To whomsoever it may concern

This is to bring to your notice that my consignment which left from pune on the 14th december was received by my yesterday after 24 days which was supposed to reach me in 3-4 days, which is unacceptable.

Also to bring to your notice that the bike which was being transported from pune to jaipur via your services has found to be damaged which is very not accepted from a reputed organization like yours. I feel that opting for your services was a big mistake because of the delay in the delivery and condition in which the bike has been received. I am attaching the pictures for reference.

I have also written to mr. Saheb reddi but i see he has no interest or doesn’t want to help his customers.

I opted this drs india for shifting my household items & bike from gandhinagar [gujarat] to bangalore on june'19. Most of the items damaged & hence i have opted for insurance for 2 lakh by paying the amount, so claimed for 21k but they offer only 7k then to 9k. For 6 months they are dragging to pay the claim amount and not giving respect to customer..

I had booked shipping services from aggarwal packers for transfer of household goods from jamshedpur to bangalore and the items were picked up from my house in jamshedpur on 13th dec 2019. The booking was confirmed by mr gautam from jamshedpur office.

The items got delivered on 23rd dec 2019 however the guys who came for delivery did not assemble the items and mentioned i will have to spend my own money to assemble the products back. The glass top dining table has been broken to pieces hence i could not take delivery of the glass as it was falling all over the building, might have hurt people. Customer service at aggarwal is like them only, no-one knows what to do and they just keep transferring my call from one place to another. They don't even have the courtesy to inform customers that they are transferring and even if the other department does not pick they don't care, its the customer who is kept hanging in the middle.

Not all the parts of the dining table table was delivered and the one that i had was import quality nowhere in bangalore i m able to get the same kind made. Earlier agarwal packers told that they will reimburse the charges incurred for the damage caused but when the time came to give the money, people stopped receiving my calls, no response on whatsapp messages too.

I thought aggarwal is the best packers company hence went ahead with it but the system is so much flawed and there are so much incorrect people employed, forget customer service they didn't even have take the responsibility of what they did wrong.
I had to get a new table made worth rs 12000, a single penny also they didn't pay, they took money for shipping, broke the item then didn't even bother paying anything for the charges on their website they claim they take care of end of end process, solve issues with customers but ultimately they are a filthy company who just cares about taking the order without giving any proper information... Such a bad experience... Guys pls don't choose agarwal... They just have the name hence they feel they can do whatever they want... And that's how they cheat customers this way... Go ahead with some local vendor...

I wanted to move fridge and washing machine from delhi to shimla.

They quoted the overall cost 5000. I was happy. Because these items were only worth 14000, but because of strange reason i have to move them.

They picked these items and said invoice will be send over whatsapp. I paid them full amount 5000.

They sent me invoice asking for 7050 and saying it's the gst and servie tax and asked to pay the remaining amout then only they will deliver the item.

I don't know whom to complain.

I should not have trusted them. :' (

If someone in near future reading this, please think again before handling over your preious items to these greedy people.

This is anjaneyulu who is residing in tirupati.in the month of november 2019, i have taken services from this company for shifting goods from samshabad to tirupati and paid total amount of rs. 10, 225 in advance.

As i need invoice to claim these expenses from my new company and there is time limit also to claim.

It is almost 2 months. My date of dispatch is november 1 2019.

My consignments were shifted from jaipur to patna at 15 november 2019 (From).

The consignments were delivered on 30 november 2019. I counted all the items it was fine amd that's why i signed in the delivery documents.

However while open boxes today, one item is missing. The item is bosch gsb 500w 10 re professional tool kit, ms and plastic (Blue, pack of 100). The cost of item is around 3500. You can see the item:

I am suprised with this and very upset as well.
I request to take action on this and do compensatory if any.

Moved from chennai to thiruvananthapuram in aug 2019. We have been moving around every 2 to 3 years and every time we went with agarwal packers and movers. As always this time we didn’t think twice. Unlike our previous moves this one was really bad right from day one. Poor customer service experience started with the guy ‘jagvir singh’ from chennai circle who visited the house for survey. We had to call him many times to get the quote and remind him of the moving date. The packers dropped expensive collectible items and broke many items like flower vases. Mixed up all things while packing - kitchen groceries and living room decorative things in one box. It took more than 2 months to sort things out at the destination. The packers demanded hefty tips and we were forced to pay rs.1000/- per person for 6 people as tips. Once our things arrived at the destination agarwal refused to unload the things from the truck, citing union labour issues. At the time of making payment in chennai they had promised us that they will unload and unpack. After the truck arrived at the destination they simply refused to unload. It was very stressful and we had to hire someone else to unload the things. That cost us extra 20k as we had to hire some labour at the last minute. Although agarwal agreed to refund the money paid for unloading, we literally had to call them up hundreds of times to get the unloading charges refunded. Microwave oven and wooden almirah were broken beyond repair and had to discard them. Grocery items like dhal and rice were not packed properly and they were strewn all over the place - when the boxes were moved from the truck into the house. It was a very messy, stressful move. We will never forget the atrocious attitude of the entire agarwal team, right from regional manager to packers / unpacker. Seeing such similar reviews from people, it only shows that agarwal has lost its brand value.

I shifted household things through drs dilip roadlines group of agarwal movers and packers and it was a very worst experience, they committed 2 days for delivery by direct separate vehicle but they delivered after 4days through sharing vehicle and no proper communication, they charged additional 2300 rs for separate vehicle consignment but they transferred through sharing vehicle. And my daughter cycle and miscellaneous items like bathroom cleaner brushes, dust pan, kids ball, wipers etc. Are missing after informing also i dont get any update till when they will send my item.
There is no seriousness about customer value. Almost 15 days completed, logistic manager name krishan sharma kaushik.

