Unloading charges were not disclosed to me when discussing the quote, nor was submitting an id proof for crossing the border talked about at the time of packing. The employee in coimbatore Mr Mintu failed to disclose me any details about the unloading charges & I am getting to know it the last moment. He is telling the delivery guys that he discussed this with me. But this was never disclosed to me in the first place . I paid 7500 and now only I am seeing the invoice and it has been mentioned that unloading will be done by the party, Being a first time user of packers and movers I wasnt aware or informed about the procedure. Its shady and cheating that the client is not informed about the unloading charges. Also when i called back to check Mr Mintu spoke in an unprofessional way and disconnected my call. Its extremely damaging for a brand like Agarwal.

Also i am the consignee and not the party here. Unloading has been mentioned by the party. Now there is extreme confusion and misunderstanding from my part here with respect to the terms used between the party and the consignee.

Sir, i had booked the above packer and movers for shifting my households from Kolkata to Darjeeling on 14/11/2016. The goods was suppose to deliver with in three days but they gave the delivery after one month December 2016. but not only that some of the goods are missing and lost. i have informed about this and as i have transferred the total amount in the account AGARWAL HOUSEHOLD SHIFTING A/C NO [protected]. they asked me extra amount and threaten me if i don't pay extra my goods will not be delivered so i had to pay but the bill amount was just Rs.60720.00. including insurance. now its been more than two months they are neither answering my phone calls nor calling back. i want to complain against this agency owners Mr. Sunny Sing Agarwal and Mr. Ranjit Agarwal. They said they have many branches throughout India but later i found that they are fraud and they have no other branches. i want my insurance as well as compensation for the harassment given by these two brother.

I had made an international shipping from bangalore to berlin in november end.

I had cleared payment in full (Inr 75, 000) december end for my shipment and was promised delivery within one week.

The bill number on the invoice generated by agarwal is inblbng000524 and the tracking number from ups berlin is 1zx0x[protected].

I was inconvenienced multiple times, because i was asked to make multiple calls to ups because the address i had handed over to agarwal packers & movers (Exactly 3 times over phone and email) was incomplete.

I would like to know as to why agarwal packers & movers failed to hand over the exact address when i had written it across multiple e-mails. How difficult is it to copy paste an address?

If this was not harassment enough, my shipment still has not been delivered.

Ups themselves fixed the time of delivery before 11 am one day. I had to stay back, because i was waiting on my stuff. When i called them at 11, i was told that they needed some documents for customs.

I was asked to fill some 6 form for customs, which was in german. Why was this not filled up by agarwal packers & movers in the first place? It took me 2 hours to sit and translate everything from german to english!

Why was i not informed earlier, that my shipment will not reach that day? Is customers time taken for granted? Is it not your responsibility to ensure that my shipment reaches me conveniently, or do you prefer to forget customers after accepting payment in full?

I was again informed that my shipment would reach me this morning, i again took a half day off from work. I was at home, waiting for my stuff, when i got an email saying that recipient was not available hence delivery was not made.

Maybe you do not realize how difficult it is, to survive without your luggage in another country. It was not like i was informed that i will have to survive without my stuff for a month, i would have been prepared had that been the case. I am literally having to survive on one weeks worth of luggage.

After this when i started getting ready for office, i got an angry phone call from the india office, and your agent ‘murali balasubramanian’ from bangalore, was on the line. He was shouting at me in the loudest tone that i have every heard. He was threatening to send my luggage back to india if i do not receive it today. When i asked what time would it be delivered, he said he could not give a time, and i have to make myself available for the entire day. After this, he hung up on me.

I had opted for agarwal packers & movers thinking that your services are premium, but i am sorry to say that i am highly disappointed. Mismanaged delivery is one thing, you have no right to talk to customers like they are your servants. I paid inr 75, 000 to you for my international shipping and inr 35, 000 to you for another domestic shipping. You could not even coordinate a simple delivery to my house. On the contrary, had the audacity to yell at me and then hang up on me. Murali’s tone was only short of abuses, other than that he was talking to me like a goon. Do your agents take liberties in venting out their frustration on women in particular, by trying to yell at them and intimidate them? These definitely are not the kind of services i paid for!

