    Address: Head office Hyderabad DRS group working as Agarwal packers and movers

    My GC number is 4707232 dated 20/09/2020 from Dehradun to Meerut .3 Madhubani paintings costing Rs5000/ -missing, seems stolen while packing. Rice plate and other 7 plates were broken of the dinner set . glass of Steel Almirha broken.Fridge cooling damaged and other several items damaged but not paid any claim though insurance covered was of Rs. one lac and paid Rs3000/- for it .

      This is the worst Packers and Movers I have encountered so far. They broke my Washing Machine, Fridge and Drawers while transporting my goods from Bangalore to Pune. Their customer care support is so poor, unresponsive and unsatisfactory that I am disappointed in their service and will circulate in my social media and circle to never use their service ever. I have all the proofs of the damages incurred on my items and will file a complaint in Consumer Court for the compensation of the damages.

        Hi,

        I have recieved Confirmed quotation from your executive(Naveen [protected]) on mail after discussing everything with photos. House shifting is supposed to happen on 28.11.2020. But due to his negligence he forgot to inform shifting team. based on his comittment i have arranged everything..

        Now your guys from Chennai Ramesh([protected]) and Ravi([protected]) called me for postponding my shifting. since i didnt agree your guy Ravi has increased the price of shifting toRs.30000. and Spoke very rude manner

        How can you Guys increase the price after sending mail confirmation. I have Screen shot of all whatsapp conversation, mails everything..

        How can a company like this can cheat and give misleading commitment.. i want to take leagal action on this... Mr.Ravi is so abusive and Rude..

          We have booked Agarwal packers for the house hold items shifting from Chennai to Madurai on 23rd Nov and paid the full amount. Consignment delivered 25th morning and max cartons in wet conditions and few of the boxes totally damaged and recd in loose condition. While contacting the booking people no proper response. They asked us to contact Madurai. Also it's unloaded by the transporter Agarwal people yet to come till now (1pm) Need refund for the damaged parcels. (Sample photos attached)

            On the first day, two people were sent with horrible insufficient packing material. Our transfer was from Delhi to noida by a surveyor known as Tanwar, we were already asked for excess price of 27500 rupees whereas other companies were giving in 14000 rupees. After reaching out to customer care and a lot of people in Agarwal, more people and packing material were sent. On top of that, a 19 ft container was mentioned in container whereas 14 ft container was sent. Nobody had any I'd or shirt or anything of Agarwal, no photo in container. On unloading, we were asked to return all containers, otherwise pay more 2000 rupees. We have been shifting by apml since last 4 years, but after such a horrible experience we confirm we will never ask apml ever again and never recommend anybody. From this experience, we feel apml is nothing now but running on brand name and subcontracting. So much of harassment, we will always go for smaller companies next time. The service provided by apml is horrible and nothing more than a truck and two labourers provided. Still the labourers worked from their side to maintain some image, but after much coaxing and initial complaints. We will neither recommend apml to anybody nor will ever ask it again. Extremely dissatisfied by apml management side, only effort applied were by people who packaged the goods. We will never approach apml again and will make sure people we know also never reach out to apml.

              Case 1 (Household consignment no. CFRPNPT[protected]:

              Delayed Delivery, even after confirmation to deliver on day, consignment was delivered next day evening. Team left stuff without unpacking. No support I received from the Panipat/Bangalore team. I was left with no option but to unpack the consignment at my own cost (additional) despite the fact that the same was in APML scope. Seeks refund for unpacking and harassment.

              Lot of damage was done to items and repairable and irreparable too
              1. PVC chair Broken/damaged- 4 nos.
              2. Plant+Vase Broken/damaged- 2 nos.
              3. Refrigerator Back panel damage- 1 no.
              4. Honda Activa Silencer cover plate Broken - 1no.
              5. TV Trolly Glass Base Broken- 1 no.
              6. Kitchen Glass set Broken- 6 pcs
              7. Unpacking service not provided (done by self)

              Case 2 (Car consignment no GCGGN[protected]:

              I have received the consignment but would like to share my grievances.
              1. When I handed over the car to APML on 21.07.2020 evening with a meter reading 25033 km, the fuel indicator had 3 points having appx 15-16 ltr petrol. When the car was delivered at Bangalore with meter reading 25096, with fuel indicator indicating emergency with appx 4-5 ltr petrol. It is not possible to consume 10-12 ltr petrol for 60 odd km, hence possible petrol theft.

