I am regularly chasing / calling Mr. John Babu (M –[protected] in Hyderabad & Mr.Sandip (M – [protected]) in delhi for the same & most of the time they did not picked up my call Or if they picked up, response is as usual that they will call me back with final status within 1 or 2 hours but that since last 6 months that hours never comes.

After a long long chase with Agarwal Packers & ur visit after a month of receiving the material regarding survey of my damage household items.
Find below the complete mail trail & attached estimate for Double Bed repair & polish & bill of floor mattress (Kalin).
Before your visit/survey some of the below items which I repaired -
1. Double Bed - Estimate attached.
2. Bed Mattress - I asked one local shopkeeper. He is ready to exchange with a extra payment Rs.2500/- (Size 6 X 4) i.e. near about 50% of my mattress cost.
3. Floor Mattress (Kaalin) - Bill attached-
4. Freeze LG - Repaired @ Rs.400/-.
5. Washing Machine - Repaired @ Rs.550/-.
You are requested to do the needful solutions at the earliest.

Dear John,
Further to the conversation had with you regarding damage of my household items during transfer from Bhubaneswar to Delhi.
I have booked the same on 11/07/09 & received on 22/07/09 GC No. - 4014126. I told / saw all the Items to the people who came for down loading.
They told me that Mr.Sandeep will call & come for inspection & all. Mr.Sandeep came & inspect the same & told me that this case has been forwarded to Insurance Company & you are taking care for the same.
But till date no phone / no visit from any of the insurance company ...
Find below the details of my damage household items -
1. Double Bed - Scratches / Damage on Head side / Ply came out.
I asked the local carpenter to make it ok. The charges he told is Rs.4000/-
2. Bed Matress - Totally damage from both the side. The Foam & Core inside got dislocated. No one will able to sleep on that. Cost Rs.4500/-
3. Floor Matress (Kaalin) - Totally damage. This was simply loaded. Not even packed. Cost Rs.1500/-
4. Freeze LG - Inside Door Broken. Dont know the cost. Have to check with the company OR Locally.
5. Washing Machine - Plastic band broken / Damage on body too. Dont know the cost. Have to check with the company OR Locally.
This time the service was very much poor as per the standard/BRAND NAME of AGARWAL PACKER & MOVERS.
PLS HELP ME & DO THE NEEDFUL SOLUTION AT THE EARLIEST.

Aditya India Packers and Movers — Non Delivery of items

I had 8 packages to be moved from Airoli, Navi Mumbai to my residence in Kolkata for a sum of 6000/- paid in cash on 16th of February, when the item was picked up.

Packages include 1 bed, bedding, some books, computer table.
Farid had said that the items will be delivered within a week.
i left Mumbai on that day and came to Kolkata expecting the items to be delivered within a week. However after repeated phone calls they sent the items through Associated Road Carriers.

For a sum of 1590/- billed in my name though I had no part to play in it.
I called up Mr. Joshi and he said that he cannot give me home delivery and I have to collect it from the ARC godown which is very far from my residence, though this was never a part of the deal. I asked him to arrange the home delivery from ARC but he did not do so. he asked me to take home delivery and pay the charges and he will put it into my account. I called up ARC and they said it would take 750/- but payment should be done to them first which means I had to go to their godown.
Still I agreed and asked Mr.Joshi to deposit the amount 750/- to my account, which he did not. I have made about 100 calls to Joshi and now they are never answered. I am extremely disappointed with their service and would like to take this issue to Navi Mumbai Jurisdiction.