In short, i had to take two half days off from work, make a couple international calls to india, and waste a couple hours here to fill customs forms and to try to coordinate with ups. I was promised delivery within a week, which has now taken up an entire month.in the end, i got humiliated at the hands of some uncouth agent.

I have repeatedly, in my previous emails, been asking for somebody senior whom i can escalate this to, but all of none of your agents are handing over the contact of the india head in charge.

Do you only follow up with customers till the time you pocket their money, and after that conveniently forget about the services that you have been paid for? Do your agents start taking liberties to humiliate customers after the payment has been made in full?

This is a sheer disgrace, i feel, where you claim that customer satisfaction is priority for you, because it clearly isn't. It is really shameful that you hire goons like these to handle services for you! These callous services are definitely not worthy of the amount that you charge.

I transported a Chevrolet Beat using Agarwal Packers and movers ltd from Lucknow to Ahmedabad.
With 18ltr fuel and 58118km odometer reading.
When received in Ahmedabad we were really disappointed when Fuel was at '0 ltr'
and Odometer Reading 56k( Clearly Odometer was tampered).
So the problem is that somebody tampered with my car. The Reading was changed and the reason for that and the empty fuel tank i think is local use of my car without my permission.
Please help me resolve the situation.

Lot of Phone Calls, emails as well as physical visit at your Mysore HUB, Karnataka, but failed to get the ETR of claimed amount. All documents has already been submitted to your office (may be Hyderabad) from Mysore Hub and they also failed to get the same. How Long will i wait for my claimed amount against badly damaged of my Goods which I had been given to Kolkata Hub to Mysore on 2016 March. Who will pay my phone calls, taken leave from office also pain of harassment and interest which was lying from almost one year.
I know no one reply from Delhi or Head office, but I have an option to spread in Social network as well PMO office. Also do not bound me to go Consumer forum or legal Court to get genuine claimed amount.

We moved from Mumbai to Pune and havd had a horrible experience with Agarwal Packers & Movers DRS Group. The sales man who came to book agreed on everything but nothing was delivered as expected.

1. We were promised delivery the next day by 10am and the truck did reach on time, but we were told that we hav to now follow up with their Pune office requesting them to send labour to off-load the material. IS THIS MY JOB??????
With no choice n hand, we did call the Pune Branch Manager who said he had no clue about it and after a few calls here and there, he agreed to send them who arrived only after 2pm.

2. a lot of the packages were showing external damage as if someone wanted to see the contents... All photos were shared with their booking team and we were advised that it was due to the security check at the Vashi Naka to ensure the goods packed are used and not for sale.

THEY THINK WE ARE FOOLS... I am in the International logistics business for 15 years and know the Naka processes quite well.

3. The laborers who came refused to empty the plastic containers in which the crockery was packed. They said we cannot assemple the dining Table, centre table etc that was dismantled and said we should call helpline and request for a carpenter to do so. WOW... splendid customer service isnt it????

4. We have requested them to arrange a survey for the damaged goods since 31st Dec but till date nobody has even bothered to call us asking for any details. The Pune claim guy says he has no information about it as on 16th Jan 2017. The other claim numbers on the website are either not reachable or not responding. Our emails are un-answered till date.

I would also like to publish this in the local newspapers so that all are aware about the service levels offered by DRS GROUP.

One of the worst and unprofessional people. They tell shipment will reach in 6-7 working days. But its been 18 days. When called for complaining they say that they will deliver the shipment as and when according to their comfort. When told to deliver earlier they reply received is "Apne pure truck ka pesa nahi diya hain". I paid them full advance and now they are shouting on me.

