Dear sir/madam,

With reference to my booking gc no. 4581364 which was (Luggage
Shifting) from mancherial (Telengana) to bathinda punjab. Please note
That the following material was damaged:
1.   tv : display broken
2.   table mirror: mirror broken.
3.   sofa set : base damaged for complete sofa
4.   items stolen: led bulbs, water pump, tv mounting bracket,
5.   pot broken & damaged
Amount to be refunded = rs 24150
I have immediately send the broken material & stolen items pictures to
The concerned persons immediately the day of the material unloading &
They have acknowledged this matter. They promised that the refund/
Claim shall be processed within a week’s time.
I have been following up this issue since 05.09.2017 & no concrete
Things are happening in my favour.
Following are the persons whom i am contacting for the refund process;
1.   mr. Anil (Hyderabad office): contact no.[protected]
2.   ms nalini (Hyderabad office): contact no.[protected]
3.   mr krishan (Ludhiana office) : contact no.[protected]
These above people are not co-operating & are just delaying the process.
Ms nalini in spite of my repetitive calls is not responding.
Hence i am writing this e-mail to you.
Request you to expedite this matter & revert.

    Dear sir
    I used services from agarwal packers and movers around 2 months ago to shift my home. They did not clarified their insurance policies to me while providing quotation or loading my stuff. Some of my stuff got damaged and now when i am asking them to provide my insurance claim, they have decided the amount themselves to 4000 when insured amount of the higher and few items were not even tagged by them while packing and hence insurance amount was not added to them. Their surveyor who provided the quotation did not tell us their insurance claim settlement policies, the team who packed and loaded the material did not tagged the material properly and has misguided us while providing insurance amount to add any amount to any item as if it is not important. The team who unloaded my consignment did not mention about getting unpacking done in front of them for proper insurance claim incase of damage. And now the claim settlement supervisor is telling me the policies.
    Your pehredaar is doing a great job by helping consumers and not needing them to go to consumer court as legal proceeding are very painful in our country and your initiative is easy and effective way to help the consumers.
    Looking forward for your help on this matter as well.

      Dear sir,
      I have provided all documentation, pictures. Manager of agarwal packers and movers (Apml) who coordinated the move agrees on damages during delivery. Inspite of repeated phone calls and emails to insurance department, i get no response, not even the apml manager who coordinated the move.

      I'm forced to register this complaint and plan to take up negative campaign in social forums against apml. Any help and advice will be appreciated.

        car delivery from delhi to guwahati

        Trusting Agarwal Packers and Movers turned out to be one of the biggest regrets in life. Their customer services is abysmal. They flash all jazzy stuff on their website. Limca records and others my foot. What happens inside the company is totally pathetic.

        I had booked for car delivery from Delhi to Guwahati. My car was picked up from Delhi on the 22nd of July and delivered on the 14th of September. It took a total of 42 days,...

        I wish i could give them negative rating. They booked our consignment in june, 2017 from home with initial costing of rs. 14, 000/-. I was to leave the city the next day. After two days i get a call saying now the amount has increased to rs. 25, 000 since insurance is involved. I immediately made the payment. I was told within 15 days i would receive my goods.in between i had to go abroad and come back and when i followed back again i was given promise of every other week the goods will be delivered. This continued for 2 months where sunny would give imaginary update like "your household goods has reached vishakhapatnam."

        After that one day i got call from some other packer service asking for my address! On asking he told the guy at agarwal packers & movers, dankuni housing, kashmira apartment, 1st foor, room no-12 (Near usha martin school) hooghly. Wb has asked him to courier our goods. On further enquiry we got to know it was still in kolkata. Sunny -[protected] from agarwal packers & movers continuously lied to us for three months!

        We had left our number on agarwal packers & movers pvt. Ltd. Site for quote while enquiry so we are not sure how sunny from agarwal packers & movers, dankuni housing, kashmira apartment, 1st floor, room no-12 (Near usha martin school) hooghly, wb got our number. He posed as from the original one and cheated us.

        After 2 months we got our household goods in august last week with the promise that the bike would be delivered in a week. We still haven't got our bike.

        We had booked it for door delivery and today we get call from sunny agarwal - [protected] saying they can't deliver to our house and we need to pay 3, 500 more if we want it! On pointing out that the bill says, "door delivery" he said, "that depends on our convenience."

