I (Rakesh Mittal) booked Sahara Relocation for shifting my household from Khanpur New Delhi to Sector 88 Faridabad; shifting scheduled for 31-Mar-2023, total amount agreed for 9000/-, for which i Paid INR 1000/- as an advance amount on 27-Mar-2023. On 31-Mar-2023, Neither any team from Sahra Came nor any vehicle came i.e. They didn't provide agreed service and also, they didn't provide proper response as well. When team Sahra stop taking my calls, I had to book other packer & movers for which i had to paid extra amount as well. After that I am continuously trying to contact team Sahara for refund of my advance amount s they didn't provide agreed service, but they are neither giving any positive response nor refunded my amount till date. Now I am fed up with no response from team Sahara even after continuous follow up of 40~50 days.

Lost Items:
1. 2 mattress of high quality(Livanto and orthopadic) with pillows (more than 40K)
2. Utensil basket (500rs)
3. 25 kg premium basmati rice of 2700rs
4. Nilkamal office chair of 13K
5. half of Wooden bed (bed cost 28k)
6. 18 out of 20 flower pots and with costly flower trees (20K)
7. Wet grinder (6K)

Damaged Items :
1. Most of the glass items(sets)
2. Glass mirror of 10K
3. Freeze and all its drawer (25k)
4. Cycle mudguard
5. Scooter mirrors
6. high quality glass top on dining table (3K)
7. main door welcome show piece glass broken
8. Both beds almost damaged (60K)
9. Kids tent house
10. many things which we are unable to recollect

Issues: Before getting in to contract, they treated so well and also packing so well on time. But after that its very difficult to contact them including Rohit([protected]). It was said, I will get in 7 days but received on 17th days with so much chase and call. Vijay ([protected]) told vehicle got accident that's why it got delayed. But it should be informed to customer as well. Within these days, we took guest house as I have 2 small kids. Then we managed somehow by renting gadda and fan. When received they have to unpack and at least expecting beds to be set properly. They delivered all damaged products and told they will come and fix it. Its more than 4 weeks, no one is taking responsibilities and still we are facing so much of issue. I had taken insurance of 1Lakh but that also did not happen till now and even they are not sharing the information with insurance team who is helping us.

They told, few items found but my question why they are not giving to us.

My query, are you really treating your customer and also do not understand their issues though you are from a re-known packers and movers charges 81K with insurance.

Please suggest how you people can save me from my loss and also helped me in my difficult situation. After all its all hard earned money and I demand 1Cr from them because of mental harassment. This people will learn if they also pay a huge amount of money.

Please support asap. I do not want to recommend Sahara packers and Mover service to anyone and nor I will go in future.

They are cheats. Did not deliver and stopped picking my call.
Now I have to file for insurance because nothing. Spend so much in hotel because of them.
It took them 30 days to deliver my goods in an unprofessional way and ended up losing many of my stuff.
I have been chasing for last 1 months but this ### don't even pick call, please don't get yourself trapped.

Courier service booked on 29 July 2022for 9 packages to deliver from Bangalore to Hyderabad. One package was missing. Nor proper response and irresponsible behaviour

I trusted them to transfer mu house furniture and paid them full cash advance of 35K. They promised to deliver correctly but all my furniture damaged due to rain water. I had booked a dedicated truck and looks like they have transported in subgrade manner. When asked them they say hamari zimmedari nai hai. The loader too was asking for extra tips despite giving 3K charges. Then he was randomly adding 1500 Rs in the bill. Then again 150. He said woh toh hota hi hai. They also said insurance aapko lena padega. When I refused they said saaman ko kuch bhi ho jaye to hum zimmedar nai. So to screw around with me they transported the whole furniture in open truck despite rains here.

NEVER TRUST these guys. They have no values and business ethics.

I had booked Sahara for shipping my lugguage from Pune to Hyderabad. Very poor packing is done for TV ' THEY USED MY BEDSHEETS AND PILLOWS for packing and aftet Switching on in Hyderabad i find TV display has damaged . they delivered my things late at 10 pm and they thrown in hurry and went . i am following up with Subhash hyderabad based and Singh based in pune. Singh promised to give me 50% of repair costs but now he stopped respnding and Subhash is not attending the calls . how pathetic service by Sahara .Really disappointed with kind of behaviour .

