owner's risk.

On 8th February'2022 when I have received my goods in Noida I found so many items are damaged and my documents are falsified. Please refer to

Now the DRS Group is settling my claim with just 3500/- against the huge damage caused by their company. In mid of the conversation they have falsified so many times and their behavior is so rude.

Would request you to look into the matter and get my claims settled with justified amount.

I was suggested to use Agarwal packers and movers to transport my household items. I took their service for the pakcing, loading, transportation, unloading and upacking. They come packed and shifted to my destination. However during the delivery i have noted that there are 3 items missing and one of it is my new mattress. When enquired there is no proper response, no guidance and the customer care gets dropped after 5-7 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour and there has been no courtsey to the customer's grievance and calls.

I had hired Agarwal Packers and Movers to transport my belongings from Bangalore to Goa on the 2nd of November.
We suffered a damage of atleast Rs. 30000.
My A.C, sofa-cum-bed, shoe rack, dining table, chairs, teapoy, 2 mattresses, dining sets(imported & unused) have been damaged. Also most of my dresses are spoiled as they kept oil n flour unsealed in the same box.
I also want to add that they had made me pay for insurance.br...

It is the worst company to get your goods delivered with. Dont trust and go with the brand name and stuff. they cheat you thats all they can do. its been more than 15 days i booked my product from varanasi to get delivered to pune and till now everyday they tell me it will reach you today. pathetic CUSTOMER service and when i call delivery people they say we will deliver it to you but there would be extra charge. these are are fraudsters and cheaters. please dont delivered your goods with these people. i really think i ll lodge a police complaint against these people. till now no product received after constant calling. when i asked to speak to some manager they have some Reddy sir who never is never available to talk as his phone is always busy. what ### company is this.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have shifted my luggage from Bangalore to Mumbai on 19th Nov'21 and luggage was delivered on 22nd Nov'21 (GCC No: 477235). Below are my concerns :

1. Solid wood bed was damaged during installation.( Need it to be repaired by professional carpenter). We are unable to use it for last `1 week.

2. Mirror of dressing table is broken into multiple pieces (Need refund of Rs. 5000/-)

3. Carton Box no. 19 is missing and has been informed to agarwal packers but there is no response since last 1 week. (Need my carton box 19)

I have been following up with the team for multiple times but no resolution is given so far . Request your intervention plz. Iam attaching invoices, damage product pics etc for ready references. I also highlighted issues in writing through mail, call and in sign off invoice as per attached images. Kindly help.

I had given my bike and luggage from Bangalore to surat. Their guy came to pick up the luggage and without weighing machine. He told they will measure and send me the invoice based on weight. They send invoice for 39 kg of the luggage and when actually the bags arrived at my home, i checked the Weight and it was 28 kg.

I am trying to reach out to the executive, he keeps saying me that i am outside from 10 days and now not picking up the call or replying on WhatsApp. Please help me in this case

Everyday they are telling lies. As on date 08.11.21 there is no credible information about the shipment.

I refer my shifting from vellore to kolkata by agarwal packers and movers (DRS Road lines). After arrival of consignment at kolkata the following damage are there

1. Left side Car bumper scratched.
2.car was delivered with nil petrol but as per consignment copy I had given extra 10 litres of petrol.
3.Study table delivered with broken.
4.dth antenna was delivered with broken.

The company executive at kolkata was informed the damage, but he is not at all responding. I need immediate redressal of my complaint. Looking forward with your kind attention.

This is for DRS Agarwal and packers, wherein household goods has been shifted from Mumbai to Gwalior GC no 4768640, October 3, 2021, watches, BP machine, Nemulisor and sarees has been theft by the employees and after an almost a month full goods has not been delivered, despite of several follow up where supervisors has been accepting that this should not have been done and assuring actions, nothing material has been done so far. Still waiting for resolution

I booked my hero honda pleasure to be delivered from Pune to Sujangarh on 29 Sept 2022. Till date I have not received my item. Worse their staff either do not pick up the phone or everytime will say that it will come in 2 days. Even senior members give same reply and it had not been delivered till now. My gc is 4771868. Goods booked from Pune to Gurgaon vide GCPUN[protected] for separate cube and charged Rs. 56925/- but goods delivered at Gurgaon by sharing cube which would have cost me apprx 36000/- as quoted by APML surveyor. As goods of others ( GC mentioned on goods PUN[protected] forcibly entered in my booked cube, my houshold goods damaged.

Fraud is done by Apml and there is deficiency in service. Even after several follow up from Apml...

Mentioned GC booked by myself as separate cube from Pune to Gurgaon dtd 29.09.21
But at the time of delievey goods delievered in shared cube with goods of[protected].
As goods of sum1 else forcefully loadee in my cube my goods damaged and some goods were missing. I had lodged com0lain with your cuatomer care but till date no resolution nor my refund received. Kindly do tye needful at tye earliest and procese my refund for sharing cubes and compensation for damaged goods.