        They have kept our bike for three months with them where it is not in condition to be driven!

        I am only writing this so that more people are aware of such fraudsters!

        Today the bike was delivered where we had to pay Rs. 1500/- to the transport person as Sunny - [protected] called yesterday and said if we don't pay the amount then we can forget our bike. The bike side stand is broken and the indicator is also missing. Delivering late is one thing and on top of it damaging the good is another thing!!

          My household goods was packed, transported and delivered by agarwal packers & movers vide gc no wignsltk123067.in this process rs 72931 was charged from me which i paid twice, once through online payment channel of agarwal packers & movers on 23.08.2017 (Mr mr/sltk/1718/00740) and the second payment was made by cheque no 556275 dated 20.08.2017 drawn on bank sbi. The cheque was debited from my account on 23.08.2017. Since 23.08.2017 i had been requesting the company for refund of the excess amount paid by me. Till date the amount was not credited to my account.

            I got my goods transported from delhi to bangalore. Following are the relevant details:
            Packing in delhi: 25 may, 2017
            Gc no.: 4554015
            Delivery in bangalore: 11 june, 2017
            The delivery has been very fast and beyond my expectation. Also the packing in delhi and unpacking in bangalore has been very well done.
            While receiving the goods in bangalore, we checked that 2 items were damaged.
            1. One side of one of the box of double bed was pierced and hence the ply ruptured beyond repairs.
            2. One leg of the fridge got bent and so it could not balance.

            I mentioned these 2 damages on the delivery papers as directed by the delivery people.

            The insurance was there for this relocation. I checked with the origin peoples in delhi about the claim and they asked me to send an email to [protected]@drsindia.in for this. I sent the email with pictures on june 20, 2017 to this id keeping bangalore and ghaziabad office (Origin from east delhi and so handled by ghaziabad branch of drs india) in copy.

            As usual, no response for email. I contacted customer care and they did not raise any complaint for non redressal at all. They keep on giving following 2 numbers for the claim department:

            But on these numbers, phone always rang but never picked-up. This is why i decided to raise my complaint over here to get compensation.

              I work in uco bank as assistant manager and have used your services for transit from goa to kota on 17/07/17 which i received on 31/07/17 but my valuable items such as double bed and bike were heavily damaged and i have talked to customer care and local vendor of goa no one is responding or taking any action. Till date ie 10/08/17 i have not received any call from them regarding my claim.
              I have done insurance of my household items for which i have to receive refund.
              I will not suggest your services to any other banker.

              Process my refund within 1 week or else i have to take the matter to consumer court.

                They loaded my house hold on 12th aug 2017 from pune to bangalore,
                They promised to delivered on 16th aug, till then i am calling so called executive, customer care, tracking department they responds in very rude manner, some one says your house hold delivered, some says it's on the way.
                Today is the 22nd aug 2017 but i don't know where is my house holds.

                  I have used agarwal packers and movers ltd. For relocating from gurgaon to pune. I paid ~50000rs for relocation. I was made assured that everything will be taken care and i will receive my goods as it is. After reaching pune, i did not receive any communication from company and then i made inquiry that where is my household goods, then i was told there is an accident happened and my goods are damaged. After that again there was no communication, there was not even a single call from customer care.

                  I had done so many followups and then i received my house hold and what i received was pile of garbage. Everything was damaged and most of the items were missing.

                  Then one guy from customer care came and did the survey after that insurance guy came and did the survey and again no communication.

                  I requested them to provide me fir copy of accident or pictures of accident. I never received anything from them.

                  I had to do so many followups and so many calls every time i was making call to one person or another and dropping emails but i did not receive proper communication.

                  Eventually they stopped picking my calls and stopped responding on emails. I have done so many escalations and i faced lot of mental torture.

                  I was told that for electronics items i will have to book appointments with companies and get the quotation whether it is repairable or not and based on that insurance would be given and whatever visiting charges i will pay for that, it would be reimbursed later.

                  First thing, it should be companies responsibility to do that, they already damaged my goods and then asking me to followup with another company.