On 19th OCT 2016 I booked consignment (totally 31 boxes) but after so many follow-ups they delivered only 30 pieces on 7th Nov 2016 while promised delivered before Diwali (30th Oct). The DC no is 4519160 and I totally paid Rs.16, 225 for assured delivery of all my Household items from Hyderabad to Rajkot. This company (Agarwal Packers & Movers is a Logistics company of DRS group with offices in Kabra Complex, Secunderabad. All their tall promise failed and even I got delivery of items in very bad conditions -- so many glass items totally broken or fully destroyed, So many delicate expensive crockery and show pieces fully destroyed as well. Even after several complaints they fail to address this matter. Hence request kind support

Agarwal claims to be amongst the best of the movers and packers in India. I trusted the brand and took their service to move from Bangalore to Kolkata. As per the contract, they were supposed to assemble the furniture after delivery but till date (after 3 weeks) no one has responded back for delivery. They recovered all the money and just went missing.
They have a so called Customer care email address which is completely going to trash bin. Even the bangalore representative I worked with, completely went silent.

Totally unreliable customer care and unprofessional service staff at a premium price. I would have been lesser dissatisfied by choosing a second tier mover packers than the overrated Agarwal Packers and Movers.

Following the below mail and the complaint regarding the delivery, my bike was delivered with three major damages.
they promised me the bike will be coming in separate box but it was only the bike and it was the cause for the damage. and till date i have not received any reply from them regarding the claim.

people please be careful while transporting a expensive bike, ask them to produce a picture of the shipment to acknowledge before the start of the shipment.my bike was just dropped from the truck without even a ramp to roll down.

I am vimal from gurgaon shifted from Chennai. i made a booking with agarwal packers and mover on 1st December 2016 under the following GC number 4504535/4504536. mr. Rajendra the booking executive was co ordinate with me from the booking. when i called him after the estimated date he is of no response and later started shouting at me and asking me to call the tracking department with several numbers given. but no response again from the numbers given. i am eagerly waiting for my bike and TV to be delivered. but even yesterday when i called them they promised me to deliver by today again no clue what happened, still no response from the team and today 25th December 2016.

i suggest people not to pay the full amount and make only the advance for the shipment. people like this agarwal packers and movers executives are here here to cheat.

I had booked agarwal packers & movers - drs group for sending my bike with above details and still i haven't received any call from them. I have been chasing up them from last 2 weeks and i only have to call every time.
Whosoever i am calling, every time i am getting a new update on my consignment and also a new contact number along with this. So far i have contacted mr. Mandeep, mr dubey ji, mr vijay, and manju (From bangalore center). Also, customer care is not helping me. On tracking this gc no. I got different updates from different people.
1. First update was from manju, bangalore. Bike has reached indore.
2. Second update, it is still in indore. Yet to dispatch.
3. Third update, bike is in maharashtra. I wonder how any consignment can go back to maharashtra.
4. Fourth update, failed to know and since then i am chasing up these guys.
5. Fifth update, bangalore warehouse has not got an entry f the consignment has been dispatched from bangalore or not. As there is no entry in their register.
6. Sixth update, it has reached to gurgaon.
I have dropped an email to them also 1 week back and no reply from them.
Still i am chasing them up and let's see what i get for this.

I booked a container truck with agarwal packers & movers (Drs) group on dt. 12.12.2016 from delhi to ranchi vide gc no. 4536126 and made 100% payment after loading. But unfortunately it could not reached till date. We are not getting the correct information from their tracking and operation dept. Some times they say the truck started on 14th dec. From delhi. Sometimes they say it is on up boarder three days back they told it has crossed varanasi. Today they are telling it is crossing lucknow. It was informed from some source that they are carrying other goods also in the same truck whereas i booked full truck. After one month of running around you tell me that you can only reimburse Rs.12, 000 which is less than 40% of the actual cost of repair. As per your request, I got the Micromax team to share the estimate which was shared to you earlier.

