I had to shift my home from Patna to Mumbai and my entire house hold stuff was handed over to Agrawal Movers and Packers, the booking was done on 29-June-2018 and today 13th of July 2018 there is no trace of my entire stuff (29 Packets) has not reached till now, inspite of multiple call to their call center (No. +91 [protected]) they pick up the call take all the details and laugh about it and say we will call you in 2-3 hours. Till now we have no information about anything. Please take appropriate action against these Agrawal Movers and Packers

    Agarwal Packers were supposed to pack and move my house goods today 8-Jul-18. I was quoted ₹12000 for local movement with in Hyderabad city Mr.Mukesh Kumar. The quote was given without inspection of house. I asked them to visit before giving the quote. They said it's fine with out inspection. Meanwhile I shared the items that would be part of pack & move. There was acknowledgement. On the morning of packing day, they came with a small mini van and started saying there are more goods and demanded ₹18000. They said they would cancel if the amount quoted that time was not accepted. I got very angry with such unprofessional behavior. We were left stranded not knowing what to do.I finally decided not to go ahead with them knowing the fact that I will suffer. It has caused so much of mental trauma and pain. I have to now negotiate with a family who wanted to rent our house after we vacated. Financially and mentally it was such a big loss for us because of the unprofessional & unruly behavior of AGARWAL PACKERS. There is no place to report these issues as their customer care did not work.

      I have booked on 25th Jun from Jamshedpur to Karaikal. After 11days they have not yet delivered. They are saying we have booked on sharing basis so when they will get sharing then only they will send. It is in Raipur and from raipur it will take another 7 days to reach here. They have given eetimate of 12 to 15 days. I want them to deliver in 4 days. Which is not possible for them. So i will give consumer case and suggest all not to use their service.

          Our electronic appliances has been damaged and i want the insured amount to be refunded. There are also other things that are damaged. Our newly purchased washing machine is damaged and also frigde.
          I have also lost some of the goods. They have assured as that our goods will reach to the destination without any damages but it's not like that.
          They have already taken whole bill amount from me first at the time of packing and when i asked them to refund the amount for damage goods there is no response from their side.

            I have given my household stuff to be shifted from Agrawal Packers and movers My GC no is 4532478 dated 30/05/2018.
            Package was to be shifted from Navelim Goa to Bokaro Steel city Jharkhand.
            I was told that it will be delivered in 10-12 days maximum. There is no responce from the person whom i packed up all stuffs from goa.
            I am loosing everyday almost 3000 per day as i have to stay in hotel since last one month.

              I had booked my consignment on 10/06/2018 and they promise me to deliver the consignment at destination within a week. Now it's 2week passed still i have not received the consignment. Everytime i called the customer care they give me another date.
              By the customer care i get to know the my consignment was wrongly send to patna which is irrelevant to the destination address provided by me. My sincere request is to deliver my consignment as early as possible and also reimburse the amount applicable for late delivery.

                Dear Sir,

                This is to inform you that I have booked a consignment from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar for my home assets with 2 bike(KA51L2908 HONDA ACTIVA & KA02ED8001 HEROHONDA CBZ )& one car (KA05MR3591 ALTO 800).

                One of you employee named Pankaj – [protected] visited share quotation & told insurance not mandatory also there is no other hidden charges . I doubted after seeing the quotation bill as its mentioned Agarwal fast & safe cargo pvt ltd. Which is not the original Agarwal packers & movers.

                Second day again he called me and there was another guy called Suresh Rathore – [protected] he ask me to visit your office which is located in singasandra opposite to EPF office . I went & met both Suresh & Pankaj there, They assured me no hidden charges no insurance & guarantee of assets on safety & time line of 8 days total amount of 42000/- all inclusive GST extra 5% . Rs 500/- I gave as token amount for advance.