                  After three months of this whole incident and after putting so much efforts in followup i received my insurance money. However, this is like charity amount. My whole house hold stuff is either damaged or lost and what i received is not worth. Company denied to pay the amount which i paid for visiting charges for electronics items.

                  I had to buy everything new and so much trouble i faced, i was just doing followups every day with different different companies for quotation and with agarwal packers and movers ltd. For insurance.

                  I have received the worst kind of service. They even stopped picking my calls and never responded on mail... Every time i had to drop number of emails then i received response.

                  I have had pathetic experience with agarwal packers and movers ltd. Even after escalations the service wasnt improved.

                  Now my concern is :-
                  1. I paid 50, 000/- for relocating which was wastage because i did not receive my goods.
                  2. Insurance amount which i received is kind of charity amount.
                  3. Amount which i paid for different quotation which was supposed to be reimbursed.
                  4. I faced lot of trouble for this period, it was mental torture.

                  I need compensation from agarwal packers and movers ltd. For the worst and pathetic services provided by them.

                  Few pics are attached for the goods which i received.

                    I have given my household items to agarwalpackers.in site on 21st july where they taken all money and told me before 1st of august they should deliver my household items. I have booked from jamshedpur to banglore. Now still august 14 i am staying at hotel but they are not delivering or pick up my call. My gc no. Is 4505379. They are threatening me if i do a police complaint against them.

                      Subject: - GCN No: WIGNCHE096059 AND CHE043156 GC DATED[protected]; out of 32 cartons to Chennai to Mumbai one of the Cartons was misplaced and instead of our Carton you delivered the carton relates to WIGNCHE096482-and another consignment bearing No: 043156 delivered to Guntur are not properly handling- in the result some of the items were damaged-regarding.

                      Ref: - Since June, 2017 several email correspondence through my son with the customer care—there is no response from your end.

                      It is informed to you note that, you advertised through huge publicity in respect of your company i.e. “AGARWAL PACKERS AND MOVERS LIMITED “for the services of packing and movers and you got the Limca Record for largest mover. Basing on the advertisement we choose to you for the purpose of house hold goods transported through your movers from Chennai to Mumbai Vide WIGNCHE096059 dated[protected]; and from Chennai to Guntur vide WIGNCHE043156 dated[protected].
                      It is further informed to you note that, the goods vide WIGNCHE096059 dated[protected] received on[protected]. Out of 32 items we received one of the Carton received by us through bearing GC No: WIGNCHE096482 is not belongs to us, instead of our carton we received the supra mentioned Carton at the same time our carton was delivered to somebody. The same thing was informed to the customer care through several emails and then your office staff stated that contact Mr.Pankaj (claim executive); the same thing is informed to through email to the said claim executive, but there is no response from your end.
                      It is further informed to you note that, in respect of the GC No: WIGNCHE096482 dated[protected]; the stocks received by us the handling of the items one of the item Air Conditioner is not properly delivered to us in the result the copper wire affixed with the AC was cut and again we purchased the copper wire for that fixing of AC we spent nearly Rs.2, 000/-; We already informed the same things were happened through email and over phone to your customer service, but there is no response from your end and paid deaf ear. Till today you are not responding our requisitions and emails to your help line/customer care, more over you are not spend the time to know about the supra mentioned complaints.
                      It is further informed to you note that, we had loss of valuable time as well as money and suffered mental agony for your acts and unfair trade practice. Now we realized that you failed to fulfill your assurance for deliver the goods by way of Packers and Movers through your company.                         My bed was broken at the time of dissembling, as the person pulled the whole heavy bed without opening the bolts and the same is mentioned the delivery receipt by pune supervisor. The sofa leg was broken while shifting.

                        I am continuously following with their claim dept from 16 july. I have mailed the photos also. Email to the agpl head & zonal head mrs mansi, but received any confirmation.

                        Such a poor and irresponsible attitude.

                          The incident is as below 31 jul 17 midnight email text but they are not responding even after reminder today.