I do not understand why is it so difficult for your to process the insurance when there is a clear mistake from your end? I did not take the insurance package to get a paltry sum which does not even suffice the cost of repair. Please ensure this thing is sorted out at the earliest as I have lost my patience waiting your for your response. I am least bothered how you get it done.

I booked a new chair transfer from Mumbai - Pansy Furniture to Dharwad.

Experience is just horrible heart breaking experience financially, mentally and emotionally!!

Chair is broken. Despite my mom asked to open the box, he denied and did not opened the box.

When she opened the box she saw chair is broken. When she tried to reach to the delivery guy he said he will come to house. Next time he swtiched off the phone for 3 hours. After continous calling he pickedup and now confidently says speak to the Aggarwal courier. This is hell of the experience.

I just want my chair to be replaced with new chair or refund my Rs 14700.

Guy openly saying that he will move my shipments 2000/- less for Agarwal Packers and movers. I received 7 SMS and 6 Phone calls.

After a while I lost my patience and told the guy that I will file a complaint so he started abusing and said that he knows my address and all details.

BEWARE "Agarwal Packers & Movers Public Limited" EMPLOYEES are selling all your address, contact, phone data to outside vendor to make money on commission.

On calling customer care of "Agarwal Packers & Movers Public Limited" they were not at all serious and ask to hold the phone twice and hang up after few minutes.

when I called Ramesh - [protected] to ask if any of his friend called me and he said the same thing that fake caller said to me on phone that "aapka phone, address google nein diya hoga"... ha ha ha. What a joke, I have not entered any of my details on internet and have not even searched in google for Packers and Movers than how google knew and shared my data? Be aware of this company as your privacy is at stake i[censored] share details to them. There are better chances of getting harassed from them...

This is regarding the damages caused to my 4 wheeler (tata vista), by agarwal packers & movers, while transferring from noida to thane (mumbai) via gc no. 4479494. picked up from noida on 22nd october 2016. delivered at thane (west) on 3rd november 2016.
I was very much surprised and disappointed to receive my 4-wheeler (at thane) in a such a bad condition and incurred huge financial losses due to following damages caused on my vehicle:
1. vehicle was run for 605 kms, which in any way was not acceptable. so far, i have spoken to many persons in agarwal packers & movers. but no one has bothered to give any explanation. (pick up reading at noida – 30, 502 kms; delivery reading at thane – 31, 107 kms). i have the pictures of meter reading, along with drivers at the pickup point and delivery point.
2. the fuel tank was empty at time of delivery. whereas, at the pickup, the fuel tank was filled with more than half tank (around 25 litres of diesel).
3. battery was completely discharged at time of delivery and i was unable to start the car. i called exide call center for “jump starting” the vehicle and took the car to recharge the battery and now it is working normal. this costed me rs. 200/-.
4. the steering was vibrating while driving and engine was making undesirable noise, which i complained during my test drive at the time of delivery (i have pictures with complaints written during delivery). since, no one attended my complaints from agarwal packers & movers (even after many followups with mr. lalit mishra, mr. reddy at hyderabad) after 2 days, i took my car to tata motors authorized service center (fortune motors, wagle estate, thane (west), where, i was told that a severe hit has occured on the bottom metal gaurd plate, due to careless driving, which in turn has hit & damaged the steering rack and oil sump and caused the leaking of oil from both. to get this repaired/replaced, it costed me rs. 17, 800/-. i have job card, complete invoice of tata motors (forture cars).
I have been relocating every 3 years across places in india. never had such bad & unprofessional experience with any other packers and movers.

Now, the issue is being dragged by management people of agarwal packers & movers, to avoid my claim. the vp of drs group is not responding to my calls/messages/whatsapp messages/ mails.
Now i have approached consumer court for the settlement.