                On 7th May 18 of your labour team arrived & started packing the materials . One of guy took my car & went to Neelmangla for giving to carrier service .After packing your team started making bill of extra amont of insurance worth rs 5lakh of 15000/- & Entry tax of 16000/-, check post charges of 1000/- . when I ask why so many charges then he called to Pankaj & gave phone to me . Pankaj started playing his words that I have forgot to tell you all this charges but I keep asking NO, He was not ready to listen, Finally he removed Entry tax of 16000/-, check post charges of 1000/- & then Suresh called me & said without insurance we can’t take material as per government law. I asked them to bring my things back then he said its not possible, what a crap I did a mistake . No the game start of looting the customer . your workers demanded 2000/- tip . what the hell ?? I was totally out of my mind after seeing your team’s behaviour . Totally bill was made 59850/- & I apid 31000/- for advance remaining they told me to pay in Bhubaneswar . Both the bikes are taken by worker by driving to go-down with helmets .

                On 15th June I called Pankaj & Suresh for my assets but they didn’t respond to my call for entire day in evening he asked me to transfer the remaining balance amount to his account (Axis bank account number-[protected]). I told him that as per our discussion I withdrawn the amount & kept ready he refused to take cash and demanding to do online transaction or else he will not send the consignment . I transferred the amount immediately . Material came to home but all are in bad condition & item number 65 & 59 not delivered . And car still not delivered when I asked why, Pankaj said its in Vijaywada it will take another 2 days .

                When I shared the picture of all broken items Pankaj said “sir thoda bahut to tudta hai” … Really ?? is this what your service is ?? when I asked to share insurance copy they started ignoring my calls .

                Now its 21st of June and 15days past no clue of my car, No one is responding to my call neither Pankaj nor Suresh . its totally fraud case . I don’t know how to react this on
                False commitment, wrong information, worst service ever .

                Please look into it & revert back with car status also share insurance copy of my consignment .

                All bills & damage materials picture attached .

                  I hv booked your packers for shifting of household goods from mundra gujrat to rajkot gujrat. The goods to be delivered in the night however truck has been reached but nobody were there to unload the goods i waited for 4 hours (9 pm to 1 pm) and driver personaly invite 4 unskilled labour to unload in the late night and i paid personaly 2000/- to them.

                    I booked a relocation of my house hold items from pune to hyderabad. The loading happened on 16th june, 2018 in pune. And they assured the delivery in hyderabad by 17th june, 2018. As delivery date is sunday they refused my cheque payment by telling that the cheque will be cleared on monday so i will get delivery on monday. And also they said if you paid in online now, then we will deliver it by sunday. I reached to hyderabad along with my family on 17th june, 2018. I havent got my delivery. Till date i called to different numbers their customer care provided and of no use. And they are now saying that my goods will be coming on 21st to hyderabad as they are still in pune. I called to thier customer care 100 of times for escalation of this as i got cheated by them with the false promise they have given regarding my delivery. Due to this my family facing trouble by staying in hotel and waiting for our belongings to reach hyderabad. The guy who cheated us is mr pradeep and his mobile number is [protected]. This guy should be punishable and agarwals packers and movers should answer my questions on delaying of my delivery, no clear assurance of the delivery date and time, payment for the loss and harassment they given to me. Till date didnt get any call from them on any information i asked. They are just forwarding the calls or hanging up the calls or not lifting.

                    I got a call from this number [protected] from pune delivery centre. And he is threatening us to take back the complaint. With out giving us a proper explanation they are trying to threaten us by saying that we will also write like I am threatening those guys.After paying all the money on the loading date, i am surprised by the way these people are behaving with me.Those guys from pune are calling to my family ladies and threatening them to take back the complaint i raised in consumer forum. Some urgent action need to be taken on these goons. Till date my material is not started from pune and on top of this their behaviour is highly punishable. I got a reply from agarwals facebook representative that my drlivery will be happened by tomorrow evening. I dont have any hope on that because of their threatens.