                          Refer to your quotation sl. No. 4382209 dated 19 jun 2017 and subsequent telecon the order has been placed on 26 jun 2017 for household goods only from kolkata to vizag and the entire plan had been intimated from vizag by email to kolkata office which was as under:

                          07 jul 2017 : my return to kolkata
                          13 jul 2017: household items packing up & loading / hand over and family shifted to kakdwip by car
                          17 jul 2017: reach vizag by car
                          27 jul 2017: my little daughter and unwell wife depart kakdwip with aged father to catch train from howrah
                          28 jul 2017: family reach vizag
                          04 aug 2017: father depart vizag for kakdwip

                          In view of the above it is requested to pack up and load and transit properly with at most care to deliver the items between 19 to 26 jul 2017 with hindi or english speaking professional people for unloading, lifting and arranging (Preferebly on 22 jul 2017 morning for convenience in all respect)

                          As per above plan household items were handed over vide gc no 4566518 dated 13 jul 2017. It was told to me as per quotation transit time will be 8 days only. However, verbally it was told that it will not exceed 15 days under any circumstances because my items will occupy almost 80-90% of the container, so that you will wait for 2-3 days time for other customer who have small quantity of items and if not available without further waiting the transit will start. On 13 jul 2017 the container lorry ap-29ta-1040 was loaded but as per govt claim procedure the lorry papers (Rc book, pucc, insurance, tax token etc) and driver details (Dl, identity proof etc) were not provided and assured that it will be sent to my vizag address by post in due course however earlier discussion was all those documents will be provided after loading on spot. Packers team forcibly taken rs 600/- (Actual demand was rs 2000/-) as tips which was intimated to kolkata office from spot but they did not take any action. Moreover, the supervisor ([protected]) did not wait for 5 min to take 100% payment by cheque as per clause. I had to pay rs 50537/- in place of rs 49400/- due to banking charges for online payment. Then i persued kolkata police using my defence profile for roadside hassle free parking till no entry withdrawn at 10pm.
                          On 20 jul 2017 1st time i put query on online tracking and received call from secunderabad that i will receive items on 23 jul 2017 and requested for 22 jul 2017 and it was accepted.
                          On 22 jul 2017 morning i called vizag office and they told they have no info about such gc number. I called kolkata office and one lady ([protected]) told that their system showing that items already reached at vizag and asked me to call again to vizag office. But again vizag office has given same reply. Once again called that lady and again she over-confidently told the items have been dropped at vizag office well in adv and the lorry is about to return kolkata anytime soon. The same was intimated to vizag office again but they did not agree with her statement. Rest of the day the madam did not pick up my call.
                          On 23 jul 2017 again i put query in online tracking but till date nobody called me. When i called the driver ([protected]) of ap-29ta-1040 he intimated that he is going to his native place as the lorry engine faced some heating problem and will take 10 days time to get repaired so all of items were unloaded at warehouse for loading to some other container.
                          On 24 jul 2017 i called vk mishra ([protected]) after several attempt to that madam and mr mishra has given the statement that the lorry was seized by commercial tax officer at ichhapuram (Somewhere nearby andhra odisha border) due to gst confusion and driver was arrested and taken to bhubaneshwar jail. But after showing my defence papers lorry has been out of creaser list and court has granted the bail order. Next day the driver will be released and will reach ichapuram by evening so that i will receive items on 26 jul 2017 morning.
                          On 25 jul 2017 i called vk mishra ([protected]) after several attempt to that madam and mr mishra has given the statement that the lorry was out of creaser list and court has not granted the bail order. (Contradiction with previous day statement). Again i put query in online tracking but till date nobody called me.