I, Saon Bhakta, had to shift my luggage from Kolkata to Bangalore for my job in Bangalore. As I was in Bangalore, I put my number in just dial for sake of quotes. I got 10-12 calls within a day from various packers and movers from Kolkata. Among them I got 2 calls for which callers claimed that they are from Agarwal Packers and Movers and both quoted the same amount. The numbers are [protected] and [protected]. Seeing the two almost similar numbers, I thought both are from same company. I gave my home address to collect the luggage from my parents. On 28th September, 2016, I got to know that both are from different company under bearing same name Agarwal and the person named Ravi Kumar bearing phone number [protected] had already packed and billed my luggage from my home with help of two boys holding phone number [protected]. Then I followed up with Ravi Kumar to get additional details including consignment number and tracking id which all packers and movers usually provide along with bills. Though Ravi Kumar informed of my luggage dispatch via Whatsapp he was unable to produce any tracking id and consignment number. Checking the bill for my contract, I was shocked to see some aberrant facts:
1. The bill doesn’t contain any standard consignment number.
2. The company website www.agarwalpackersoriginal.com appears fake due to following reason:
a. The helpdesk numbers mentioned in the website are always switched off.
b. The content of the website is similar to http://agarwalpackersservices.in/ whereas helpdesk number belongs to a person who has no connection with this company
c. I have mailed to [protected]@agarwalpackersservices.in and [protected]@agarwalpackersoriginal.com asking consignment number and tracking id but never got a reply.
3. All the numbers mentioned in the bill are either switched off or not valid.
Therefore, point of contact regarding this consignment is conferred on Ravi Kumar’s number, [protected] which is hardly reliable due to the following facts:
1. He never picks up the call from all of my numbers known to him
2. If I sometimes tricked him to catch on his contact number, he always gives false promises repeatedly
3. To extreme, being fed up with my repeated calls for asking date of delivery, one day he confessed: “Forget about your luggage and never call me”
4. My father had tried to find their office as mentioned in the bill. But no such office is present.
5. It has been one and half month still the luggage hasn’t arrived.
While I understand that Gunjan Chaurasia (complaint id: c1171983, mob no. [protected]) and Deepika Pandey (complaint id: c1361314 and mob no. [protected]) had already been cheated by the same Mr. Ravi Kumar and lodged complaints in your website, I fail to understand how Mr. Ravi has become so nonchalant about his fraudulent business and continues to cheat consumers again and again.
My sincere request to you would be to take stringent action against Mr. Ravi Kumar, currently holding mobile no: [protected], PAN No. CVBPK4931J, Service TAX No. CVBPK4931JSD001 to get information regarding whereabouts of my luggage taken by him and returned the same to my Kolkata or Bangalore address. Also we should try and put an end to such deception.

I booked Agarwal packers and movers to ship my household goods and car from delhi to chennai.

They packed everything and left my house on 1st of Nov and promised it would reach chennai by 5th of Nov and if something unexpected happens then it would reach on 8th last.

After paying all the charges in advance... I kept on calling them for my household stuff and car. No one responds ... my stuff reached chennai on 12th of November.
My car got delivered on 20th .

My furniture got damaged on the way. Sofa was broken with marks on the fabric.
One got reared. I have lost 5 pair of shoes and to my surprise all of them are sport shoes. I lost my child's cricket bat branded one which cost me 4500 rs.and my all garden plants are gone. Bicycle was broken too.
I tried reaching them.yesterday again about the claim process but no one is ready for sharing information.

I am still wondering what should I do .

I wanted to shift house within bengaluru and called for survey from agarwal packers and movers. A guy named balakrishna came for inspection on 7th Oct 2016 and gave a quote. I accepted the quote and gave 500 advance for confirmation. Post that, not only did I never receive any mail/sms/call for service confirmation, I got stuck with no service at all. I have called the survey guy, escalated to bangalore customer care as well as cc-head India but have not been returned my money yet. I have made at least 30 phone calls and multiple emails.
