I shifted my house items from chennai to hyderabad and i chose agarwal shifting experts packers movers (http://www.agarwalpackersgroups.com/index.html) contact email - [protected]@gmail.com, mobile [protected]. First they haven't listen on packing items and they said they will take care of everything. They packed fragile items along with others and they brought small vehicle to shift things. They were not ready to listen to me that it will not fit in small vehicle. They convinced that it will be going to warehouse in chennai and then it will be shifted to big one. They packed things crushing boxes. Also they took 6000 for insurance saying any damage in packing will be claimed. Items were received in hyderabad next day in the same small vehicle and many items were broken and they were not helping in unpacking as well. When we requested for insurance, they dragged things to 2 months and finally said it can be claimed only if fire or accident. For bad packing and broken items, it cannot be claimed. Hence i suggest never trust this packers and dont choose these guys.

I am sabitha, sir i book agarwal pack n movers from bhiwadi to warangal for household items, for that they charged 12000 with 4days delivery packing, unpacking, loading. And unloading, for 31 items. After packing all 31 boxes they add insurance extra 3000 total so they said to pay 15000... They clearly said to us all included in 15000 only, after coming to hyderabad now they are saying to pay 25000 n they will charge 1000 if they keep luggage in godown... This are the attached files.. I spoked with concern person regarding the issue.. They are saying because of more boxes they charged 25000 but at the time of loading luggage from bhiwadi they did not informed about gst, tax, e - way bill all... We are not aware of this when the time uploading the luggage from bhiwadi.. Sir pls look after this... When i called they y u charged extra money he said all this and he's saying u have to pay or else u can complaint any were

Being a 10 year long relationship with agarwal packers and movers and this is the third time, i have shifted my goods from you. I am writing this email after long waiting and getting poor, adamant, unjustified response from the damage handling team.

For my complaint, i received email from dhirendra /nirbhay, however i get call from mr. Pankaj for talking on issues.

Here are few statements from mr. Pankaj (Who is handling my consignment damage case) which are not acceptable and encouraging for me / agarwal customers :-

A. Agarwal packers and movers do not have skilled persons in goa to handle your damages, thus i can not provide repair services for damages.
B. I will not share you any complaint number / claim number or request number for your complaint. You email directly to given email id and get the ticket number.
C. I am not responsible and will not provide support, if your email to agrawal claims and damage is getting failed.
D. There is no one agrawal who can change my decision, whom so ever you want to talk and wherever you go.
E. If you are old customer or new and if you want to deal with agarwal in future or not, i don't care. Don't shift your luggage from agarwal in future, if you are not happy.
F. I have seen many cases in my life and can handle any one like you either you are auditor, practitioner or not.
G. I will not accept any of justifications, my decision is final.
H. I will not accept any other damages, even if it is seen my the goa representative came for damage survey.
I. I will not share you the insurance copy of 2 lacks. (I have paid 6000 for this)
J. There is no insurance paper available with agrawal, we and have third party insurer who gives agrawal, a lum sum insurance amount for whole consignment.
K. Agarwal packers and movers do not have skilled persons in goa to handle your damages.
L. If you want me to handle your case, you have to listen to me, no one can help you.

First understand the issue i have faced in sequence.

1. I have received my consignment on 15th of jan 2020 and with few damages observed in unpacked and un installed articles.
2. The agrawal delivery boys were getting continuous calls to go at another location and they are asking to take all the shippers / cartons back with them.
3. Since my flat don't have shelf to keep the articles, thus i spoke with agrawal customer care team and explained the situation, and they told it is ok not to give cartons / shippers, also 100% unpacking is not required if not feasible.
4. Non of the delivery boys were knowledgeable to install inverter, ac, exercise cycle, so customer care team told they will send technician for installation of remaining articles.
6. On 15 jan 2020, till they left, i have shown the damages observed in unpacked and uninstalled articles and only damages observed till time were documented in delivery receipt.
7. I called customer care team asked further process for damage handling, and they have given number of a person mr. Rohit (Not sure), whose number is not in service.
8. Then i called goa agrawal representative mr. Ashish ([protected]) and he has given number of another lady ms. Seema ([protected]) who is taking care of damage cases at goa location.
9. I called her around 50 times for 3-4 days but there was no response. Later i came to know she is on leave.
10. Then i called agrawal delhi team, they have given number of someone, may be mr. Dhirendra and asked to call him for further process.
11. After my several request and, one person from agrawal goa team on 19-jan-2020 and inspected and noted all the damages for 9 articles. He has agreed for all the damages, taken picture and noted all the details in his dairy. Refer attached picture of diary.
12. Later i received call from mr. Pankaj and adamantly explaining about the damages, keep talking, don't listen, shouting, not accepting my concerns.
13. He was offering me to buy cheap price items for covering up damages and offering very less price for all the damages.
13. I asked the approved insurance copy of rs. 2 lacks, for which i paid 6000 to understand the terms and condition but mr. Pankaj denied to share.
14. Then i sent email to email id of agrawal handling damages (Customercare. [protected]@agarwalpackers.com) but all emails are came back with failed delivery.
15. I have called the customer care team and explained my situation and they told write a complaint and explain everything in email, which is happening with you.
16. Thus i am taking out time from my busy schedule and writing this email with details, so that agarwal team and understand the situation my customer end who have received the consignment with few damaged articles and getting bitter response from the persons handling my cases.
17. My humble request is please assign someone else and the right guy to handle the case, who don't want to spoil the the relations between agarwal p & m and customer and resolve this case as soon as possible.
18. Below is detailed description of my consignments damages for further reference and discussion. And photos of the same are attached for reference.

