This complaint is regarding fraud of a packers and mover company that I have been victim of.I have booked all household stuff from delhi to bihar on 25 March As all my cargo worth Rs 1, 35000 approx was with him, I was left with no option but to re-negotiate with him but he said make full payment then after 4 days I have paid full payment but my stuff didn’t reach me on 30th march as he promised earlier. When I enquired, he said it will reach by 1 Apr night. Again, I didn’t receive the cargo on 1Apr. I called him next morning on 2nd Apr, he said cargo is going to reach lucknow by tonight and in the morning (4th april) it will reach my home. On 4th apr again I called him to check delivery status, then he again said for 10000/. But we didn't pay I said I already paid 100% payment why r u saying again for money.."to humane bol Diya 1 paisa nhi dege Rakho Apne Pas saman Hume nhi chahiy then he called me and said your stuff will be delivered next morning and give me driver number also and finally delivered ".

Firstly quotation was give 10000/- after two days when all stuff with him.
Mr Vikas Agarwal fraud changed his quotation to 27835/-
I have paid full payment 27835/- after 10 days he get delivered my stuff with missing one bag ie. blanket bag.

He refused to give us all stuff as he want us to make payment first...
After three days I make 100% payment but he didn't give my stuff.

I request all not to pay until u get your stuff ...back... please give this guy strong punishment

    My marble temple was broken during shifting from Chennai to pune, though I was charged Rs 5000 for making a crate for transporting temple safely .Even after receiving good in Pune no service was provided for un parking .When truck was opened it was observed that temple was completely tilted in crate and and was broken into pieces from inside .it's now 10 since this issue has happened but none of the executives from this agency is responding properly, whenever I call their concern claim executive he will say he is busy and will call back which he never does, there call center provided me 10 different numbers to talk to everytime I called up .Whenever I talk to any of there executives they speak rudely, I'm mentally disturbed with their response and have decided to file legal police complaint .

      I hired Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. to move my household goods on 26th June 2020 from Noida to Hyderabad and they charged me approx. Rs.92, 000. On 7th Aug 2020, I got a call from Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. that my goods have reached Hyderabad. We had asked them to keep our goods in their warehouse at that time due to covid-19 and we mutually agreed that I would pay them 10k per month as warehouse charge. After 8 months we came to Hyderabad and informed Agarwal Packers and Movers to deliver our goods on 31st Jan 2021. On 31st Jan 2021, I got calls from Amit (Delivery head of Agarwal Packers and Movers Hyderabad) and he asked me to pay Rs.55, 000 immediately else they would not deliver or unload the goods. I paid the warehouse charges and informed him to send the goods.
      While they were unloading the goods, we were taken aback. We saw water coming out of them. It looked like they had kept our goods in water. All the curtains and most of the electronic items were damaged. When I called Amit and asked him about how it happened. He informed us that it happened due to heavy rain in Hyderabad. When I asked him, 'If you know the condition of my goods, why did you force me to pay the warehouse charges in advance?'. He replied- "If you had seen your goods first, you wouldn't have paid us." I was totally shocked that how a well-reputed company could do that. We didn't have an option other than accepting all the damaged items for the time being and claim for insurance later.
      When I applied for my insurance claim, I got to know that they will give me Rs.50, 800/- only as compensation for the damage. I asked them how they arrived at the calculation because I took around 2.5 lacs on insurance for my goods and they simply said that assessment had been done by third parties with depreciation. After chasing them for last two months with a lot of mental torture, they are still not ready to give me an actual report of the assessment and my claim. They have destroyed each and every stuff which my wife and I had built over the years. Due to their mistake I had to spend another 2 lacs to 3 lacs to setup my house again.
      I am posting the incident here because I want people to know how a reputed company like Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. is involved in fraud and cheat their customers in the name of the best transportation company in India.