              2. The Delivery driver called me at 11:33 am, 02.08.2020 saying fuel is very less and there are 30 more km to go with meter reading at that time 25093 km and suggested to fill Rs 200 fuel which i consented considering the situation and paid to him on delivery. Distance was actually 2-3 km instead of 30 km as he suggested considering the fact that the car was delivered with meter reading as 25096 km. Fuel slip was without vehicle number and to my surprise time showing on slip was 11:04 am i.e. 30 minutes before his call. This means fuel wasn't actually filled in my car and slip belongs to some other vehicle..

              Delivery was first denied and only after customer care intervention it was delivered. Whole situation seems to be created to bluff me. I seek compensation for mischievous acts and harassment. Seek justice and needful action against wrongdoers in the name of APML.

                We had shifted from Kottayam to Raipur recently and the packing and moving consignment was given to the DRS group of Agrawal packers & Movers. We had 11 items in the cart in which a 43 inch LED Smart was also included. As the consignment reached and was delivered to us at Raipur we found that our TV was completely damaged and some items from other packed cartons were also missing (2 Wall Clocks, Dinner Set, Vacuum Cleaner, Pack of 3 new Bedsheets) . It seemed as if someone had tampered the packed cartons. To raise a complaint we tried to get in contact with the customer executive as well as the manager of the company, Mr Vijender who booked our consignment, but all in vain. Even the delivery manager, Mr. Mahaveer here at Raipur, behaved as if nothing has happened and declined our request for noting the complaint. We have suffered a loss of a brand new LED TV as well as some household items mentioned above.

                You are therefore requested to kindly book a complaint on our loss and advice us about the further proceedings.

                Attaching the bill copy and the photos of our damaged TV for your reference.

                  My GC no-4689868 dated 28th October, 2020. It's really a very poor or disappointing experience from DRS group. Items had been collected on above mentioned date and last 3 days when I called to Ms.Kusum, she informed it will reach by 8th Nov, 20 to Bangalore as its in Hyderabad but today came to know its still not reached in Bhubaneswar yet and the same will be reach another 6-7 days to Bangalore. Now my question is why this false statements where no idea about actual progress. Even false commitment on arrival time. Without Items my family can't move to the house and we along with our 1 year kid staying at hotel itself, as we all aware staying at hotel is unsafe during these pandemic situations. I'm seeking help from DRS group of management and will appreciate your prompt response please.

Three Madhubani paintings worth of Rs. 5000/- were missing while other was there. It was deliberately removed while packing was made . Almiraha glass was broken as it was visible primafacie so reported immediately to the Agarwal packers Meerut. Claim

                        I have booked from Bangalore to Goa and expected to deliver at the day when i am also reaching Goa. This is all recorded calls when they assured about the day. When reached here, they asked for money which is paid fully till 1:51 afternoon but did not get the goods which is just 4km away from my location. Even driver is also becomes very frustrated with these guys who just kept on hold. I have medicine in my goods which not able to take. I have furniture on which i could sleep due to their total negligence because once the amount is paid, they not picking up the call and wasted my full day, i been psysically tired, without my medicine which leads to anxiety and many more things. I want full money return as compensation for pathetic service i got and trouble aroused.

                          We are highly dissatisfied with the service provided by Agarwal Movers and Packers. They have no value for time. They were late by several hours on both the days of work. They took the full payment before unpacking our goods and assured us that they would unpack it on a day and time which we specify. But on the actual day o[censored]npacking the packing in charge did not receive our phone call. Our goods were also damaged considerably. A highly unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. We would not recommend Agarwal Movers and packers to anyone in the future. To add to our worries the claim department is so laid back they are not even bothered to help us. Never thought would have to go through this type of third grade service from such a renowned (fake) movers and packers service provider. Its my request to my dear ones if at any point of time in life you plan to shift NEVER TAKE THE SERVICE OF SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL MOVERS AND PACKERS LIKE "AGARWAL PACKERS".

                            Worst experiance with this drs movers and packers. They commit to deliver my all house hold material in 20 days but delivered in 90 days instead of 20 days. And when i recieved my material i found that all material was broken and led tv was missing. Today about 7 month i did not recieve my tv. And i call to their customer service not respond properly. Wo advise not to take any service from this drs movers and packers bade bhaiya company. Fraud company

                                My luggage was shipped on[protected] from kolkata to vijayawada. On 20th aug luggage came to vijayawada and went back to nashik. When i called to customer service no response. They will tell me "we call you back". No one called me back. The way they are treating customers is not good.

                                One and half month completed and no one got any update on my luggage. Why luggage will go back like that, what service they are doing in vijayawada branch. They are careless.

                                Please help me to get back my luggage.

                                  I have very bad experience here.