                          On 26 jul 2017 again i put query in online tracking but till date nobody called me. By the time madam and mishraji both disconnecting my call almost more than 30 times. Finally i called secunderabad ho and mr raj ([protected]) asked me to wait 30 min for status update. He provided final status as he has no clue because kolkata office is not contactable. Final open ended statement was when he has info then only he can provide status. I called vk mishra ([protected]) after several attempt at evening to that madam and mr mishra has given the statement that the bail of the driver is uncertain so that he is sending one spare driver by train in same night and he supposed to reach at lorry by 27 jul 2017 afternoon and i will receive items on 28 jul afternoon.
                          On 27 jul 2017 i wanted to know the driver contact no and lorry reg no but madam and mishraji both disconnecting my call almost more than 50 times. I sent one of my hyderabad based colleague mr bc pothal ([protected]) to ho for query but they did not entertain him.
                          On 28 jul 2017 nothing happened as promised on 26 jul 2017. By the time family (Aged father, unwell post-surgery wife and little daughter with most of all their belongings with lorry) arrived at vizag as per pre-scheduled plan and forced to check into hotel (Rs 1500/- per day per room x 2 plus fooding cost daily approx. Rs 500/-) but madam and mishraji both disconnecting my call almost more than 20 times. Finally madam picked up the phone and asked me to wait 30 min for lorry and driver details. Event after several call till night she did not give me anything and finally made a conf call with somebody who has given the status that the driver supposed to depart kolkata on 26 jul 2017 night he did not started due to some reason and on same night of 28 jul 2107 some other driver is coming by traing so that i can receive the items by 30 jul 2017 without fail but not shared the driver and lorry details.
                          On 29 jul 2017 nothing happened and family (Aged father, unwell post-surgery wife and little daughter with most of all their belongings with lorry) and forced to stay into hotel (Rs 1500/- per day per room x 2 plus fooding cost daily approx. Rs 500/-).
                          On 30 jul 2017 nothing happened as promised on 28 jul 2017 and family (Aged father, unwell post-surgery wife and little daughter with most of all their belongings with lorry) and forced to stay into hotel (Rs 1500/- per day per room x 2 plus fooding cost daily approx. Rs 500/-). As nobody are in mood to pick up my phone on behalf of me one of my friend called madam and her statement is items will deliver by 01 aug 2017.
                          On 31 jul 2017 to avoid huge expenses at hotel family checked out of hotel and purchased almost rs 10000/- items (Fan, gas oven and utensils etc) to stay at desired address without any bed (Just on floor and a bedsheet which is strictly prohibited for post surgery wife) as there is no clue about the arrival of items. Daughter half-yearly exam started but due to non-availability of books and uniforms she is unable to go school which is hampering her academic career possibly year detention in same class for next academic session. I have received income tax 143 (1) notice for which i cant make any reply as all of my files with you and reply deadline is about to over. Finally i received status sms today evening stating that my items will be delivered by 3 days after loading. If so then i supposed to receive the items by 16/17 jul 2017 or today only lorry started from kolkata. If so then ichapuram story is fake.
                          Till date due to you following expenses incurred apart from paid service to you rs 50537/- plus my imp & valuable items (Min insured 1 lac) and files/papers (Costing beyond calculation):
                          Tips: rs 600/-
                          Online payment: rs 1137/-
                          Ph calls: rs 200/- approx.
                          Hotel rent: rs 9000/-
                          Outside fooding: rs 1500/-
                          Double purchase of items: rs 10000/- approx.
                          Mental and physical harassment: rs 10000/- min. (Not countable as still on)
                          Daughter career damage: rs 10000/- min. (Not countable as still on)
                          My official crucial job disturbance: rs 10000/- min. (Not countable as still on)
                          Demurrage for two hired labours for rooms arrangements 4 times for 2 days each due to delivery date failure: rs 4000/-
                          In view of your worst & nil service/behaviour, fake promise, poor response, failing multiple deadlines, creating hazards in peaceful life, you are directed to deliver the items in good condition alongwith lorry and drivers papers for govt transfer grant claim by 01 aug 2017 morning with compensation of above mentioned monetary damage to me unless will sue you in appropriate forum and will all action to blacklist you in govt sector. This may be treated as legal notice.