        Hi.
        This K K Rautray (Mobile- [protected]), attaching all information . I booked Car to transport from BBSR to Bhivadi. And i have kept a Box inside my car Dicky with so many costly dresses and valuables about cost of 25-30 thousand. DRS employee opened car dicky during transportation and broken box lock and looted all my valuables.

          We recently shifted from Pune to Noida and there were 44 items but we received only 42 items. Two items out of which one is the refrigerator and another one are Almira are missing. For the last 8 days we are following up with them and every day either they don't pick our calls or they say it will reach in 2 days. From the last 8 days, 2 days are not completed. We want our items to be delivered as soon as possible. And a proper explanation and tracking of the items. Yesterday they told us that the items are in Gurgaon and today they are saying it's in Jaipur. Few items got damaged due to improper packaging but we are not even complaining of those.

          We trusted Agarwal packers and movers and paid extra just for the guarantee of delivery but our experience is not at all good.

              I had recently transfer my household goods from Agarwal Packers -APML Faridabad to Mumbai against GC No: GCFBD[protected] and had very bad experience.

              The whole experience was disastrous at best. Broad lapses are being highlighted herewith -

              1. Non-Adherence to COVID Guidelines - In this time of global pandemic, the entire team did not maintain any COVID prevention guidelines. They did not conduct senetization and all the material they brought with them was not sanitized. This was happened at the time of loading and delivering.

              2. Improper and Un-professional services – Every man will asked to Kharcha Paani and they took 200 for car pickup, 700 for household pickup, 600 at time of delivery and 1888 for keeping goods for 2 more days. Also Fuel tank was almost dry at the time of delivery.

              3. Damage TV- They had used very poor product resulting completely damage TV screen and they had refusing to pay anything as transit damage was not covered, which I was never told at the time of pickup.

              4. Rude behaviour : When I had raised my complaints of damage goods, Mr Pankaj Joshi had very unprofessional talk with me and this is also at 9:30 PM in late evening.

              He don’t know how to talk to customer and most important that I had made 3 other movement with APML earlier also for that is had paid 2 L aprox.

              Either you have to repair my TV or pay for it

              I had similar experience. Despite paying them heavily their staff ask for kharcha pani. They are in a hurry to shift as they want to free their carriers as early as possible. Their quote is way to high. Their carrier is not water proof. When I shifted it rained and some boxes got wet. Sadly they all operate on same lines. They have a sort of monopoly. All demand advance payment and then you are on your own

                Recently I shifted my household items from Kolkata to Bangalore via APML with consignment number GCSLTK[protected].
                On 24th March 2021 the items got delivered and we found most of the item damaged due to negligence of the staff.
                In Kolkata all 34 items loaded into a small Tata Ace truck. I shocked... I requested not to do so, but they were saying Rs. 1500 will be charged for a single trip, so they will load everything in a single small truck to save cost. I have uploaded the photo of loaded truck as a proof.
                From 24th March onwards I am calling Mr. Suresh who is in charge of insurance & repair from APML Bangalore. But everyday he is making wrong commitment and wasting my time.
                After 6 days still APML could not repair the items, so I am unable to settle in my home. Also as Puja ghar damaged unable to start our regular Puja.
                I never expected this service like this from APML. I could have chosen other movers packers company with less cost and better service.
                Uploaded all the photos of damaged items and proofs.
                1. Steel Almirah (Original Godrej) - Very badly damaged. Looks like thrown from up.
                2. Wooden Puja Ghar - Very badly damaged. Multiple places broken.
                3. Microwave & its wooden table - All the Wheels broken.
                4. Queen size Steel Bed & Matress - Damaged
                5. Wooden Maharaja Sofa (3+1+1) - Damaged in multiple places.
                6. 15 cartoon for cloth, glass item, steel item - Few items broken.
                7. Wooden Shoe Rack
                8. Easy chair wooden
                APML is collecting complete charge beforehand, so that in case of damage customer will be behind APML. Now I do not have any option apart from request to APML staff and raise my voice in all public social media forum.
                I hope this will help to resolve my problem soon.

