I kept trust in Aggarwal mover & packer as good Brand name in shiffting but regret to inform you that it's worst experience from the day of packing of luggage as follows

1-4 person came to pack the luggage and they started in very crural manner took well iron cloths and through the same in box directly
2-while coving my Fridge they bend my celling Fan wings probably I would not get the good air flow from them

3-I had to ask them to cover my electronic items with bubble plastic sheet but still they left some items

4-they have not let me count my items and taken my signature on paper

5-they demanded extra money from me as tip as I was unhappy still I gave 200 Rupess and they were very unhappy with this least money here started chapter of revenge by them


5-They have not packed vehicle in front of me in spite of repeated reminder and when my all items dislodged after I was searching for my box in which they put curtails but I can't found them as mover and packer persons was in hurry they told me that u would find them
But after 7 day I have unpacked all box still my curtail box is missing and them I was quite sure that those boys have taken revenge

My complain is that
I want compensation for the box they have stolen consist my 6 curtains and other items costing around 10, 000 Rupess and strict action against those culprits
I have already narrated the matter to mr Manoj and his Co person who accompanied
If my complain not resolve will put my whole episode on social media and approach the consumer count and lodge FIR kindly note

Your team picked up goods from my home on 12th Aug from HYD, Miyapur but not delivered at destination address Bhubaneswar, Odisha. GC number of goods is 4769332 and also they did not provide me the bill during pick up the good from my home and later on they did not mention insurance details .Now they are not delivering goods at my destination place Bhubaneswar, ODISHA. Whenever I am calling they are saying we will deliver goods today.
Last 4 days they are saying same things.

Please let me know the details of my Goods.

I have booked my household items and my car from Lucknow to Solapur on 9th of August. I got my household items few days ago but I'm still waiting for the delivery of my car.
My consignment number :Gclck[protected].
I have called multiple times on your customer care number and each time Iam getting different feedback about the status. On asking for forwarding the issue to higher management, I was asked to register complaint to which I got a reply that someone will contact me soon. Even after 7 days no one contacted.
It has been more than 45 days now.

Mahesh sharma from Jaipur division of agarwal packer and mover informed that luggage has been delivered to hubbali on 19.08.2021 and now misguiding for delivering the luggage to bagalkot. Not lifting phone neither replying. Still not received my luaggage. Only false promises being made.

As a brand of such reputation, you guys have really given a pathetic service. in the consignment from Bhopal to Bangalore, my tv was completely damaged. the consignment was delivered by Gati, your roadlines partner. the delivery executives told me to claim my damage from Gati who did not respond to my request for 10 days. After 10 days, i was informed i have to claim my damages from Agrawal to whom i made at least 100 calls. the employees are not sure of their policies and processes and ignored my calls and misguided me to call from one person to another. My complaint is still not registered and the employees have the audacity to tell me that i have no legitimate claim since i spent 10 days contacting the wrong Company (Gati, as i was told to contact by the delivery executive). A person is to lose a possession worth 15k just like that because these companies cannot be made liable and lack proper redressal mechanisms.

This is with reference to consignment no GCBHND[protected] from Thane to Howrah.
I have received following items in baddely damaged condiiton seem no care taken during packing, loading and unloading.
1.Smart LED TV 55"( corner damaged)
2.Wooden Almirah Big(completely damaged)
3.2 wheeler tail lamp and front mudguard
4.Study table(Corner damaged)
5.Shoe Rack 2 no's

This is the fifth or 6th time I am shifting my household items with your company. While I decided on this basis past experiences which were ok, I am deeply regretting my decision this time.

For the survey and getting quotes I had to call more than 20 times and follow up, it seemed as if you were doing a favour on me.

At the time of Survey (Sandeep from Ghansoli Navi Mumbai) i informed the executive that while the plan is to move to Varanasi, it may happen that i may finally decide to shift to Ghazipur. His response was that no issues, if I inform by the time good reach Varanasi, there will be no additional charges and delivery will happen at Ghazipur.

While packing and loading is another story and an extremely pathetic experience, somehow I was able to shift my stuff on 30-Aug-2021. I got a call from the Varanasi office on 7th July that they will deliver it tomorrow . I shared my Ghazipur address for which I was informed to pay additional rupees 8500. When I shared the details, I was told to speak to the Mumbai office or customer care.