                              I got transferred from silchar to kolkata. For moving house hold items i contacted agrawal packer mover. They said that items will reach kolkata in 6 days. Around 20 items were packed, but after it arrived here we found iteam 10 is missing.

                              Other item was delivered on 30th may, 2016. Its almost a year still there is no response from your team.

                              It holds camera and other household items which is of almost 40000 rate.

                                Shifting took place from Guwahati to Tezpur, Assam.

                                It is very unbelievable such an deaf ear from APML end. Their official said to be working for great company & such way Agrawal Packers behave with their customer.

                                Agrawal Packers have collected payment in advance, so that they can take advantage of any adverse situation.
                                Their staff meant for packaging, loading & unloading are much trained professional. They are very skilled to take out money in the name of "bakshis" both in the time of loading & unloading. There I lost around Rs. 700/-.
                                Their loading person forget to load curtain rod from Guwahati due to this I have to buy curtain rod again of Rs. 2000/-.I have raised the issue immediately over phone to their marketing executive Mr. Chandar Bhan. But they request not to highlight the issue as this may lead to fining the poor labour.
                                But the thing crossed the limit when I found that rechargeable table fan is missing from my home latter on. Me & my wife were present at the time o[censored]nloading but we donnot have sufficient manpower to look after all the unloading process. Identifying all the particulars at a very small time is very difficult. They took the advantage of the issue & their unloading labour along with vehicle driver have stolen the fan as it was packed. The driver of the vehicle has also came to me & ask to handover him Rs. 3000/- for the time being as he urgently needs some money. This I also informed to Mr. Bhan immediately.

                                The entire episode starting from bakshis to theft of Fan is scripted & may be linked to many sources.

                                We have lost a good amount of material which cost is around of Rs 4000/- (cost of curtain rod, Fan & extra tips to labour). And on other hand Agrawal Packers also charges Rs. 40000/- which is also very high in respect of other player.

                                It is a shameless act from their company staff that they earned money by taking tips & stealing customer goods taking the advantage of situation.

                                My induction oven has been broken during the shipping by your company . Now,
                                when I am asking for the money for the broken induction oven, they are not willing to pay the amount . My induction price is 2100/- . It is not expected from the company like Agrawal Packers and movers .

                                  I had booked goods from ghaziabad (Up) to bangalore (Karnatka) on 13th july (Wignupb114199).
                                  At the time of booking i was promised that it will take maximum 9 days for good to reach bangalore. Even after 15 days i have no clue where the goods are. The tracking system says that the consignment reached bangalore on 28th july. But i have not received it yet. When i called your delhi office they gave me a local contact (Kumar), when i called him he said he doesn't have goods. When i called back your delhi office which is thrice - on first instance the cr said talk to bangalore they can only help and disconnected the phone abruptly, the second time i called, cr put me on hold and then the call was cut, the third time i called i was again put on hold and the call was cut.
                                  Please let me know if you would be willing to help or should i go to the police and make a complaint.

                                    My consignment was shifted from behror, rajasthan to bhuvaneshwar after a proper understanding of terms of dispatch and delivery, the house hold items were to be shifted in a closed container with proper packing and the car to be sifted in a carrier. It was agreed to assemble the items on reach at
                                    Bhuvaneswar. The materials reached were found wet and materials were found opened. The tv and ups were found non functioning. Tv trolley found damaged, bed plywood found damaged, double cot nuts got missed. The center table wooden frame broken.
                                    The car speedometer found not working. The front right side mirror cabinet found damaged. The backside seat both the head rest found removed.
                                    The person mr pawan sekawat who took the order from jaipur tried his best to solve the problem by connecting with concerned people in bhuvaneshwar. But the people in bhuvaneshwar did not support much and in timeline to sort out the issue. After a months time they sent a person for estimating the losses. When it was estimated they said it is high amount to pay.
                                    I tried all corners to get the support in agarwal head office but except mr srinivas in hyderabad mr m n rao and mr muralikrishna did not even attend the phone calls. Thanks to jio else i should have had to spare about rs1500/- to speak to these people to sort out my issue. With great fight i could get rs 5000/- as repair charges for my house hold wooden items and my car and tv repair charges yet to be received. I had to speak even to their state head to get it done.
                                    Surprisingly i could understand that my car was reached bhuvaneshwar by driving not in a carrier. Hence the speedometer cable was removed and too many damages to the car. This company doesn't deserve for any awards from anyone.
                                    Dear concerned kindly try to sort out my car and tv issues at the earliest.

                                      I booked agarwal packers and movers (Agarwalpackers.in) to move my stuff from pune to jhajjar. During booking they told me that sir we will deliver your stuff within one week in good condition.
                                      When they were packing i asked them to pack the stuff properly. They said sir we deliver many items everyday so don't worry your stuff will reach without any issue.
                                      I received my stuff after one month and everything was damaged.
                                      They damaged my cooler, fridge and washing machine.
                                      When i called pune office they redirected me to gurgaon insurance branch. Now insurance persons are talking very badly and they are giving me 1, 000 for my stuff damage.
                                      I request everyone that don't use this service. If you use their service then pay half money after delivery of items only.