I sent my goods from gurgaon to bangalore on 13 th March and ever since following up with them to provided the bill details and tracking id. They were just giving excuses and asking to wait and later said to pay the complete payment and then only the goods will he shipped and released. They are just Harrasing and speak very rudely.

Are you looking for movers and packers ? You can choose anyone but don’t even think of choosing Sahara Movers and Packers (http://www.saharapackers.com/) I wanted to shift from Bangalore to Haryana. Seeing their credentials and claims I thought of choosing them. Mr. Chatranjan from the Bangalore office approached me and guaranteed safe 3 layered packings etc. and gave me a competitive quote and even said that I could pay after I receive my goods and Car in proper condition.
On the day of Packing 3 labors arrived from Sahara Movers and Packers, without any IDs etc, 2 of them were drunk and stinking of liquor. They started packing in one of the most unprofessional ways. Eg. Putting all crockery in one box without packing. They didn’t have any news papers and started using our newspaper. Their packing was simply unprofessional
At destination, I received a call from different transporter that my goods have arrived. I was infact shocked that Sahara Movers and Packers had handed over my goods to different Transporter to deliver my goods to destination. On seeing the condition of the goods it was heartbreaking. The computer, Activa etc were broken in transit as they were mishandled. Surprising they had not done any insurance, even though they had charged me for insurance worth Rs.1 lac..
On enquiring about car they replied that the car will be delivered only when I make the entire payment. It was sounding like holding my car for Ransom. Anyway I made full payment and asked them to deliver the car. The car was driven from Gurgaon to destination which was approx. 250-300 kms where as they were supposed to send the car by car carrier.
Their labours, driver only look for money and money
All the claims of being ISO, Guinness Records, 100% Satisfaction as mentioned on website etc goes for toss.

My name is vishal kumar purbey. My account no. [protected]. My membership no. [protected]. I had opened rs. 500 monthly plan on 1 january 2014 for 5 years. My maturity date was 1st january 2019. I have visited sahara india office, rosera several times for payment but they are not paying my matured amount. The head of the sahara india rosera branch told me "paisa nhi hai hamare pas".

This is very bad service and bad support to customers, employers don't know how to talk with customers, they don't know how to talk n deal customers politely, they will change quotation in last minute, on moving day they will charge extra charges for gst, if ask about it they won't respond u, pls dnt do like this with customers on moving day, u should inform to customers abt extra charges on booking day itself. Dnt play stupid acts like this way. Learn basic ethiques first to deal customers.

Hi, i booked sahara movers and packers to shift my household items from noida to my hometown channarayapatna, hassan district. It's been 16 days and my items are still not delivered. People whom i called are refusing to deliver to my hometown. Intially it was agreed and i paid extra 4, 000 for an additional truck from nelamangala-channarayapatna. Not happy with the service. Total cost incurred 29, 000 rupees and lost track of material also which cost around 30, 000 to 40, 000.

I have shifted my material from hosur to pune on[protected]. But till date i am not getting any feedback & confirm date from sahara regarding when i will get material. When we are asking they office staff don't know about material location, they are giving different different contact numbers. Those people will never receive call. Bullish company, i am worried about my material. Really disgusting to me. Don't go with sahara, worst experience.
Please give my material to pune location immediately.

My self kotresh have contacted sahara movers and packers team to shift my house hold items from bangalore rajajinagar to davanageri on dated 21/04/2019.

It was horrifying experience there was no one to unpacking the household items and it was promised me after hours together continues followup with mr shukla ([protected]) was promised me that he will send one fitter to my house and since from morning today i. E on 22/4/19 from 8am to till now no one turd and mr shukla since from morning not answering/picking my calls.

Want strict action to taken on mr shukla because of his false commitment and irresponsibility towards customers.

Dear All,

Sahara is one of the top worst service provider in India. I have seen many complaints here. There is no proper response for even single complaint.

I too don't have hopes on their response. But please don't prefer Sahara Movers and Packers.

