I have made final payment and the car was picked up from ghaziabad on 22nd June, 2022.
I was promised that the vehicle will be reaching within 7-8days.
It's already 7th July and still no sign of the Vehicle, they keep on delaying it without any valid reason.
Please deliver my vehicle and provide the compensation for the additional 10days that i have to travel with can.

    I have used their service to move my stuff for Hyderabad to Gurugram. After unpacking I found my PC and monitor are severely damaged. I had insured them during transit. So I sent a mail to the email given by their customer service with all the pictures of damaged items but I get no response from them. When I call their customer service, they say claims are only handled through email and they can’t do anything.

    Such a worst company. Better not to touch their services with a 10 foot pole. Stay away from them.

        My consignment GCKOL[protected] was shipped from Kolkata to Bangalore on June 19, 2022 with a delivery scheduled to be received by June 26, 2022. However, it is July 5th today and we have still not received the consignment. We have been calling the customer care division since June 30, 2022 and all they were saying is it will come it 2 days. Unfortunately we ran out of patience and when we pushed further, we received email communication from them. Snapshots of emails and call recordings can all be provided to the consumer court. We have escalated to Ms.Sandhya who is the Team Leader for Centralized Delivery, Mr.Abhay - customer care executive, Mr. Amit Sharma - escalation level 2.
        Sadly there is ZERO response. Further, this delay has led to us sleeping on the tiled floor on a mattress due to which My wife has been suffering from Cold and Fever. With utensils stuck in the consignment yet to be received I am unable to cook proper food for my wife even when she is unwell. Is this not HARASSMENT. The company, and the twam leaders have had Zero planning and they have left it for the customers to suffer. The company wants us to pay upfront with ZERO DELIVERY COMMITMENT. How is that even acceptible. Add to that none of their executives are even responsive or responsible. While i had paid approve INR 27, 000 for my consignment (in advance) i have ended up incurring over INR 30, 000 expenses on food, mattress and medicines. Is this even RIGHT?.
        Before writing i see many grievances here being put up and the response from the company side lacks remorse and is extremely unapologetic. We trusted APML as it was no.1 but what is the point of being No.1 when you cannot serve your customers on time and you wnd up harrasing them physically and mentally.

        I humbly urge the consumer forum to please hear our voices and concerns and take stringent actions against the company and its named officials. The company should remove the word care from customer care as they only want to add customers so that they can lodge their names in limca record books but care for customers has been thrown to the dogs.

        Request the forum to take legal and any othwr strict measures towards the company.

            I had booked a full truck for Kolkata to Hyderabad for shifting my furniture. A quote of Rs.70000/- for packing, loading and unloading was agreed and an advance was made for Rs.10000/- The truck came on 2nd July - for picking the materials. They half packed the things and went off. They picked someone else's materials and started loading on 3rd July late evening after so many requests to their personnel. They started loading and found out that the materials could not fit and said that we will take the balance in another truck. They called me at 1PM at night. One Mr. Khan is dealing with this. ([protected]) and another senior - ([protected]) are not giving any reply. When i have paid for the full truck then why the materials will go in two trucks. They do not respond and now it is 4th July they do not know what will be done. My carpenters going from Kolkata will reach HYD on 7th July and will have nothing to do. Six people are going and I have to shift in the flat on 15th July 2022. Dont know what will happen. If this is the situation of service from a NSE listed company who proclaim a statement in their ring tome - NO tension. They have given me a lot of tension and made life hell since the last three days. There packer personnel said all goos will not be packed and just dumped the wardrobes in the truck without and support and protection. I request the top management to look into this and if Agarwal is incompetent to complete this service, please arrange to unload my materials return the advance and leave us in peace. Who will pay for the carpenters. There are hundreds of packers who do much much efficient work and don't make big statements. I am sending this grievance to NSE for this is a NSE company.

            Please help as I am losing 10000 per day with this delay and all my furniture that they have loaded are at great risk of damage. There is no guarantee when the goods will be delivered. There is no coordination between truck driver, loader, packer and the Agarwal staff.

              I have booked household items shipment from Bangalore to greater noida. 53 items picked from Bangalore on 11th June .After dait follow up Two days back partial delivery of goods has been done where out of 53 items, I have only received 49 items.
              Items Missing
              Sofa - 1 (3 seater)+1 (1 seater) +1 (1 seater) ( which also contains - cushions, pillows, Bedsheets, curtains)
              Bike Activa - 1

              Now I am not getting any update from them where are those item and when it will be delivered.