I called customer care, then was asked to send an email. I sent an email on the 7th, followed up on the 9th and 10th still no response.

In parallel I called your Ghansoli office, the person said they will sort it out and revert back in 10 minutes. This happened on 7th. Since there was no response till 9th, i sent a whatsapp message with no response. Called on 9th, spoke and was informed that (Nikhil) this will be sorted in 10 mins. No response. called again on 10th, same message that we will get in 2 mins. no response.

I am just trying to understand how many days I have to follow up, who is the person I have to beg to get my household item delivered and what will be the timeline.

On a side note, I think a small movers and packers would have been a better choice, with the kind of experience I have had, I certainly will never want to do any business with your company or will never recommend any one else to use your services.

Today its 16th-Aug, have been continuously following up from past 9days over email and call to customer care and Ghansoli office for update but seems no one cares

This is in reference to GCPATNA[protected]...My 4 wheeler has still not reached to me...even after payment been done from my side...
Everytime a new driver contacts me for delivery.
I asked to deliver the deliver the vehicle by 12 o clock today in afternoon...but still the car has not left the warehouse in bangalore...What is this ridiculous service...
Now I will not use APML service in future neither recommend to anyone...
Kindly return my car asap.

I shifted household goods from Kolkata to Nayagarh(orissa) on 18th July 2021.on 26th July I received 8 out of my 11 packeges and 3 missing. Also my received box of inverter was broken, showcase severely bent and damaged. And one box containing computer set, a led tv, sandwich maker, cup set and more few items, a segun wooden dinning table leg, a plastic tub with household utensils were not delivered. Since 21 days I have been constantly harassed by your company and no one is giving me a solution how to get back my missed goods. I have paid the full amount in advance.numerous time I have contacted you in kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad but no one supported. GC no- 4672806

I have booked my belongings to be shifted from Mangalore to Gwalior and did insurance for all items. During the transit my fridge got damaged (value insured for 10000), while delivering AGARWAL PACKERS assured that claim will be settled but now they are not attending my calls and there claim team is telling only 3000 can be claimed.

I booked 20 feet truck for moving my household articles from Thanjavur to Chennai. The packing persons brought a small van. They were NOT well equipped with materials and I provided my old materials. They vertually dumped in the van and took it to Tiruchy. On delivery at Chennai, one packet is missing. My table fan completely damaged. From 28th July iam raising complaints with them but NIL response. Useless service..!!

I had hired Agarwal packers and movers to shift my goods from Bangalore to Jaipur(GCBNG[protected].

The company workers extorted tips in the name of good work but did a shoddy job of packing my stuff. Company charged insurance fees as damage protection as well at the time of hiring.

At the time of delivery my TV unit, was broken and my cartons were opened it seems. I tried claiming damages as they charged me insurance for it, but I am not getting any responses from their customer care. I have dropped multiple emails.

Please help.

It's been 10 days since I booked my consignment and paid all charges, till now no update from them, customer care don't answers and the contact person don't pick up calls. At the time of booking told they will deliver in 5 days and charged 70K for goods, a complete fraud, and cheating.

Worst experience once the consignment is booked, no one is responding to any queries. It's been 10 days and still don't know where are my goods and the expected date as well. Complete false promises and fraudulent behavior.

Sidheshwar whom I am interacting is not picking calls for the last 4 days and customer care says to contact Sidheshwar ([protected]), don't know whether goods will be delivered or not.

1. Damaged PKG No 122 - Damaged of 4 Nos plastic Chairs. - For which i have already shared photos and price quotation
Cost of that = Rs 1299 x 4 Nos Chairs = Rs 5196

2. Damaged PKG No 27 - Damaged of Toy - Packers team did not Pack Toy Box, however they simply Put it in Container - Toy Box got bend and damaged - You can see Plastic Stics ( Which were kept in box ) which got Bends.
Cost of that = Rs 3000 x 1 Toy Box = Rs 3000 (Price as declared in packing documents)

3. Damaged PKG No 06 & 07 - Damaged of 2 Sofa Corners
Minimum cost of Repair is Rs 6000 for both the sofa. ( Changing of Cloth + Labor )

Total claimed price is = 1+2+3 = Rs 14196.

