Absolutely horrible experience. Moved from Hyderabad to Bangalore with Pikkol and regret the decision. Some of my things are damaged, some are missing and others have been destroyed because the team decided to pack bodywash and shampoos upside-down.

We have to buy the things again that are missing like tv adapters, AC copper wires that they forgot to pack or lost. After paying for their services we have to pay 10, 000-15, 000 extra for their mistakes. They say they will get back to us, but we know they'll just apologize and dust their hands off their low-grade service.

When we complained that the team wasn't doing a proper inventory their executive schooled us instead and told us that everything would reach safely. What a joke.

Despite having a water purifier we can't use ours because they broke it. Extremely frustrated with their service. Their team didn't pack glass properly so now it has broken inside boxes. These glass shards have hurt my husband and my daughter.

They put my late dad and mom's photos inside a box full of shoes. They wrapped my Ganesha statue with used bathroom doormats. I'm absolutely horrified.

Some of my things are missing but now we don't want to call them. They just keep giving excuses for their poor service.

Don't use Pikkol if you want to save yourself from the headache and extra expense. I won't be using them again. If I could i would give them negative stars. That don't even deserve 1 star.

Dear Consumer Legal Portal Team,

Wit regards to the complaint raised by Ms Lakshitha, we had tried reaching her and informed that we would schedule our technician visit to asses the damages and look for the solution but customer denied or rejected the visit and informed us that she as got it repaired by herself and does not want any one to call her from our end.
That's right because it took you forever to come back to me despite repeated emails. I have so far paid Rs. 7, 000 for AC copper wires, Rs. 650 to repair Microwave handle, Rs. 1, 800 for PS4 power cord, Rs. 1, 300 for HDMI cable.

I'm using a broken water purifier, one of my lamps is now useless, I can't find a PS4 remote, my TV table is still chipped, and I can't even remember anymore. My dining table glass is filled with scratches that your team made. My table glass was scratchless before your team arrived, as I had gotten it cleaned. You have no idea how much of a headache your team and your service has been. Many of my bulbs are broken, too.

The reason I don't want to speak to your team is because I want to forget the nightmare, but want people to know that you don't care about your customers. You could have avoided all this is Mr. Lalit Sharma took us seriously on the 8th of September.

You may resolve this, but at least people will know how much we've suffered that we didn't even want you at our home again.

    1. After delayed delivery of my goods, I have been asking them to provide the invoice of my movement but I haven’t received it even after 4 days of consistent follow up.
    2. Some of my furniture got damaged during the transit. After writing them about the same, their in-house carpenter visited to inspect but no action has been taken after that.

          My request id is bl230101 and my shipment was picked up on 31st may 2020 from bangalore and was promised to be delivered in meerut in 15 days.
          Now its been 24 days and customer care is not even responding to the calls.
          I have sent many follow up mails as well but only twice got reply and that too every time that dispatching goods will take couple of days. This is a standard reply i am getting every time.
          My goods haven't been dispatched yet when they were supposed to be delivered by 15 june 2020. All the payment has been taken in advance as well and i basically have no authority over them except waiting for a reply

            With reference to Booking Number: BLL212574, we have shifted our house on 30-Nov-2019 through Pikkol. I have taken the Damage cover insurance from them in which any damage is happen during the move then the replacement or repairing or the equivalent amount has to be paid to me to fix that cause. During the move they have broke my water purifier cabinet due to which I am unable to install the purifier on the wall, and the cost of the cabinet is Rs.1500 and been confirmed with the vendor. I have communicated the same to the team but now they are refusing to do any repairing and all. They are just insisting me to take only Rs.500 which I never agreed as this was not committed during I was opting the insurance.

            Apart from that I had not received any call from them regarding the same, they are only communicating through mail only. At last I have called to their customer care and the executive named Anita was very rude during the conversation and she told we can't pay more than Rs.500 which is been confirmed by their claim team. She is not ready to listen to any of my points regarding the insurance and their fault.

            Below is the mail which I received from them:

            Dear Tuhin,

            Greetings from Pikkol!

            As discussed, please be informed that our claims department has approved 500/- refund as a final revision towards the damage incurred as a goodwill gesture. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of the same by replying to the same email to proceed further.

            Hope you understand we can not step in further on this issue.

              I had relocated from bangalore to kolkata on 30th october taking services from pikkol. A pathetic company, they forced me to pay the full amount as advance and damaged most of my goods. I still not receive the minimum refund and for other items the pikkol team denies to address the complain for my damaged goods. My microwave base has been broken, glass painting broken, candle stands damaged. Kumar ([protected]) my move manager was polite while taking the payment, however after that there was not much initiative from their end. Please advise on how to get back the refund for all my damaged goods!

                Hi, have paid rs. 1000 for advance booking and now when i cancelled the booking, they are not refunding rs. 1, 000.

                How come they deduct rs. 1, 000 for not doing anything.

