We engaged services of Agarwal Packers and Movers to move our elderly parents from Cuttack to Bangalore on 8th May, 2022. We booked them from abroad thinking that they will be trustworthy service providers but our experience with them has been very disappointing. There are many other relocation services in India now that provide a better and more cost-effective service (e.g., NoBrokers moving service), and we do not recommend Agarwal Packers for relocation in India.

We are seeking the following resolution for our complaint - refund the amount that is due to us without further delay.

APML gave us an estimate and charged us a full amount on 8th May, 2022, despite several items not being packed and transported from the list on the initial quotation. Their Bhubaneshwar office manager Mr Shishir Kumar insisted on taking a full payment and asked us to contact customer service to get the refund for the goods that were not packed and transported.

We have been knocking on every door since 8th of May, 2022 (it has been a month!) to get a refund which they determined to be only Rs.2000. This amount was not based on any of their elaborate cubic feet/volume calculations they do when giving you a quote. It was a random amount that we accepted as refund (in writing). Since then, we have been pushed from one customer care agent to another, including Mahima (compensation executive), Amit Sharma, Vaibhav Gupta (customer service manager) and many others in the name of 'escalation'. So far no one has been able to process this refund.

The company has NO transparency on refund policies, escalation matrix, and zero concern for customer experience - even when the harassment is being done to senior citizens. Overall, a terrible experience with a company that has bad business practices.

We have all the invoices, email exchanges, customer service ticket numbers, phone call records of the past one month to share if anyone is interested in knowing more. It is not possible to upload all of records of the entire month on this site.

We chose agrawal packers and movers but despite making all payment in advance as per clause they were not able to do shifting in same day and left all our items packed without telling and left.next day when we tried to complaint against it the customer care number put our call on hold and muted and not responded. Also workers brought police and started telling us that if we complaint they will make fir against us.police was nice and he understood and told him to ask senior to visit but after that no senior visited. When next day shifting started they were late and failed to do proper shifting n started forcing to give them sign off without verifying if all items were shifted or not.we said we won't and again they said we will call police and so on.this time we told we would not give sign off however we have to pay them because they were creating nuisance in society

But after that we complained and nothing happened these shameless people were laughing and challenegd us to do anything and also threatened us

Received damaged products, Staff who unloaded the material noticed all the damages and asked me to raise complaint through mail. I called customer service and asked for process, they also informed me to send mail but didn't confirm anything on timelines. I took a week to unpack all the boxes and raised complaint. They are setting the claim based on pictures only and refuse to visit home to inspect the extent of damage. Not all damages can be piturised, example my scooty tyre got tilted and I was not able to drive it. I gave them option to repair the stuff and not to pay me, they refused. My grievance is if they charge so heavy for insurance, why they fail to provide proper service.

I have been chasing for delivery against my consignment no. GCBHND[protected].

I had sent messages/done calls and sent mails for delivery yesterday or today morning

Their team not picking up calls and reverting properly to my messages. Not picking calls is not helping, need revert urgent else I don't know what to do as no response from their team/customer care/mails

GCPUN[protected] Below goods kept in your warehouse for duration between 18th December 2021 to 30th May 2022 have been damaged to the fullest. We are extremely upset with the service provided. Help us to understand how would the company help us recover the losses made due to carelessness of workers.

1. IFB Washing machine (18k)
2. Godrej steel cupboard (25k)
3. Oreva wall clock (Rs. 1100)
4. Cutlery (Juice glasses, and pickle bottles)
5. Tupperware container lid destroyed by mice bites
6. Steel container abruptly damaged
7. Table fan completely damaged
8. Sandwich maker damaged
9. Gas cylinder pipe damaged

I wanted to transport my ertiga car from Rajkot (Gujarat) to Delhi. And I believed that Agarwal packers (APML) was always the best so without much thinking I booked my car through them around a week before the actual required departure.
I think that was one of the worst day of my life! once I booked, calls kept coming in every 2nd day asking about the confirmation and when the driver can pick up the car.
The previous evening...

My One Almera is not unloaded, its in outside gate from.last one week and noone wants to take responsibilities...
Simply they are informing me that they will come from.last 10 days.

One of the item was not delivered for consignment GCAGRA[protected]. I have raised a ticket for the same but no one from company bothers to reply to emails or calls. Its very hard and painful process to followup with these guys. I have tried everything from my side but no luck.

I have mentioned about missing item in the checklist which I have signed during delivery. No one is looking into that. I want to claim the declared amount for that items.