A. Mattress damage :- it has got holes at 5 places and a big torn over the label of mattress. The inside material of mattress is exposed outside. This damage can not be repaired in original condition. Mr. Pankaj is offering me to buy a cheap price cover of rs. 1000 for my costly mattress. I have told him even my mattress is damage and can not be come back to original and due to holes dust, water will go inside, even though the mattress cost is rs. 10000, water proof mattress cover worth rs. 3000 is only acceptable to me. (Mattress cost rs.10000 as package number 37).

B. Wooden cupboard damage :- compressed wood cupboard is damage from joints, detached from sides and thus i checked with the carpenter, he told compressed wood items are one time fitting and repair is not possible. Mr. Pankaj saying, its a partial damage, but it's a full damage, since it can not be repaired back. I need rs.1000 against this damages or send someone to repair it back to original position. (Cuboard cost rs.1000 as package number 24).

C. Exercise cycle damage :- the exercise cycle wheel have setting knob to adjust the speed, which is totally detached and damaged from original location. I called cosco service center person, they are asking rs.1500 along with replacement of the setting knob assembly. Mr. Pankaj saying, its a partial damage. Either send someone who can repair this or please give the insurance amount i. E. Rs. 1000. (Exercise cycle cost rs.1000 as package number 6).

D. Plastic stools damage :- both the plastic stools are damage and can not be repaired. Mr. Pankaj is not accepting this damage even after it was noted by agrawal representative. Please give the insurance amount i. E. Rs. 500 (Plastic stool cost rs.500 as package number 81).

E. Inverter for electric supply :- since no one came from agrawal p & m after several follow ups for installation of inverter, thus i called electrician and get it installed but the inverter is not working. Mr. Pankaj is not accepting this damage even after it was noted by agrawal representative. Either send someone who can repair inverter or please give the insurance amount i. E. Rs. 2000. (Inverter cost rs. 2000 as package number 67).

F. Fridge damage :- fridge front door have got damage. Mr. Pankaj is not accepting this damage even after it was noted by agrawal representative. Dent can not be repaired and it's a partial damage, thus please give the partial insurance amount i. E. Rs. 2000. (Fridge cost rs. 12000 as package number 3).

G. Steel almirah damage :- there are few dents and scratches in almirah. Mr. Pankaj is not accepting this damage even after it was noted by agrawal representative. Dent can not be repaired and it's a partial damage, thus please give the partial insurance amount i. E. Rs. 1500. (Steel almirah cost rs. 5000 as package number 72).

H. Clay pot (Mitti ka pot) damage :- as you can see in picture, clay pot is totally damage from top. Mr. Pankaj is not accepting this damage even after it was noted by agrawal representative. As it can not repaired back. Thus please give the insurance amount i. E. Rs. 500. (Clay pot cost rs. 500 as package number 7).

I. Plastic chair damage :- as you can see in picture, the plastic chair is totally damage. Mr. Pankaj is not accepting this damage even after it was noted by agrawal representative. As it can not repaired back. Thus please give the insurance amount i. E. Rs. 500. (Clay pot cost rs. 500 as package number 14).

J.ac not working :- since no one came from agrawal p & m after several follow ups for installation of ac, thus i called ac technician and get it installed but the ac is not getting power. Mr. Pankaj is not accepting this damage. Either send someone who can repair ac or please give the ac repair cost, once it will get repaired from my side (Ac cost rs. 25000 as package number 94, 95, 96).

We have scheduled our consignment to start from chennai on 14th jan 2020. And they have promised it will reach by 16th jan which happens to be a sunday. The real twist is, when we called tracking department on 16th, they told it will start from chennai only on 16th jan and will reach hyderabad on 19th jan 2020. When i asked them about the delay, they gave some other person's number named rampal, and he won't even pick the phone. This is by far the worst service i have ever experienced, and do not believe their advertisements. They will just scam you.

