Agoda — Not providing gst invoice

I have been following up for 4 weeks now with Agoda to provide me with GST invoice of my stay done through them at Svenska Hotel in Bangalore. However, seems like Agoda is in no mood to do business in India clearly - their Svenska account manager is just not replying to my ask officially on his email id where even the Svenska front desk team is also copied. In fact, Svenska front desk team connected me with Agoda representative on email stating that he will help further because Svenska Hotel is not able to provide a tax invoice since the booking was done through AGODA as travel agent.
