JAI GANESH PACKERS N MOVERS GURGAON — WORST SERVICES PROVIDER

I have bad experience to jai ganesh packers and movers..It takes too much time to delivered the stuff although after doing so much follow up.It is too painful when you frequently asking to owner Rakesh for your stuff and that guy made you all time stupid and divert you..it will take atleast 1 and 1.5 month to transported your stuff not only in very bad condition but spoiled alsos...you have to bear too much loss also..

Look the some following specific characteristics of Rakesh..How he gives anybody pain...

1/ first time when he deal he shows that he is very honest for his job and her commitment is everything for him.
2 / At the time of invoicing he put extra amount whatever you decided while discussing with him. When you show that is not right then he tells you that so much pain in his leg he can't give you more time and you want then do this deal with others...I called transport man to put your stuff on your house.That time you guys are helpless because your stuff are packed and meanwhile it is difficult to search others and deal again...
3/ He commits you that your stuff will arrive within 7 days when you start with him follow up after 7 days then he will start you make stupid that it takes some more time....

4/ After waiting for so long you guys again call him then you know that your stuff is dispatched today it will again take 7 more days..

5/ That is not enough again he start you make stupid and tell today your stuff is arrived but that today is not come yet in your life

6/ when 20-25 days passed then you get you stuff in worst condition..only stuff not labor for unpack the material..

7.This horrible story is not finish here then you know that your some stuff is missing...again start follow up that cruel man and finally that guys start not responding you..

I request to every body who are going to take his services you select anyone but not this man...he will disturb your life so much and for anybody get stuff in 1 month and surviving without it is difficult.

Undermention Person Rajesh owner of JAI GANESH PACKERS N MOVERS GURGAON HARYANA delivered my household in 30 days even at the time of discussion he told me goods will be arrived at 7 days.Now 45 days has passed my remaining good has not delivered yet..He is now not pick-up the call and not responding me.He is fraud and cheater.Please take some immediate action against him

Same experience ... I just want to know how to deal with this thug. My lawyers are trying to reach him in the meanwhile . What sort of legal action can be taken against such a party and will it be fruitful? Isn't there any higher authority to whom we can directly appeal to? Guys I think all such victims shall come forward and join hands to tackle this nuisance. Isn't non delivery even after full payment a severe criminal offence? Partys please come forward...

I have fully paid the owner Rajesh/Rakesh for delivery to my home few of my belongings including a motorbike.But he isn't delivering. My lawyers are trying to reach him. It seems he has no respect or fear for the law & judiciary. I am meanwhile confused as to what shall be my course of action against this thug. Kindly help/suggest. i want to take this matter to the supreme authority as more are likely to be cheated untill & unless we put a complete stop to this fraudulent service & its owner.

I have been a victim to one of fraudster Mr. Rajesh Kumar who has a Transport agency in the name of Jai Ganesh Packers and Movers in Shop Number 5 Rajiv Nagar, Near Sheetla Mata Mandir, Gali No 7, Gurgaon Sector-56. Enclosed is the explanation of my case

I have a car Ford Fiesta with registration number KA 04 MJ 5497 and I wanted to shift it to Mumbai and when a query for this was put up on internet on 05/12/2013 Mr. Rajesh Kumar approached me for the business repeatedly from 05/12/2013 to 14/12/2013 and I had got quote from him for the same which is attached for your reference
I decided to move my car on 14/12/2013 and unfortunately without checking the due deligence of Rajesh Kumar I decided to use his services as he had he least quote, on 14th Dec he agreed to pick the car with 80% of quoted amount (Rs 7500) which is Rs 6000 was paid in cash and car was handed over to Rajesh,
The real story started on 15th Dec evening 20:30 hrs when Rajesh called me and started shouting on me that I had lied him on the insurance cover of the car (while we had a detailed discussion that my car has a comprehensive insurance cover), he declared that container carrying my car has met with an accident near Jaipur and he is in serious trouble as several cars in the container had no insurance etc, he is a brillaint actor as he was trying to show that he was in a serious trouble. From this date I started getting calls continuously and he wanted to get an additional insurance of 3% value of the car before the FIR so that he is protected and finally I had to succumb to his tactics and I transfered Rs 18000 to his account for which I was requesting him to send the insurance cover note which never came
Next day a new style of threatening started that he said my car is damaged from both sides and needs a major repair, he claimed that insurance company had done a survey and the show room has quoted Rs 160000 for the repair, insurance company will only pay Rs 90000 and remaining has to be born 50% by both me and him and I need to transfer Rs 35000 to his account, this is where I suddenly started suspecting his motives. I called up several police stations near Jaipur to check the authnticity of a container accident and found that nothing of that sort was reported. I also did a check with my insurance company and got clarity that the policy covers all type of damage and I need not pay anything in the case of accidental damage

There were series of calls between 16th and 18th Dec where I was very clear that I will get the damaged car surveyed by my insurance agent and get it repaired at authorised service center approved by them, Mr.Rajesh now became abusive and started reacting as if he has no responsibility, by now I was clear that there is something very fishy about this whole deal.
I did an Internet search about this company and the person and found that he is a habitual fraud and has victimised many people before, unfortunately police and law was something this person never feared and earlier attempts to get help from police was also not fruitful. I have attached all links of the internet complaints about this person for your reference

On 20th evening I got a call in the night and I could sense that Rajesh was drunk and he declared that my car had never met with accident, However he demanded Rs 15000 to release the car, by then I was clear that this is a fraud case and I need to be careful in dealing with this person. I started pursuading him that I need to see the car before I do any further payment to him.
From next day he started threatening me to transfer the money else he will never pick my call and I should forget my car, he is not afraid of police and law etc.. I maintained my stand everytime he called me and finally he said that he is sending the car to Mumbai and it is my responsibility to bare the repair costs which I agreed. he kept on calling me in between to update the status of car movement until 24th where he said car had entered Thane