This is regard to gc no[protected] by the name of ravi kant rai, shipment was booked from delhi to patna stating on 1st of feb and reached here on 9th feb.

The shipment was delayed by 5 days and it supposed to come directly from delhi to patna as we have booked an entire truck but your team has sent the consignment on the shared truck and i have the supporting evidence to prove that. It is a clear case of the fraud as the customer is asked to pay for the direct truck and later without informing the truck has been changed. When we tried to contact radheshyam (+91- [protected]), he has stopped picking the calls and replied it was done to manage the expenses of transport.

The claim department (Vinay pathak) has proposed random rs. 3000 for damaged and lost articles without doing the inspections and hight of professionalism is that drs claim is not bothered about responding to the mails

We expect the compensation for this.

Such a big cheater who promise to deliver the things in 48 hrs and get huge amount. When i call them after 2 days to check the status no one picking the call even after 25times i dialed. When call customer care they telling it will take another 2 days and irritated with the response. Such huge fraud.. customer care people asking me to check with source office where as they not even picking the call.. finally got to know they still didn't transported my thing from Coimbatore..

Highly disappointed. Worst service.

They charged us one lakh fifty thousand to transfer goods from suratgarh to bangalore. They initially promised a 32 feet truck then sent a 16 ft truck with not enough and inferior packing material and inexperienced packing and loading staff. Then they got another container of 20 feet and loaded our our balance stuff in it commiting that both containers would be sent together. That also was not done and they moved the container on cranes from multiple destinations resulting in damage to our household items. Such a high price for such a horrible transfer. Once in bangalore office they told us they will deliver times in 2 shift we reduced such a unprofessional suggestion and told them to deliver on saturday. We have been waiting for delivery at our store location since 8 am but their unloaders have not come... It is 6 pm in the evening. I want compensation for the damage of our goods and wastage of our time

I had organised to move my belongings from chennai to mumbai on the 13th of january 2020. Much to our shock we were surprised that the agarwal packers and movers staff charged us a hefty tips amounting to 200 inr in addition to my family paying 12000 as moving charges.

A week later, the consignment arrived in appalling conditions. The cardboard cartons used to pack the items were torn. The staff were complacent and to add salt to wound, demanded 100 rs as tips.

Third class service and employee behavior of employees behavior they are drinking liquor during the transportation of household items they are not reached timely as per given time frame to me who had taken responsibilities o[censored]nprofessional behavior of employees with me l lost my one day due to this

I have two reasons to complain here.
I sent my bicycle and one curtain from bangalore to kolkata. When i received my goods, one part of the cycle was broke.
Please find the details below
1. I gave my cycle in a good condition but when i received my cycle, the bell was broken.
2. Agarwal packers and movers has the responsibility to reach my products at my apartment but they denied to come till the apartment though it was a wide road. So we carried it till our home. I am very much disappointed by the company.

This is to bring to your notice that my consignment which left from pune on the 14th december was received by my yesterday after 24 days which was supposed to reach me in 3-4 days, which is unacceptable.

Also to bring to your notice that the bike which was being transported from pune to jaipur via your services has found to be damaged which is very not accepted from a reputed organization like yours. I feel that opting for your services was a big mistake because of the delay in the delivery and condition in which the bike has been received. I am attaching the pictures for reference.

I have also written to mr. Saheb reddi but i see he has no interest or doesn’t want to help his customers.

I opted this drs india for shifting my household items & bike from gandhinagar [gujarat] to bangalore on june'19. Most of the items damaged & hence i have opted for insurance for 2 lakh by paying the amount, so claimed for 21k but they offer only 7k then to 9k. For 6 months they are dragging to pay the claim amount and not giving respect to customer..

I had booked shipping services from aggarwal packers for transfer of household goods from jamshedpur to bangalore and the items were picked up from my house in jamshedpur on 13th dec 2019. The booking was confirmed by mr gautam from jamshedpur office.

The items got delivered on 23rd dec 2019 however the guys who came for delivery did not assemble the items and mentioned i will have to spend my own money to assemble the products back. The glass top dining table has been broken to pieces hence i could not take delivery of the glass as it was falling all over the building, might have hurt people. Customer service at aggarwal is like them only, no-one knows what to do and they just keep transferring my call from one place to another. They don't even have the courtesy to inform customers that they are transferring and even if the other department does not pick they don't care, its the customer who is kept hanging in the middle.

Not all the parts of the dining table table was delivered and the one that i had was import quality nowhere in bangalore i m able to get the same kind made. Earlier agarwal packers told that they will reimburse the charges incurred for the damage caused but when the time came to give the money, people stopped receiving my calls, no response on whatsapp messages too.