              I have booked 16ft Cube and paid for that. After loading in Bangalore, I put my lock while locking the cube in Bangalore. I believe that is the USP from APML.
              But here I got the goods in a shared truck and my lock was missing because my items has been shared with another consignment..
              That is also after doing follow-up for the last 10 days.

              There is a breach in privacy and security.

              I would say APML totally failed to keep this promise and very unprofessional service

              This is complete mental harassment.

                I have transferred the payment Rs.1500 through Gpay for booking (Quotation No. : QUCHE[protected]/1) on 26-MAY-2022. But from Agarwal Packers and movers support team called me on 27-MAY-2022 and told that slot was not available on 28-MAY-2022. So that i cancelled my order and asked for refund. I sent mail clearly along with quotation number and my payment transaction details. But their [protected]@agarwalpackers.com Team not responding properly to refund my advance payment. Its been one month completed after cancelled the order. still i didn't get the refund.

                Have attached the transaction of payment and quotation for your reference. Please check.

                So kindly refund my advance payment Rs.1500 and confirm the same.

                I got the payment after posted the compliment here also got mail confirmation once they initiated the refund payment.
                Agarwal Packers & Movers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                My consignment was delayed at least by 10 days. Hence I have to stay in hotel for 10 days and in order to compensate my expenditure of INR 20000, APML agreed to pay INR 4500. However it is also getting delayed .
                Goods were supposed be delivered on 20th July but it came on 31st July 2022.
                Compensation was supposed to be settled by 25 July. However till 6th August there is no response. Even APML agreed to do transaction by 3rd August after repetitive calls. (PFA) It was again broken commitment.

                  I have book the logistic in Agarwal Packers & Movers on 23rd June 2022(Thrusday) from Hyderabad to Srikakulam.

                  Consignment number: GCHYD[protected]

                  for today(1/7/2022) it takes 8 days from 23/06/2022 and They have charged 7000/ extra amount for deliver to my place(Srikakulam)

                  Now no one responding my calls and telling that when they will deliver my items.

                  Total I have paid 40975/- for all the items before they packed my language .

                  Now I am feeling they are doing some fraud and I am not sure whether they will deliver my items since no one responding my calls.

                  Please help on this request.

                    On 15.06.2022, my household goods were shifted by you from my Berhampore residence, W.B. for Mumbai.
                    However, my son's ride on car for Rs.15000/- was left stranded in the road by you without Carriage. The mater was brought to my notice by our building's watchman after the truck left half an hour ago. The item is in your packing list, serial No 26, GC NO.-4785902.

                    Ive had such a bad and horrible experience with agarwal, I made a big mistake of going with this agarwal. My delivery and unpacking was delayed for 3 days since the truck reached on time but the unpacking team did not come, after escalating and shouting they came on the 4th day, customer care was very horrible and there was sense of ownership missing. Management response was even more horrible, when I had escalated to GM, he told me go and write reviews where ever you want and your only review will not put the company down, this was his rude response. It has been 15 days I've shifted and I have damages for which I've complained and requested, till now no one picks calls, responds and I paid insurance also to cover damages. I made a big mistake of trusting this company and your slogan says "tension due to shifting, dont worry bade bhaiya is there" I've had all the tension because of them. Humble request do not go with this org, please read through reviews, feedback and then take decision accordingly, dont want another customer to suffer and get stressed out due to irresponsible behaviour of staff and management, I will create awareness to other customers and share my experience in many forums until resolution

                        I have taken a service from Agarwal packers and mover the man with a CAP,
                        They have done a lot of damages to my product. Now there claim team not even sending any survey and out of 50000 claim they are 6000 and saying if you put any other mail we will close the claim as no claim.

                        This is really pathetic service.

                        They are cheating . My all Crockery, bed, dressing table, woofers, photo frames, mattresses, bed, TV, Sofa they have damaged now when I am requesting for survey they are even not sending any one.

                          I got a quotation for transferring my home goods from paradeep (Odisha ) to mandsaur (mp) with the assurance of delivery time with in 7 to 10 days by Bhubaneswar team My consignment no is GCBSR[protected] and lifted consignment on 11/06/2022 whenever I call to customer care they put my call on hold and disconnect .Since last 4 days my consignment is in bhopal at (new Deepak ware house ) he told me ( driver ki tabiyat karab ho gyi hai jab sahi hogi tab samaan indore paunchega ) i was surprised with his answer after then he told me( jo karna ho tujhe wo karle jisse sikayat karna ho karle). Never seen such an irresponsible behaviour from renowned company frustrated to the core ..