                      And I got consignment which should have been delivered to Jaipur address
                      Now I am following up with your customer care for days and still to get a proper response

                          I had booked a consignment of my household goods from ahmedabad to siliguri on 03 june 2018. Consignment note no is gcahmd[protected] dt 02 jun. Goods arrived in siliguri on 08 jun at 0500hrs. Siliguri br of apml was totally unaware of arrival of the consignment. On informing the siliguri br manager of apml mr monirul sardar, he was firstly totally lacakadasical but assured he would sent manpower for unloading and unpacking by 10.30 am. At the designated hour no one turned up. Despite repeated calls to this individual mr monirul sardar, he kept giving false assurances. This individual is also rude and has no manners in dealing with customers. Finally at 2.30 pm only one person turned up for unloading and unpacking the entire consignment. Only one. It is common sense that one person cannot unload and unpack and entire container truck. On informing the siliguri br manager of apml mr monirul sardar he feigned ignorance and was also behaving rudely. After a while he stopped attending calls. A complaint to the apml helpline also did not result in any action. Seeing this i had to employ my own labour for unloading and unpacking. It appears that apml is completely ripping off its customers on the unloading and unpacking part of the contract for which they charge the fees. Also the siliguri br manager of apml is uncouth, rude, incompetent, unprofessional, lackadasical and is well versed in the art of giving false promises to customers of apml. Apml should refund the amount charged to me for the unloading and unpacking and should also take requisite action to advice its staff to deal properly with its customers.

                            I shifted my luggage's from ambernath (Mumbai) to sivagangai (Near madurai in tamil nadu) on 12/05/18. I received my house hold items on 21/05/18 with damaged conditions (Fridge, washing machine, hero honda bike, computer table, almira, etc..) there is no proper response from mumbai, madurai office. I sent mail to [protected]@agarwalpackers.com on 25/05/18. There is no reply from them. My wife contact through phone"they don't give proper reply. Simply telling, delhi off person will contact". Last 15 years i shifted my house items through your packers. This is the time only i received goods in severely damaged condition. Kindly arrange claim for damaged goods.

                              I had a pathetic experience with agarwal packers. I used their services thrice in a span of 2 months from march to may and i lost my important items.

                              27th march 2018- product missing-gc no. Cggnkolo94005..
                              I shifted lot of items from uttarpara to pune on 27th march... Which was to be shifted again. Some antique bed parts are missing. For a double bed cot supporting plank t structures are missing which i found out while assembling it. I informed them to check their warehouse for missing items but till date haven't heard back. These items were packed and loaded from uttarpara (Kolkata) and were numbered separately (38, 39). These were antique pieces and i will never get a replica of the same.

                              20th may 2018-gc no. Gcpun[protected] i shifted locally in pune within the same housing society from e block to b block 1st floor. The experience was not good as my refrigerator stabilizer is missing. They packed it together but i was never able to locate that after shifting. I found out about that a little later and have informed them but they are not cooperating.

                              23rd may 2018 - i shifted few goods from pune to bhilai. The supervisor didn't listen to me while packing my antique bed pieces and didn't do a proper packing and when it arrived in bhilai it was completely broken into two pieces. Both the bed planks were damaged and broken. This was after telling them repeatedly to use shock absorbers else it will break

They asked me to pay rs.750 for the carton boxes and not returned my money as confirmed, when i called and informed mandip ([protected]) he told will take next day and give back my money, but waited for more than 7 days and nobody come to take the carton. Later when i called and told him will complain, he says are you treatening me, then go and complain let's see what happens? This is a complaint forum else i would like to use full of f&b's about mandip, because he talks with customer's very arrogant and no manners.

                                  Hello all,

                                  On 29th april 2018 my car was picked from shimoga for hubli by driver. On 09th may 2018 car reached my delhi residence and my mother took the delivery. Gchbl[protected]

                                  When i checked my car today morning was shocked to see that:

                                  1. Gear knob was broken
                                  2. Almost zero fuel (I kept decent level before giving car)
                                  3. Amplifier missing

                                  Its very sad to see that wires were cut and amplifier stolen.
                                  One more thing to highlight, pair of ladies/girl slippers in plastic bag (Written in kannada) was found in rear seat, shows car was also used personally.
                                  I'm regular customer of agarwal packers and this types of mishandling and thefts is not acceptable.

                                  Since 10th may i‘m writing multiple emails to cc. [protected]@agarwalpackers.com car. [protected]@agarwalpackers.com and [protected]@agarwalpackers.com with no response. Mr dheerendra replied in between that we are investigating.
                                  I request you to look into this matter urgently.