On 26th Dec I got a call from new number ([protected]) stating car has reached Thane, Mumbai and will not be delivered as there is some payment pending and I need to contact Rajesh for that, later I realised that the number was of Gurgaon and an alternate of Rajesh and he himself was speaking in a different tone. Again Rajesh started calling me and forcing me to transfer Rs 15000 to his account to deliver my car and till date the situation is same

This person is a habitual fraud and has done similar offense even earlier, my humble request to you is to please take serious actions against this person to avoid many other innocents getting trapped into his net and suffer mentally and financially. If not checked these can become bigger culprits in the society and may lead to conduct major crimes

Dear All, I'm the recent victim of this fruad person Rajesh and his associates. But good news to all of you that I have booked him u/s 407, 420(criminal misappropriation by carrier and cheating in gurgaon police. This is a non-baliable offence and it may jailed him for 7 years. Now in the process of transferring the case in delhi. Anyone wants to file case against him. Call Delhi police to take an action against this person/sector 5 old gurgaon police station.

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I have informed them several times. My goods had been packed and moved by them on 22/01/2010. I received the same in Kolkata on 01/02/2010 and notieced that one invertor machine, one invertor battery and three carton boxes are missing. Now they are not picking up my phone calls also. Total valuation of my missing items is approximately Rs. 30, 000/- only. I also insured the goods at the time of packing, but they are not responding me at all. I wlii be highly obliged if strong action will be taken against them.

Kindly be informed that I have already registered my direct complain against the two undermentioned persons, Mr. Rajesh/ Mr. Rakesh Kumar dealing with Jai Ganesh Packers and Movers situtead in the city of Gurgaon, on 7 days back.

But till I am not getting any confirmative mail regarding the same from your side on my registered e-mail id. I am in badly need to get back my missing items.

Please also note that the same things happend repeatedly when I tryig to contact with them on the above mentioned numbers. They are not picking up my phone calls and responding at all.

This negligency of work happened by them for the last one month.

I will be highly obliged if you kindly take strong action against them or investigate the case in little bit o[censored]rgency, so that I get back my missing house hold goods as soon as possible.

Please also let me know if you people will look after the matter or not.

I am another victim of this Rajesh fellow. My stuff worth arnd 15-20K INR has not reached its destination in Hyderabad. I was supposed to get it on 05-FEB-2010. My stuff was dispatched from Gurgaon on 27-JAN-2010. Its 24-FEB-2010 and I am yet to get my stuff.

These Rakesh and Rajesh are completely unprofessional persons. Nobody should do any business with them.

I request consumercomplaints.in authority to take this case against Rakesh/Rajesh and book them for the discomfort to customers and cheating.

They would start the business by being very trust worthy at the beginning. They would say that it will take 5-7 days to transfer the goods and then they would take at least 20-25 days to deliver the goods. They would decide on a lower price first and then after your goods are packed, they would charge extra money of the range of 1-2 thousands at least. They would also charge extra 2-3 K at the time of delivery.

They would say that all your goods are insured and that they would give you the insurance copy in a day or two..but that would never happen..

If you are lucky, you will get your goods..Some of the goods will surely be missing..After that when you call them, they will give lame excuses, delay things and eventually they will not pick up phones..

These persons should be put in jail..

In India, always send your goods through very recognized brands, never through these cheats..

I am totally agree with you.My opinion for this two people are same.Definitely put them in prison for their bad business and discomfort to customer.But It is strange that many o[censored]s guys put complaint for their mischief but why nobody take against action to him.

This guy Rakesh charged me double the amount agreed upon initially... He took Rs.2000 extra for the delivery of goods at 2 diff adresses in B`lore... But delivered evrything at one address n now not picking up the call!!! Thank god i got the goods of Rs3000 worth safely atleast...

They charged Rs.9000/ towards insurance without getting the same. Agreed for 14feet truck but dumped all in a 10 feet truck. damaged bike delivered.

agree. they are goons. avoid them fully and spread the message. they promise big but delivery and behaviour extremely unprofessional. no respected citizen should do business with them of any kind. they also threaten you instead of listening to their clients problem. they also charge for insurance bur were never able to produce the proof or pay any damage big or small or total loss.

I am also in full agreement of the feedback provided. Recently they have cheated me too. They took away my bike & an almirah and assured me the delivery in max 1 week. Rajesh told me that charges will be only Rs. 6000 but when i reached their office they gave me a a bill of Rs. 7500. After having hot discussion they reduced it to Rs. 7500 or else they were planning to take more than that. They asked me to pay 50% which i paid i.e. Rs. 3000/- as an advance.
Any ways i asked them when they will send this. They told that today or tomorrow. After 3-4 days i enquired about the status and Rajesh told me that your thins are out of delhi so will reach in next 3-4 days to Bihar (Darbhanga). After 2 days again i called him to know the status he told me that just wait for 3-4 days your items will be delivered and its already out of delhi. Since i am staying in gurgaon and was aware of their office so i planned to visit their office without telling them. When i reached their i found that my bike was still there and they are using it. I asked them to return my items and after many follow ups they returned it. But they are not ready to pay my advance. Rajesh told me that he will return but now he is not picking my call.
This whole thing happened in last 20 days (i.e. between 19the Dec 2012 and 29th Dec 2012) and still i am trying to connect to him for my money.
I am planning to case a file against them after 10-15 days.

One line says all: PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY.

COMPLETELY FRAUD AND LOW LEVEL PEOPLE.

I AM SURE YOU DON"T NEED ANY OTHER REVIEW TO READ.

SIMPLE: NO DEALING MEANS NO DEALING AT ALL.