All damaged photos along with packing documents I have already shared with you earlier in this chain of mail with proper and required justification as you asked, however if required any further details you may ask.

No response from customer care team even after number of 4 to 4 mail follow-ups.

Made full payment and goods dispatched on 24th Jul 2021. As per their invoice the goods should have arrived in 7 days i.e. by 31st Jul 2021

However since 25th Jul 2021 the goods are lying in KHAWASPUR. Have been following up with their Customer care and whenever i call them they say they are not able to contact their Branch office and they have escalated the matter internally. But good are...

I have booked DRS Agrawal packers and movers for moving my tv and two wheeler from Bangalore to Delhi on 23rd July 2021.
I have received TV with broken LED screen. It is completely damage.
During packing they got a small wooden crate which we will not fit the tv and they have just packed the tv with tv box and they told me once it will reach the godown they will pack the tv with tv box in wooden crate.But when i have received the Tv it was without wooden crate and it was with the same packaging how they have picked up .when i opened the package ..tv screen was completely damage.My tv which cost around 16k was having completely broken screen. It shows they didn't pack and handled properly. I paid 11k around to DRS Agrawal packer and movers i thought it would reach safely as they are highly reputed company.Its huge disappointment and big loss.
When i called the people who booked my consignment they said we have raised the issue but they are not responding. No response from claim department people. I have shared the photos as well with them but no response.It is company responsibility to pack the items properly .Lying to customer that nothing will happen to their items and they will pack properly. Such a huge loss and mental stress.
Please help on how to proceed further.
They should pay for this damage.

I have booked my house hold effects from Hyderabad to Bhubaneswar as I was transferred. It was assured by APML that the same will be reached in 3 to 4 days at Bhubaneswar and the truck/ container can be tracked through their tracking option.
Their incharge at Hyderabad Mr Sanjay Gupta is very irresponsible executive. He will rarely response to phone calls. His behaviour is very arrogant and aggressive.
When ever I call him about my consignment instead of giving me any information he would say check with call center.
APML's Call center stopped responding since 28.07.21. I am yet to know whereabouts of my consignment.
Despite of higher rates and making 100% payment I am deprived of getting information about my consignment.

I booked my Home items to be delivered from Patna to Karol Bagh, New Delhi. It was picked from my house on 14th July and it reached the Khawaspur Depot New Delhi region on 23rd July.

After these numerous followups each day, my household items have not yet been delivered. Yet to evaluate the safety and security of my belongings.
For a week, I have been following after the consignment reached Khawaspur, and no one replied. And after atleast 10 followups, I was assigned a Delivery Manager to deliver on 29th July.

Initially the delivery manager quoted reasons he would need to arrange a vehicle to deliver the consignment in Delhi. He has been quoting since last 3 days that he is trying to arrange a vehicle which his management is not able to arrange.

The consignment is not yet delivered. Not yet sure about the safety and security of my belongings.

The Agarwal Packers and Movers dotcom are not the reliable person. As I have book my cargo a new Nixon Tata car from Ranchi to Bhopal .The cargo was lifted by the representative of Agarwal Packers and Movers dotcom on 9th of July 2021 but it is yet to receive by me even after lapse of 16 days .It was started from Ranchi to Gurgaon and left at Gurgaon Depot without any thought uselessly for 10 days and after complain it has started from Gurgaon to Indore whereas the packaged has been booked for Bhopal. I don't know how much time it will take to reach destination. Moreover there is no mechanism of complain on their website. The phone number off customer care regarding complain will take at least 10 minutes to reply and if you want to complain forcefully then only way is to mail .They used to close your complain by one liner mail without suitable reply and very interesting thing that the lowest level of employee may/may not be able to give you call. No one will give you commitment they are posing themselves as as Number one company where as they are sub standard services and attitude is forcing you to downgrade them. Hence requesting you to take an action against Agarwal packers and movers dotcom .

We confirmed abt delivery of our household items before booking and d same was assured on 25 th july. Now whn our truck is abt to reach d destination ie Chandigarh they are refusing to provide d labour today... V hav small baby wid us.. In new city without any luggage what will v do...moreover i[censored] can't provide service on time n cant ensure coordination between yr offices thn don't take orders and harass yr customers.