                                  My mother made a booking last week for today and they called and confirmed with her yesterday.she had wrapped up everything and since morning we are waiting for them.they won’t respond properly.they just keep giving us random no.s to call..they have not reached till now!i hate this company!
                                  I was told that my consignment will reach in 10 days.but it did not reach even after 12 days.moreover there was a lot of confusion regarding the arrival of it, even customer care support was not able to sort it.

                                      I (Giri) have received service from agarwal safe packers and movers and they left the carton boxes at my home and collected 100 rs for each box and they said they will take the carton box after two days and will return the money back. We called them many times but they are not coming from past 20 days. Their phone number is [protected]. I have shifted things from cv raman nagar to kasturi nagar. Request you to take this on priority and help me on this.

                                        Dear sir

                                        The above consignment was shifted from bangalore to gurgaon on 19th april and was delivered on 27th april, 2018.

                                        The unloaders, unpackers and installation team saw many items had been broken during transit due to wrong packing of the items.

                                        While opening the items - the unpackers saw some items broken viz

                                        A. Decoration pieces and mixed items - estimated at rs 10000 as per packing list
                                        B. 3 folding wooden chairs - estimated at rs 5000
                                        C. One bed side board - estimated at rs 5000

                                        One bed they were unable to fix - and said carpenter will come next day ie 28th apr for fixing.

                                        Moreover out of the total of 150 items shipped - the unpackers team did not open 40 boxes - as they had run out of time as per society norms - having entered into the society for delivery post noon only.

                                        We mentioned the same on the delivery completion document - that items were broken during transit due to wrong packing from bangalore and also balance items left behind will be opened on next day. We asked the supervisor mr ved pal to come the next day ie 28th april to pick up the material - which he said he will do in a day or so.

                                        After considerable follow-up on 28th apr with mr ved pal for both pick up and fixing of items - he organised for the carpenter to come on 29th apr - which was a holiday - and is an off day in the society - but managed to bring him into the society for setting up the bed - and fixing the the other bed. Also told him that the 3rd bed side - was broken during transit.

                                        I called up mr ved pal on 30th apr - and asked him things were broken when the boxes were opened - and how to put up a claim - and also asked him when he would be sending a person to pick up the boxes left behind.

                                        Was advised to call up customer care - which i did in the evening - and was re-directed to claims department after a lot of waiting time - when i asked what is the process of claim processing - and the person advised someone will call up and update on the same.

                                        I received a call on 1st may - and was informed that someone will come and inspect the items.

                                        Finally when i did not receive any call till 3rd may - when i started to follow-up on the claims - was given number of mr sadanand - operations manager. He has behaved in an extemely rude way - challenging and questioning me on every point - and mostly stating that nothing can be done - as it is beyond 3 days - and stated i gave an excellent feedback.

                                        I shared - i gave excellent feedback for the carpenter work - and not the entire delivery of broken items and even unopened boxes - moreover the same has been mentioned in the delivery note signed.

                                        He refused for many days to entertain any discussions on the claim - and after much pursuit he stated - he will organise to get someone to come and have an inspection.

                                        No one came for the inspection nor did any one come to pick up the boxes left behind till date - which i organised on my own to dispose off.

                                        On 18th may - mr sadanand called and said he is approving rs 1000 as re-imbursement - and that is all that he can do. I shared no one has come for the inspection - and he refused to entertain any further discussions. I clearly told him i am not ok with rs 1000 - after which he put down the phone.

                                        I looked up all the documents - and no where it is mentioned how to put up claim - who to contact for closure - all communication is on phone as of now - inspite of me asking for the same during the multiple calls - which was also clarified during the calls.

                                        I take strong objections to the whole handling of the issue by agarwal packers teams - in spite of me contacting and updating all the above facts and following up on the same - and also having taken a proper insurance claim on the items shifted.

                                        I wish to formally put up this mail as a claim for the following costs for repair of items -

                                        A. 3 broken chairs - rs 5000
                                        B. Bed side board - rs 5000
                                        C. Misc photo frames, mixed items - rs 5000
                                        D. Decoration pieces kept in crockery items - rs 10000

                                        After having waited now for over 20 days - i have organised for repair of the above items at my costs.

                                        Kindly organise for the release of payment by cheque favouring self on priority.
