Experiencing very unprofessional behavior of Agarwal Packers & Movers (APML)

Booked my household goods for shifting from Rudrapur to Delhi and fully paid against the invoice (05AAFCA3559A1Z5. At the time of delivery, They were saying that they have not received the payment and denied the delivery. No one is responding. Very pathetic experience....

All my items are received in damaged condition and my ac aluminium pipe of 10ft is missing and one of the worker of agarwal packers and movers named krishna pandit is saying police is under my control u cn do wat ever u want to. My sofa received in damaged condition, my fridge received in damaged condition, washing machine was unloaded up side down.my scooty is fully damaged without packing. Most of my products was not packed at the time...

I transported my house hold goods from dehradun to hyderabad, GC no-4631881 through agrawal packers and movers(DRS group).I took insurance of value 1lakh for my items.I received my led tv in damaged condition .As per insurance I should get 30thousand in claim.I am trying to contact them for last 2months through email, telephone, twits etc.They are saying that they can pay only 5thousand as company got affected due to covid.Their claim department...

I would like to draw your attention on the above- I am Dr. Diptanu Sarkar have transferred my household belongings from Tinsukia(Margherita) to Korba(Dipka)-SECL through Agarwal Packers & Movers Limited.

Consignment has reached at Korba on 23 Feb-21. The supervisor who has come to unload/ unpack the item was not interested to work and has started arguing in each and every activity, to our surprise at one time he has kicked...

This company has not delivered my car after 2 weeks of collecting from Bangalore to Kolkata.
They first lost my keys in Bangalore and even when I asked them to change the lock and give me the keys, they are denying it....

This is review of my recent experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers - Dilip Roadlines Bade Bhaiya (To be specific)

First they gave me a quote. Then I just added 2 - 3 small items of dimension 2x2 feet for which they suddenly increased the estimate by 8K INR which was too expensive.

They were not in a position to justify this revised estimate. There information on the estimate sheet is misleading.

INCIDENT: My household Materials were picked up from Dehradun and were planned to move to Bangalore. When the products were unloaded the goods were reckless planned and kept in truck. The bike was titled and goods were kept on it.

They have taken my order on 30th dec.
I paid 27k to them.

But the order is not yet reached.

I had shifted my households from Faridabad to Thane in November through APML, Agarwal Packers and movers . Most of the electronics, kitchen crockery and fragile items Recieved fully damage condition.. Their claim settlement department has not yet come for survey the claims neither willing to settle the claim even after a month of continued follow up writing mails, call at customer service and sending complete details to Ramesh Agarwal linkedin...

I have registered my query with different mobile numbers but neither I am able to talk to any of your executives nor they are trying to call again...

My GC number is 4707232 dated 20/09/2020 from Dehradun to Meerut .3 Madhubani paintings costing Rs5000/ -missing, seems stolen while packing. Rice plate and other 7 plates were broken of the dinner set . glass of Steel Almirha broken.Fridge cooling damaged and other several items damaged but not paid any claim though insurance covered was of Rs. one lac and paid Rs3000/- for it .

This is the worst Packers and Movers I have encountered so far. They broke my Washing Machine, Fridge and Drawers while transporting my goods from Bangalore to Pune. Their customer care support is so poor, unresponsive and unsatisfactory that I am disappointed in their service and will circulate in my social media and circle to never use their service ever. I have all the proofs of the damages incurred on my items and will file a complaint...

We have booked Agarwal packers for the house hold items shifting from Chennai to Madurai on 23rd Nov and paid the full amount. Consignment delivered 25th morning and max cartons in wet conditions and few of the boxes totally damaged and recd in loose condition. While contacting the booking people no proper response. They asked us to contact Madurai. Also it's unloaded by the transporter Agarwal people yet to come till now (1pm) Need refund...

On the first day, two people were sent with horrible insufficient packing material. Our transfer was from Delhi to noida by a surveyor known as Tanwar, we were already asked for excess price of 27500 rupees whereas other companies were giving in 14000 rupees. Delayed Delivery, even after confirmation to deliver on day, consignment was delivered next day evening. Team left stuff without unpacking. No support I received from the Panipat/Bangalore team. I was left with no option but to unpack the consignment at my own cost (additional) despite the fact that the same was in APML scope. Seeks refund for unpacking and harassment.br...

We had shifted from Kottayam to Raipur recently and the packing and moving consignment was given to the DRS group of Agrawal packers & Movers. We had 11 items in the cart in which a 43 inch LED Smart was also included. As the consignment reached and was delivered to us at Raipur we found that our TV was completely damaged and some items from other packed cartons were also missing (2 Wall Clocks, Dinner Set, Vacuum Cleaner, Pack of 3 new Bedsheets)...

My GC no-4689868 dated 28th October, 2020. It's really a very poor or disappointing experience from DRS group. Items had been collected on above mentioned date and last 3 days when I called to Ms.Kusum, she informed it will reach by 8th Nov, 20 to Bangalore as its in Hyderabad but today came to know its still not reached in Bhubaneswar yet and the same will be reach another 6-7 days to Bangalore. Now my question is why this false statements...