                Whole conversation for booking only happened over the phone, and for that they should not deduct rs. 1, 000.

                As per their team, have to confirm them 1 day before for doing any work. Same way i told that i am cancelling my plan and do not want to shift before 1 day.

                By not putting any effort, how come they are deducting the rs. 1, 000 money.

                They should refund/return my entire money.

                  My request id is 120754. I moved my car from bangalore to noida. On 07.04.2018, my car delivered but my car battery changed during transportation. I called customer care, customer delight team, move manager (Tejas), vidya sudhir (Pikkol move planner), but no one is responded to me till today. I want my car battery cost. Please provide me solution otherwise i'll take it further.

                    This is related to Order# BLL111664 on 9th Feb 2018. The following are the list of issues reported against Pikkol team and customer services which was never addressed till date
                    1.Damaged Delivery of the hydraulic Bed with visible scratches
                    2.the movement crew dismantled the cot on their own with out waiting for the proffessional person to arrive at the source location (paid 875 INR for that service).
                    Result:the Hydraulic Cot was not assembled properly on the destination location
                    3. Unproffesional Crew and the movement planner. THE crew went for lunch between the source and destination location keeping me in dark. Repeated calls to the movement planner was in vain.
                    4 Damaged delivery of the refrigerator and the leatheite Chairs
                    5.the crew asked for tips as per head 100rs and they were reluctant to take the tip I provided (50rs per head) for 6 persons
                    6. Calls and mails to pikkol customary care is of no use as once the money is taken they are not bothered to answer is email or calls

                    PS : The same post is posted in consumer complaints board as well so as to make people aware that #Pikkol are #Cheaters

                      I decided to take their services on 29th november 2017.
                      30th their staff came for packing. I got my goods delivered on 5th december 2017, 10 pm in damaged condition.

                      Worse experience with any mover & packer in 6 years of my shifting every year. They are expensive but basis google reviews & their fancy system - i decided to go ahead thinking its safe. Till the time i paid - customer care followed up & was very professional. But after payment - i had a nightmare come true.
                      The packers who came were untrained & pathetic. They didn't know basics of packing. Me and my staff had to do maximum of it.
                      They lie about the timeline they gave for delivery. The staff mentioned on call that it will take 3-4 days, maximum 5 days. I kept calling to know when my stuff would arrive - they would not give me status and not call back. When i shouted at staff, they told me my stuff was delayed. After having a fight on customer care, which never followed up - they sped up my delivery.

                      Worse was all my stuff came damaged. And once i called the supervisor - as expected they had a very cold & not helpful attitude. Guys who came to deliver in mumbai were not from pikkol and said why am i fretting so much - i will get somemoney in return. Its unimaginable!!!

                      They took 11700/- full in advance

                        I had used Pikkol services to transport my Bullet Electra bike from Bangalore to Chengannur ( Kerala ) last week . Though the actual cost of the service is within 3K to 4K by any local courier service, I was asked to pay 11500/- for door to door service . This was obscenely high, but trusting the best quality of service ( which was assured to me ) I went ahead to pay that amount . The bike arrived within a week, however it was at their Kottayam warehouse . My aged parents were asked to come to their office to collect it !! I was appalled that they would do something like this after paying so much money .. I called their office and blasted them for the pathetic service and for harassing my aged parents to collect the courier though I had paid for door to door. Thats when I came to know that they use Gati service providers, which have a very pathetic reputation .. They had sub contracted it to Gati and Gati were now with holding the bike !! After I threatened to lodge a police complaint, they immediately acted swiftly to deliver the bike to the correct address . They behaved as if they were doing me a favor .. What appalling behavior, even after paying so much . Dont use Pikkol and Gatis relocation services !!

                          Description - I had booked pikkol for moving my home within bangalore and had availed insurance i.e. damage cover from pikkol. Got my fridge damaged while transporting . So as i had taken damage cover they should fix it or compensate against it but did not do so. They have stopped attending our issue. This is cheating customers as they did not resolve the issue even after paying for damage control policy. I had paid Rs. 11000 for moving items. Their manager lucky sheel is giving stupid excuses of paying a small token amount and not repairing our fridge. He said dent is not considered under the policy but his customer executive Venkat reddy had not told us this information before we booked the moving and packing service .
                          Resolution- As this is pure cheating of customer and this is case of not completing the service as promised and committed to the customer, i would like the full refund of the money i paid for the service plus i want them to send a proffesional to fix my refrigerator as it was really expensive

                            I had availed a 'packer and mover' service from Pikkol, to ship my household stuff from Karnal, Haryana to Bangalore, Karnataka. The stuff was shipped on Sunday, 17th Jan and was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, 26th Jan (promised by their people). It's already Tuesday, 2nd Feb and their truck still hasn't even reached Bangalore. I'm worried that they have misplaced my stuff. Please someone help me out with this.