I had booked packers and movers service on 17th May'22 and on that day my luggage's was sent to palwal HO. At the beginning it was committed by Mukesh and Manish that maximum it will take 7 days to reach booking to its destination, but today it is the 10th Day we don't know where my consignment is. Several times we called customer care and no one seemed willing to provide correct information, every time they said it would take 3-4 days.

Really this is a pathetic service and wasn't expected from Agarwal packers. I should have hired a local vendor instead of you.

Believe me from last one 1 week I am with my wife and 6 month old baby living here without our luggage's, can you imagine how much difficulties we are facing?

Can you please deliver it today or tomorrow?

One of my item gas stove that i parceled via Agarwal packers and movers is missing. I filed complain few days back with ticket ID 1445858 on 16th may but still it is not resolved.
Customer care executive of Pune who is responsible for missing item tracking is not picking my calls.
Kindly take urgent action. I either need replacement of my gas stove or refund the amount. I already took insurance for the same.

I got the no. For Agarwal Pack & Move from just dial. Mr. Rajendra contacted me for my request he picked up my luggage from hyderabad on 26th April and till not as on 23rd of May I have not received my luggage. He assure me that the luggage would be delivered on time and well and I do not need to have insurance but now I keep on calling him but he doesn't answer and when he does he says he'll call back. I only took his service coz Justdial was associated with it

I contacted them in the first week of March, the representative visited me and assesed the item and agreed to take the order. On 13th I called them and reconfirmed. It was a shock of my life on 19th they sent meal a one line message saying they have problems in loading as driver on leave. I am trying to track by consignment that i shifted from Ahmadabad to Bangalore(gc no.[protected] but getting only false commitment from the Agarwal Packers and Movers - Dilip road line- Bade bhaiya. It is almost 15 days i did not receive my furnitures. Please help me out.

My household goods were picked up from Thane 400615 on 1st May 2022 to Theni Tamil Nadu. But My Goods Lying in Bangalore since 8th May. No proper response from APML keeps on telling Tomorrow will despatch. Even though I tweeted on Twitter they blocked my account rather than giving a solution. I am sorry to inform you that that my vehicle has been picked up on 8th may but I still not able to track it using my registered no or gc no.

I suspect they have not loaded it into container and car is either still in Patna or they’re bringing it by road driving it.
In both the case they violating the policy.

I have been following up with your team since last 1 month for finding the item/claim processing but no one seems interested in providing the claim.

For 1st 15 days I was only given 50 different phone numbers at different level, location, departments to coordinate for lost item and all of them were asking for more time.

We decided to go for Claim, which seems to be very difficult job. Company guys keep on asking for more time to assemble documents, or getting approvals for the reimbursement. As full consignment was insured, they are not ready to share the insurance policy terms & conditions for claim processing.

At the time of booking, I thought its a part of DRS group company (listed comp) hence there services would be good. But now I regret my decision of choosing them.

I have booked household goods on 06.04.2022 from Guwahati, Assam to Raipur, Chhattisgarh vide consignment no GCGWH[protected] as per enclosed with a condition to Unpacking at destination on arrival for which I have paid. The same consignment was received on 15.04.2022 evening. On arrival of the above consignment, I have contacted officials at Raipur as well as Guwahati for unpacking my goods. But your esteemed office at Raipur has refused to send the team for unpacking and sent some workers to dump my household goods at the destination. Finally with no option left, I have unpacked the goods myself with the help of the driver at extra cost.

I booked my goods from Gurgaon to Bangalore on 16th they told me it will take take 10-12 days. I asked in case i need to keep things after 1st may they said they are going to charge it. so anyhow i arranged a flat ASAP and followed up with them on 29th & 30th april the said u will get your stuff on 1st may so i vacate my PG and went to flat but but on 1st may they said its not possible today u will get ur stuff on 3rd may. Beside all this my stuff was already in Bangalore on 23rd april but still they are not giving. I requested to sent it on 2nd as i dont have mattress or place where i can stay as they committed for 1st May. They said you got wrong information u willl now get on 3rd may.
I asked them a slot at what time on 3rd may they said they cant tell you will get a call and wait for whole day at the same flat where you need to get your stuff.

Till now they didn't approached i was waiting there religiously without a single chair to sit.

They don't have any policy to track as its still not showing me out for delivery in system...customer care are liar i talked in escalation department as well. they are just sorry No help or concern after their fault as even. I told them i m new in city and not knowing anyone. They took complete payment in beginning and least bothered they deliver the stuff whose payments are pending not what they committed.