My Issue:
He is demanding extra money before delivering the goods from their warehouse to deposit the amount in their account. I am looking forward for Sahara customer care response.
Anyway I'm going to file a police case on their strange behavior.

Final suggestion, please do not go for Sahara movers and packers .

We recently hired sahara packers and movers company to ship our goods from delhi to bangalore. Mr sandeep who was the contact person seemed very nice in the beginning while getting the business. But his and his company's true colours came up immediately after goods were loaded in the truck.

Mr sandeep claimed to be expert in professional loading of truck but the furniture was basically dumped inside the truck unprofessionally (See pics).

Our deal was 50% advance and 50% within 10 days of delivery. Truck was supposed to leave immediately on 6th november (Before diwali) and was committed to reach bangalore on 9th. On sandeep’s assurance, we immediately paid 50% advance and were expecting truck to reach on time as committed. But to our surprise, the truck driver took our goods and went to his native home in rajasthan and spent 2 nights at home. When we contacted sahara they started saying that we should immediately pay balance 50% and also for the insurance amount (Which we never asked them to do) in order the truck to reach its destination.

We asked them to provide us the insurance company’s receipt but they refused and started threatening us that if we do not pay the insurance amount of 3% and the balance 50% payment the truck won’t enter bangalore. When we contacted the owner of the company he was even more rude and told us that he won’t let the truck move unless we pay for insurance 3% (Without any proof of insurance). Since we were stuck and had no choice but to pay the full amount including insurance on 11th november. Here again we were assured that truck will reach our site within 2 hours of payment but truck did not reach till 13th november.

On unloading the goods we found several chairs and sofa damaged (See pic). We asked sahara to get us the claim for these since they were insured, the reply we got from sahara was the the truck did not catch fire and nor there was any accident so we can’t ask for any claim. Basically they cheated us and did not do any insurance but charged us 3% of the value of goods.

Sahara relocation packers and movers is one of the most unprofessional company we have ever come across and above all they are cheats and rude bunch of people. Do not deal with them.

I recently hired sahara packers & movers through urbanclap which is suppose to be a separate closed container. But i noticed a very unprofessional service from them. They have actually shifted the goods to another vehicle for which i have a proof. On taking insurance for the all household goods to be transported, they have damaged few items and also not willing to pay for it now. The person who runs this packers & movers is mr. Ravi kaushik and he is being irresponsible and not picking up the calls. He just shows off to be a very responsible person until customer hire them but he isn’t actually. This packers & movers is definitely not be recommended as he gives a false assurance. And i hope urbanclap team will look upon this matter.

The following are the issues faced -
- unprofessional behaviour from your staff when loading the stuff
- negligence by your staff creating damage to flooring when loading (emails already shared with your Bangalore staff)
- after refuting to make the payment, Mr. Jitesh Modi intervened stating he will take ownership for the delivery (until no despite several reminders on WA n Msgs, nothing heard
- lack of reaponsiness even from your senior management
- incomplete delivery (Refrigerator)
- fixation of Computer table / shoe rack not done
- damaged goods received
Sorry to state, Mr Jitesh was quite responsive until the payment was done, find it surprising that nothing now despite follow ups

I could give minus rating i would have given that. Horrible service, horrible people, above all careless and irresponsible attitude of everyone involved.

They came home to give a quote of the items, and fixed it for 13650, including taxes.
And on april 5th, 2 guys came at 8pm to pack., in spite of telling and mailed the time at 3pm. They finished packing at 2 am of 6th April. In which half the items were already kept packed by ourselves..And the helpers demanded 1000 extra .

Once we left bangalore and reached kerala, half way through, they had the audacity to Call us and charge 5000 extra, after halting the items in warehouse. If not, they will return he items to Our place and charge cancelation fee. We ended up paying 3000.
Even to unload the items in destination they demanded 1000.

We did a big mistake Taking their service. They are just money minded, unprofessional horrible people with worse attitude.. And they didnt inform is that there wasnt insurance coverage for the items, but did inform very very well about the money they charged us.

We just spent 20, 000rs for the entire turmoil of things.. And it wasnt worth 5k. And we ended up with damaged goods annd horrible experience from these people.

Worst mistake ever.