Kindly provide my missing item.

Shifting within ernaakulam limit. The worst service i've ever faced. Money is the only focus for agarwal packers and movers ltd. Hereby attached damaged products pictures for your reference. A 4 feet plant was also broken into pieces. I’ve asked the loading person to take the same so i don’t have the option to take the photo. I suggest to take a look at the attached photos.

Attached picture of the damage made to my household items. I spoke to one of the agent named sreekala and it was totally disappointing on the harsh behaviour to me. I requesed for a claim and said i ready to pay the remaning amount. She said that it is okay and based on some discussion with internal team, suddenly she become so harsh on me and tried to threaten me saying she will go by legal. I've no clue. I tried to contact apml customer service team but i was not able to connect. I opted for apml service by trust and now i'm totally disappointed by the way i'm treated now.

I will never recommend. You might lose your precious household items even if it's well packed. The loading and unloading persons are so careless with the products.

Finally one of the staff in ampl, cochin offic said i should have taken insurance and i replied no one told me about it. The answer was for local trip it won't be suggested and now it is like i should i've taken the insurance. So what i'm supposed to do now?

I'm not getting response after the same.

Claim for damaged products and dissatisfied service.
I made booking with agarwal packers and movers for shifting of goods from rented house in delhi to another lane in delhi itsef.
Booking dates were:30th october 2019 and 31st october 2019.
Complaints are:
Untrained labour,
My stuff was mishandled and broken by your team,
In process of shifting scratches walls, staircase and railing was broken,
No help received in unpacking.
Service not completed within 2 days.
No response received from customer care.
No reply from your team and claim settlement.

It's a complain regarding a claim settlement for an consignment from bangalore to dhenkanal, odisha. Cg # 4667922.
Few items were damaged while shifting, i spoke to claim dept from bhubaneswar office and the claim amount is already settled for rs 4000.

But bhubaneswar office is not providing me with the claim amount yet..

There are two person mr sushil and mr balraj, they are playing with me every day from last 45 days. Each an every day they have different stories for me, but not able to provide me the claim amount.

Very bad experience with bhubaneswar office claim dept.

We were moved our goods from chennai to mangalore on sep 22, 2019 by agarwal packers and movers (Drs). During this shifting, some of our products were damaged and i claimed to mangalore branch. Authorized person came my place and noted the damaged items. For reference, our gc number: 4672428.

But till now i didn't get any response from mangalore office. Mangalore office person not updating the proper details.

I called customer care many times till now i didn't get proper response from them.

I booked my luggage with Agarwal packers and movers Ltd from Jammu, on 26.10.2019, on payment on delivery condition.

Once luggage was booked (they had my luggage), Mr. Rajesh Thakur, Assistant Manager from their Jammu branch started threatening me to make 100% payment now or else I will not get my luggage return.

It is more than 20 days, I have not received my luggage and also they are not responding to my mails.

My car was dispatched from Goa to Hyderabad on 6th November. But the Vehicle has not yet reached Hyderabad . False information's were given by the Customer care people saying the car was dispatched just the day I called them and I am worried about the Car condition now. I was subjected to a lot of mental harassment by the said packers and movers

Very poor exp with this company. The mktg exect shows something however the carry the goods like sugar sacks in truck.
My motorcycle was damaged and few parts were broken in transit as they were not carrying it safely. When opened the container i found the bike fallen.

When claimed they do not even entertain or resolve the issue. Worst company to choose. Paid more then other competitors but no safe delivery of packages.

I booked agarwal packers and movers to transport my cooler from navi mumbai to varanasi on 6 october 2019. Today, it is 4 november 2019 and my cooler still hasn't been delivered. There is no response from the customer care, varanasi on calling. Half of the time they bring up some new update about its location. There is no response on filing a complaint on email and the mumbai customer care branch is unwilling to take responsibility. The service being provided is pathetic. Ensure speedy delivery of my cooler or else i'll be forced to take action. My gc no. Is gcnmum[protected]

This has reference to my consignment number: gctnsk[protected] for shifting of my household items from dibrugarh, assam to noida, up through m/s agarwal packers and movers ltd. (Apml). At the time of delivery following items are found damage/broken and also mentioned while signing of delivery documents:

1. 2- seater leatherite sofa
2. Assembly of dinning table
3. Gyser connecting pipes
4. King size bed ply
5. Induction cook top
6. Plastic stool
7. Leg bend of tv trolly
8. Scratches mark at shoe rack
But apml is delaying the and now denying the damage after 2 months and also misbehaved by mr. Ivon robinson.

Hi sir,
My order no is gcnoida[protected]. They had damaged my items, and total estimates i have got were 1, 49000 however because of the delay in investigations i had to compromise with them to 61000 rupees, they said they will refund the claim amount in 15 days, and it's been more than 3 months.
From their end, mr. Sadanand is dealing but he is not responding to my emails anymore. I had already sent more than 50 emails to them but no one from the company is taking this matter responsibly. I request you to please look into this matter with the utmost priority.

I got my households goods transferred from thane (Maharashtra) to noida (Up). When recieved, i found my dinning table, chairs and wooden temple were damaged (Total cost = 25000). I am following with them for last 8 days, but no response.

I took insurance for all goods, still they are not providing any solution. Every time they are saying that person is not available to resolve the issue.
