Hi, have paid rs. 1000 for advance booking and now when i cancelled the booking, they are not refunding rs. 1, 000.
How come they deduct rs. 1, 000 for not doing anything.
Whole conversation for booking only happened over the phone, and for that they should not deduct rs. 1, 000.
As per their team, have to confirm them 1 day before for doing any work. Same way i told that i am cancelling my plan and do not want to shift before 1 day.
By not putting any effort, how come they are deducting the rs. 1, 000 money.
They should refund/return my entire money.

I'm using a broken water purifier, one of my lamps is now useless, I can't find a PS4 remote, my TV table is still chipped, and I can't even remember anymore. My dining table glass is filled with scratches that your team made. My table glass was scratchless before your team arrived, as I had gotten it cleaned. You have no idea how much of a headache your team and your service has been. Many of my bulbs are broken, too.
The reason I don't want to speak to your team is because I want to forget the nightmare, but want people to know that you don't care about your customers. You could have avoided all this is Mr. Lalit Sharma took us seriously on the 8th of September.
You may resolve this, but at least people will know how much we've suffered that we didn't even want you at our home again.
