This is related to Order# BLL111664 on 9th Feb 2018. The following are the list of issues reported against Pikkol team and customer services which was never addressed till date
1.Damaged Delivery of the hydraulic Bed with visible scratches
2.the movement crew dismantled the cot on their own with out waiting for the proffessional
person to arrive at the source location (paid 875 INR for that service).
Result:the Hydraulic Cot was not assembled properly on the destination location
3. Unproffesional Crew and the movement planner. THE crew went for lunch between the source and destination location keeping me in dark. Repeated calls to the movement planner was in vain.
4 Damaged delivery of the refrigerator and the leatheite Chairs
5.the crew asked for tips as per head 100rs and they were reluctant to take the tip I provided (50rs per head) for 6 persons
6. Calls and mails to pikkol customary care is of no use as once the money is taken they are not bothered to answer is email or calls
PS : The same post is posted in consumer complaints board as well so as to make people aware that #Pikkol are #Cheaters
