My consignment was dispatched on 29 th of aug from DAPODA for saboli, sonipat a factory address but not delivered till now vtrans employees are telling lying form so many days that you will yesterday and today...

There are 2 cases:
1) I had sent plastic caps via your company and GC No. 36036357. The caps were packed in polybag and then put in cartons (16 cartons in all). However, the cartons were all torn and damaged during delivery and in fact a huge number of caps were scattered on the floor of the delivery lorry. I have attached photos of the same and videos of your delivery person picking up the caps from the lorry floor.
Approximately 6, 000 caps were missing/damaged. This has led me incurring a loss of about Rs 6, 230. I would request you to please look into this matter and compensate my loss.
2) Please refer to GC No. 36057509. I had sent 17 cartons of caps from Kolkata to Baddi. 16 cartons were delivered and 1 carton has been misplaced. I would like to claim this loss from your end. Please do the needful.

Cargo agent cheated me with False quotation . He brought smaller truck for loading n then later changed the truck at his office for bigger truck . He took money for 20 feet and actually truck dvr told me it’s a 16 feet truck . My items are still in transit n I have paid full amount.

V trans logistics has lost my parcel and unable to provide any resolution .please help .my docket no : 10659593

This is Dr Kukreja from Ahmedabad, My daughter did her postgraduate @ Sree Balaji Medical College & Hospital Chennai, On 02Aug2021 we booked 21 items with V Trans cargo vide consignment note no 360 [attached], They raised a bill no 503 dated 02/08/2021 for 24, 780/- and promised a GST invoice for which the following details were shared with them

We were promised delivery in 8 – 10 days and till 12Aug2021 the good were showing out for delivery but had only 12 items, we kept on calling them and they said the good were repacked if anything is missing they will arrange.


They had charged per box from 13, 000 to 24, 000 saying boxes increased and now they reduced the boxes, on 16th we received 11 items [POD attached] with signature and mobile number of delivery boy.

We immediately informed them that 1 mattress, one table, one bag no 20, is missing and one cartoon has gone to Pune and a cartoon of Pune Dr has come to us, they assured they will deliver missing items and exchange the cartoons from and to Pune. [Screenshot attached]

It is 25th Aug 2021 today, they have stopped attending calls, are not responding to messages.

Required :

1] Table or 4500/-.

2] Box From Pune and return box with us to Pune.

3] GST Invoice with details submitted above.

4] Refund of 11, 000 as cartoons were reduced by 9 units.

5] Compensation of cheating and delay and torture as per law of the land.

I gave my pet dog and other belonging to the above mentioned relocator on 13th may, 16 from Gurgaon to be delivered in bangalore. They promised to deliver the belongings within 7-8 days. Still I am waiting for the same. Whenever I tried to communicate with the relocator, they were unable to give the whereabouts and disconnected the call giving some illogical and lame excuses. They also gave wrong information..later they couldn't stand by their own words. I am worried for my pet dog.

Courier (No. #1312) is not delivered since last 15 Days, on further followup Driver is saying you have not paid money although they have taken 32000 advance. (8000 has to be given on delivery) No delivery has been done till date.