                  2 consignments were booked for shifting from Pune to Kerala. I was given an estimate of maximum 2 weeks, now its been more than 2 weeks since the consignments were picked up from the source(Pune). I have tried escalating it with customer care but hardly any thing changed. Each of the consignment were lying in the hubs for more than 2-3 days because they didn't have a carrier. When I contacted customer care today, I was told it would take another 2-3 days for my consignment to reach me, this is unacceptable considering the exorbitant charges(45k) that I have paid.

                  I needed my car(one of the consignment) for travel purpose in Kerala, since it wasn't available I had to go with rental service .

                  Since I dont have household items, I had to purchase a lot of new items to manage my household chores.

                  I need my consignments to be delivered to me asap and a refund based on each extra day(1000 INR) that has been taken by the company to deliver it to me.

                    Experiencing very unprofessional behavior of Agarwal Packers & Movers (APML)

                    Booked my household goods for shifting from Rudrapur to Delhi and fully paid against the invoice (05AAFCA3559A1Z5. At the time of delivery, They were saying that they have not received the payment and denied the delivery. No one is responding. Very pathetic experience.

                      All my items are received in damaged condition and my ac aluminium pipe of 10ft is missing and one of the worker of agarwal packers and movers named krishna pandit is saying police is under my control u cn do wat ever u want to. My sofa received in damaged condition, my fridge received in damaged condition, washing machine was unloaded up side down.my scooty is fully damaged without packing. Most of my products was not packed at the time of loading nd they told it will be packed and send to u in proper condition but nothing was packed as such and unloaded without packing. They charged 40, 000 including insurance and still not ready to accept the faults and not receiving calls.agarwal packers and movers are threatening us tat police is under there control. Now can anyone help me to gets my damaged and missing items

                        Earlier they told because of two qutstion payment is delayed will be made soon gor ready reference l am attaching card of compny with detail

                          I transported my house hold goods from dehradun to hyderabad, GC no-4631881 through agrawal packers and movers(DRS group).I took insurance of value 1lakh for my items.I received my led tv in damaged condition .As per insurance I should get 30thousand in claim.I am trying to contact them for last 2months through email, telephone, twits etc.They are saying that they can pay only 5thousand as company got affected due to covid.Their claim department on contacting just gives some random number to contact.They are not paying insured value.please settle the claim.

                            I would like to draw your attention on the above- I am Dr. Diptanu Sarkar have transferred my household belongings from Tinsukia(Margherita) to Korba(Dipka)-SECL through Agarwal Packers & Movers Limited.

                            Consignment has reached at Korba on 23 Feb-21. The supervisor who has come to unload/ unpack the item was not interested to work and has started arguing in each and every activity, to our surprise at one time he has kicked out cartons containing our kitchen belongings. We tried to make him understand that his behavior with customer(that too with the ladies member) is not proper, but at one point he has started arguing vehemently and abusing my family and SECL employee and even APML . We said that we shall complain to APML higher authority about him, he said that he doesn’t belong to APML and we can complain to anybody we want. We were totally surprised by his unparliamentary words and behavior. To our surprise when we called up Mr Jeebach Kumarto inform him about all these and to help us, even he started misbehaving and shouting at us over the phone, and when we said that we shall complain to higher authority of APML in Delhi, he said we can complain to anybody we want and he is not afraid of anybody.

                            Looking at the gravity of my problem my uncle (at Delhi) has talked to you customer care and requested him to unpack/unload the item. In turn the custom care talked to Korba branch(Mr Jeebach).

                            In the conference call it was decided that the unpacking will be done on the next day at 10 am. Though it was very difficult for us to take leave in such a short notice as I was on emergency duty. Even then we have taken leave after facing lot of difficulty. I again called Korba incharge Mr Jeebach Kumar, but instead of helping, he told me to get the unloading and unpacking to be done by myself. No one attended our work till 5.00 pm. It was really a very traumatic experience for our whole family. After several telecom/ request to your Delhi office and Korba office, we managed to get two workers to complete the unloading and unpacking work. Though it was not convenient to us at this odd time (around 5.30 pm), still I managed to do the work.