I thought aggarwal is the best packers company hence went ahead with it but the system is so much flawed and there are so much incorrect people employed, forget customer service they didn't even have take the responsibility of what they did wrong.
I had to get a new table made worth rs 12000, a single penny also they didn't pay, they took money for shipping, broke the item then didn't even bother paying anything for the charges on their website they claim they take care of end of end process, solve issues with customers but ultimately they are a filthy company who just cares about taking the order without giving any proper information... Such a bad experience... Guys pls don't choose agarwal... They just have the name hence they feel they can do whatever they want... And that's how they cheat customers this way... Go ahead with some local vendor...

I wanted to move fridge and washing machine from delhi to shimla.

They quoted the overall cost 5000. I was happy. Because these items were only worth 14000, but because of strange reason i have to move them.

They picked these items and said invoice will be send over whatsapp. I paid them full amount 5000.

They sent me invoice asking for 7050 and saying it's the gst and servie tax and asked to pay the remaining amout then only they will deliver the item.

I don't know whom to complain.

I should not have trusted them. :' (

If someone in near future reading this, please think again before handling over your preious items to these greedy people.

This is anjaneyulu who is residing in tirupati.in the month of november 2019, i have taken services from this company for shifting goods from samshabad to tirupati and paid total amount of rs. 10, 225 in advance.

As i need invoice to claim these expenses from my new company and there is time limit also to claim.

My consignments were shifted from jaipur to patna at 15 november 2019 (From).

The consignments were delivered on 30 november 2019. I counted all the items it was fine amd that's why i signed in the delivery documents.

However while open boxes today, one item is missing. The item is bosch gsb 500w 10 re professional tool kit, ms and plastic (Blue, pack of 100). The cost of item is around 3500. You can see the item:

Moved from chennai to thiruvananthapuram in aug 2019. We have been moving around every 2 to 3 years and every time we went with agarwal packers and movers. As always this time we didn’t think twice. Unlike our previous moves this one was really bad right from day one. Poor customer service experience started with the guy ‘jagvir singh’ from chennai circle who visited the house for survey. We had to call him many times to get the quote and remind him of the moving date. The packers dropped expensive collectible items and broke many items like flower vases. Mixed up all things while packing - kitchen groceries and living room decorative things in one box. It took more than 2 months to sort things out at the destination. The packers demanded hefty tips and we were forced to pay rs.1000/- per person for 6 people as tips. Once our things arrived at the destination agarwal refused to unload the things from the truck, citing union labour issues. At the time of making payment in chennai they had promised us that they will unload and unpack. After the truck arrived at the destination they simply refused to unload. It was very stressful and we had to hire someone else to unload the things. That cost us extra 20k as we had to hire some labour at the last minute. Although agarwal agreed to refund the money paid for unloading, we literally had to call them up hundreds of times to get the unloading charges refunded. Microwave oven and wooden almirah were broken beyond repair and had to discard them. Grocery items like dhal and rice were not packed properly and they were strewn all over the place - when the boxes were moved from the truck into the house. It was a very messy, stressful move. We will never forget the atrocious attitude of the entire agarwal team, right from regional manager to packers / unpacker. Seeing such similar reviews from people, it only shows that agarwal has lost its brand value.

And my daughter cycle and miscellaneous items like bathroom cleaner brushes, dust pan, kids ball, wipers etc. Are missing after informing also i dont get any update till when they will send my item.
There is no seriousness about customer value. Almost 15 days completed, logistic manager name krishan sharma kaushik.

Kindly provide my missing item.

Shifting within ernaakulam limit. The worst service i've ever faced. Money is the only focus for agarwal packers and movers ltd. Hereby attached damaged products pictures for your reference. A 4 feet plant was also broken into pieces. I’ve asked the loading person to take the same so i don’t have the option to take the photo. I suggest to take a look at the attached photos.

Attached picture of the damage made to my household items. I spoke to one of the agent named sreekala and it was totally disappointing on the harsh behaviour to me. I requesed for a claim and said i ready to pay the remaning amount. She said that it is okay and based on some discussion with internal team, suddenly she become so harsh on me and tried to threaten me saying she will go by legal. I've no clue. I tried to contact apml customer service team but i was not able to connect. I opted for apml service by trust and now i'm totally disappointed by the way i'm treated now.

I will never recommend. You might lose your precious household items even if it's well packed. The loading and unloading persons are so careless with the products.

Finally one of the staff in ampl, cochin offic said i should have taken insurance and i replied no one told me about it. The answer was for local trip it won't be suggested and now it is like i should i've taken the insurance. So what i'm supposed to do now?

I'm not getting response after the same.