                                  I was told my goods will be delivered within 10 days when they took delivery from pune on 20th aug 2020.

                                  Now the story starts.

                                  1st september: i called customer care and they said goods are available in chennai and gave a number of mr. Pandey (Mob: [protected]) and said he is the co-ordinator.
                                  I called him and asked when can i expect the delivery. Mr. Pandey said that he can deliver on wednesday (2nd sep). I said ok and took off on wednesday from my work to receive m goods.

                                  2nd september: i called pandey again, now, he had no clue what he committed me. He said he will deliver on thursday. Then i clearly told him, please don't give wrong commitment and asked him for a definitive date so that i can't was one more leave. Then he again changed his mind and said he can deliver on friday (4th september). Again i applied for one more leave.

                                  4th september: here things are getting more interesting. I called him morning 8 am to ensure he can deliver properly. He said, it will all be done today. Also, called customer care and asked the same, they also conveyed that within today evening it will be delivered. Again i called him at 11 am, he said he has already loaded in vehicle and vehicle has left the facility in sriperumbudur.

                                  Again called him at 2 pm, now he says he is checking with driver and then switches off his phone and vanishes.

                                  I called customer care more than 5 times but no proper reply, they don't have any clue of where my good are.

                                  Surbhi from escalation team calls me and says it can't be delivered today at 4 pm.

                                  Now tell me what should i do after paying 65k and still waiting for amy valuable goods and lost 2 days of pay for leaves.

                                  Believe me no one called me for delivery i was the one who called every know and then to get the status. My calls where answered only after repeated calling, many times this idiot pandey cut my call while speaking.

                                  Do you think cheating people like pandey and apml can really survive in this business too long.

                                  Is there any management available to take this seriously.

                                  Also, why can't i claim refund for my leaves wasted because of the false commitment by the idiot pandey.

                                  Kindly let me know what kind of action will be taken against mr. Pandey (Biggest idiot i have ever seen)

                                    The packers packed the consignment on Sunday 23rd August 2020 and I was promised a delivery in 3-4 days. I was asked to make a payment of 12448 online and labour charge 400 on 24th Aug 2020 and I subsequently requested for a docket number for which they replied online tracking is not available as opposed to what is mentioned on their website.
                                    I made a call to Mr. Sampath who was handling the quotation, on Thursday regarding the status of the delivery to which he replied that it has reached cochin and hung up the call before I could respond and enquire regarding the delivery timing details.
                                    On Friday, Mr. Sampath said I should talk to Mr. Mahapatra from Bangalore regarding my Consignment. Mr. Mahapatra too said that the delivery has been made to cochin and the cochin office will contact me.
                                    on Saturday, I called Mr Mahapatra again, who very rudely replied that I should not worry about my package and it will reach soon from cochin and ended the conversation abruptly. After which I called again insisting for a number from the cochin office which he shared reluctantly. On contacting the Kochi office, I was informed no such package has been delivered.
                                    On calling Mahapatra again on Monday, he confesses that the consignment never left Bangalore due to some technical issues and he didn’t follow up on it and I was given a false update and he has made preparations for the package to leave at night and would reach me by Wednesday 2-september2020 (10 days post pickup and 6 days post committed date)
                                    On Wednesday I make a call to Mahapatra who ensures me that the consignment left Bangalore and cochin office ensures me that the package is with the delivery department which denies knowledge of any such consignment and shares the number of the regional head who asked me to share the details of consignment and there has been no response since.
                                    It has been 10 days since pick up and 9 days since the payment has been made and 6 days since the committed date of delivery and I have no knowledge of the consignment and date of delivery.Additionally no response from the company.

                                      GC 4709734- My shipment was shipped on 20th August from Chennai to jamshedpur. I have been told since 25th that the shipment is in Bhuwaneshwar and I called Bhuwaneshwar office as well and they are saying that my package is not there.
                                      I have reached out to customer care multiple times but there is no clarity on my shipment.
                                      I just want to know where exactly is my shipment. Please help.

                                        "invoice for your consignment no gcupb[protected]"

                                        This is my consignment number and there is a refund of inr 8, 000/- due. They requested for 21 days and that time frame has breached. I don't have any progress updates and they have not communicated to me regarding any progress in this as well.

                                        Their regional manager, when called, tells me that he will look into it and get back to me or he claims to be on leave. But he has not made any progress on this claim.

                                        I am requesting for the money that is rightfully mine and it is also something that they agreed to refund as well.

                                        My shipment was from delhi to tiruppur, but since i collected it midway i was eligible for a refund of 8, 000. I was infact made to collect half way because they refused to deliver the car to tiruppur due to lockdown.