                            I am attaching the photograph of the damaged item, please compensate it and advise the supervisor and manager to behave properly with the customer(especially with the ladies member)

                            I am listing down the damaged item below:

                            1. one study table damaged during transport, not usable now(computer table)

                            2. one study table developed many scratches during transportation

                            3. Big dent observed in my motorbike due to faulty packing.

                            4. Bicycle damaged and is not usable. Bicycle was transported in a total unpacked condition.

                            5. One double bed(cot) damaged, another double bed(cot) had several scratches. Both my double beds were transported totally unpacked.

                            6. Induction stove damaged due to faulty packing, not working now.

                            7. Shoe rack(Alluminium) broken and damaged during transport. It was transported in a totally unpacked condition.

                            8. Invertor transported in an unpacked condition. Was thrown carelessly from truck while unloading.

                            Most of my items had got unpacked during transport by itself inside the truck, even before unloading due to faulty packing. Several valuable items were transported totally unpacked.

                            I am attaching some of the photographs of the damaged items. I have kept detailed photographs of the damaged items. Rest of the photographs can be shared on demand. (since webite is not accepting -I am attaching only 3 photos rest all are available with me)

                              This company has not delivered my car after 2 weeks of collecting from Bangalore to Kolkata.
                              They first lost my keys in Bangalore and even when I asked them to change the lock and give me the keys, they are denying it.

                                Bade Bhaiya agarwal - No commitment at all

                                This is review of my recent experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers - Dilip Roadlines Bade Bhaiya (To be specific)

                                First they gave me a quote. Then I just added 2 - 3 small items of dimension 2x2 feet for which they suddenly increased the estimate by 8K INR which was too expensive.

                                They were not in a position to justify this revised estimate. There information on the estimate sheet is misleading.

                                INCIDENT: My household Materials were picked up from Dehradun and were planned to move to Bangalore. When the products were unloaded the goods were reckless planned and kept in truck. The bike was titled and goods were kept on it.

                                after unpacking, it was seen that there are lot of goods were damaged
                                Damaged Goods
                                1. Royal Enfield Classic 350 (Headlight cap, Leg gaurd, HSRP, Footrest, Grill, Indicator light)
                                2. Bed Side Table
                                3. Air Cooler (fins and body totally damaged)
                                4. Kitchen utensils (Boxed Damaged)

                                While packing none of the supervisor were wearing mask or sanitized, both loading and unloading drivers and helpers forced to pay tips as they will keep the goods safe while travelling and unloading. I have shared the proof as well.

                                the company was shared an estimation of 11K for repair and damage they caused and I had also paid insurance amount. Now they are offering me 2K.The customer support speaks that the slip doesn't have amount mentioned in first page of slip, if the amount is not mentioned why was the loading of the good happened from their end.

                                i need my compensation for the damage this fraud company has created to me.

                                  Goods were consigned from bombay to goa and was promised to be delivered on 21 january but not recieved till 23 januray.No satisafactory reply from anywhere .

                                    They have taken my order on 30th dec.
                                    I paid 27k to them.

                                    But the order is not yet reached.
                                    Person who took all the stuff is not responding

                                    No one is responding.
                                    The package includes 2 scooty.

                                      I had shifted my households from Faridabad to Thane in November through APML, Agarwal Packers and movers . Most of the electronics, kitchen crockery and fragile items Recieved fully damage condition.. Their claim settlement department has not yet come for survey the claims neither willing to settle the claim even after a month of continued follow up writing mails, call at customer service and sending complete details to Ramesh Agarwal linkedin profile and at his personal email id as well... Simply, they are just cheater and claims a fake message for people by advertising best packers and movers...I need settlement or free advertising of this pathetic service I will keep doing till settlement...