                            Booked Household items from Chennai to Bhubaneswar on 4th June 2022.
                            They kept my stuff in godown for more than 1 week, and there is no proper response after regular follow up. Received Items on 22nd June 2022 with damaged Honda Activa 6g and TV, Kitchen items totally damaged by RAT.
                            When i called them no one picking the call, and even they misbehaved me.

                              Recently I moved some of the house hold articles from Mumbai to Coimbatore . when my items delivered at Coimbatore on 2nd June, I noticed some items are in very damaged condition, But, Agarwal Person in-charge promised that it will be repaired as per the policy . But, nothing happened so far .
                              he is not taking my calls / I also complained to [protected]@drsindia.in and other corporate email. No response.

                                My GC no is 4789745. My consignment was loaded on date 24 may 22 and even after 25 days with lots of followup...its not delivered. Rather even after so many calls, nobody is giving feedback. I am very disappointed & i may not consider/recommend APM. Earlier i had not faced such kind of issue...

                                  We have moved from Hyderabad, Telangana to Mysore, Karnataka on 7th June 2022. our household items were first packed and moved to storage in Feb 2022 (15 Boxes) for which every month we paid rent of 1250/- monthly & then on 31 May 2022 (18 Boxes) we packed the remaining items and asked Agarwal packers to transport items from storage along with the recently packed items.
                                  Due to their mistake, miscommunication, and irresponsible handling, Only the second consignment reached us in Mysore after 14 days instead of promised 8 days for which payment of 15000/- was already made while packaging through online mode. The first packed consignment was not released from the storage citing 'rent not paid for June month', which was not informed to me at all. Now for the first consignment packed in Feb (15 boxes), they are quoting 18, 000/-, citing reasons for the non-availability of vehicles. I am ready to pay the rent but a huge 18, 000/- for delivery of 15 boxes is pure extortion.
                                  Not only they are pathetic at their own coordination, their services are all haywire, with not one person in charge for contacting, but there is no standard in charging for the transportation. they all quote any charges as the person contacted feels.
                                  In the second consignment, my items in one box have been damaged I have to now follow up with the claims in damages.

                                    I made a booking with Agarwal Packers and Movers limited, however, due to covid, my movement had to be cancelled.
                                    The terms and conditions clearly said that if I cancel the booking before 4 days of actual travel, full booking amount would be refunded.
                                    I have made many calls and written emails to them, every time they tell the booking has been cancelled and refund initiated, however, the refund has not yet been received.

                                      We engaged services of Agarwal Packers and Movers to move our elderly parents from Cuttack to Bangalore on 8th May, 2022. We booked them from abroad thinking that they will be trustworthy service providers but our experience with them has been very disappointing. There are many other relocation services in India now that provide a better and more cost-effective service (e.g., NoBrokers moving service), and we do not recommend Agarwal Packers for relocation in India.

                                      We are seeking the following resolution for our complaint - refund the amount that is due to us without further delay.

                                      APML gave us an estimate and charged us a full amount on 8th May, 2022, despite several items not being packed and transported from the list on the initial quotation. Their Bhubaneshwar office manager Mr Shishir Kumar insisted on taking a full payment and asked us to contact customer service to get the refund for the goods that were not packed and transported.

                                      We have been knocking on every door since 8th of May, 2022 (it has been a month!) to get a refund which they determined to be only Rs.2000. This amount was not based on any of their elaborate cubic feet/volume calculations they do when giving you a quote. It was a random amount that we accepted as refund (in writing). Since then, we have been pushed from one customer care agent to another, including Mahima (compensation executive), Amit Sharma, Vaibhav Gupta (customer service manager) and many others in the name of 'escalation'. So far no one has been able to process this refund.

                                      The company has NO transparency on refund policies, escalation matrix, and zero concern for customer experience - even when the harassment is being done to senior citizens. Overall, a terrible experience with a company that has bad business practices.

                                      We have all the invoices, email exchanges, customer service ticket numbers, phone call records of the past one month to share if anyone is interested in knowing more. It is not possible to upload all of records of the entire month on this site.
