I booked a hotel through agoda FabExpress Lemon Inn

May 08, 23 and paid fuill amount through card. After reaching the hotel the hotel denied the booking. i kept caling agoda stranded at reception with luggage. Then after repeated caling i was given hotel fabexpress relax inn that too without breakfast and which was available at a lower price and a cheap hotel.i took a taxi again to reach this hotel. I wana claim refund and cab charges for the inconvience caused to me and the breach of trust caused by agoda as it cant be trusted for bookings in near future.

Reimbursement not received for cancelled booking

I had booked for hotel through Agoda.com on 28-Dec-2022.As there was problem in getting the payments done the booking got cancelled automatically….when I contact Agoda customer they said to drop mail with evidence.After verification I received mail from Agoda on 27-feb-2023 stating refund confirmed and it will be credited within 15 business days.I have not received payment yet..I dropped mail twice but there was no reply from Agoda.

Not able to claim cashback rewards

My booking id is[protected].. My issue is I'm not able to claim cashback rewards.. I have contacted agoda customer service by chat, tried to call them on their indian number but couldn't get connected, then sent an email regarding this issue.. But stills didn't get satisfying answer.. Agoda service is really irritating.. This app always show irrelevant error like service not available try after 24hrs Or connect to internet when I'm already connected to the high speed internet connection... And day by day agoda is reducing the amount of cashback rewards.. My cashback reward is $8.46, in Indian rupees it is ₹699 now it's showing ₹696.. How rubbish..

Money deducted twice for one booking, requesting refund

I have booked an Executive Suite hotel room in the Lalitha Mahal Palace Hotel for 2 Nights i.e. from 31 March 2023 to 02 April 2023
I paid the amount 12, 770/- on 24 March 2023
But the amount of 12, 770/- deducted twice form my STATE BANK OF INDIA

i.e. A total of 25, 540/- is deducted from my bank account for that single payment

So now I am requesting refund of the money that deducted second time from my bank account
i.e. 12, 770/-

Fraudulent charging of a deposit

Hi, Agoda runs a price freeze policy, in which you can freeze the price of a stay for a certain number of days, given the room is still available. I froze the price for a room at 5000 INR. I had 2 bookings to make, for which i used the price freeze option for one and made a direct booking for second. When I was booking the second room, nowhere in my billing did it show my deposit was being used. Also the deposit can only be used through the link they provide by email or through the specific link provided in your booking profile. So when I made the second booking, the bill generated did not display my deposit was used and so when I went ahead and used the specific link to actually use the price freeze to book my room, with the deposit, i found out they had used my deposit for the second booking, which i did not land up doing altogether because of their fault Later i can see that they have generated 2 different bills altogether, one bill that i received while making the booking, does not even show that they have added my deposit and the bill on my account shows that they have. How can a bill with the same booking id have 2 different itemizations. Agoda maybe running a fraud.

We had booked hotel from Agoda with full online payment but today when we reach there hotel manager did'nt allow us to enter in hotel they said we didnt allow you to enter in this rate and now we are standing outside hotel we were trying since morning to contact Agoda service centre but there were no response hotel- Agoda Booking id[protected]

I booked a hotel 6581 OYO Ascott inn' on 4th Feb at Ascot Inn, Saki naka.
The hotel flat out denied checking me in, and said they have no deal with Agoda. I'm still on line with Agoda as we speak, they've kept me on hold for 10 mins, no response.

Automatically debited money against hotel booking
Hi Agoda Team,
I'm surprise to see your mail about hows my visit while I never give my consent to deduct payment against the booking, if I have not made payment then booking should be automatically cancelled .
But your backend team deducted my money without my consent against the booking plan while I have not confirmed and moreever there is no pre or after information for such deducted money from your endend and booking has been done so that i could plan my journey accordingly.
And my question why we deducted money in December end i.e. 29th while my booking plan was in 2nd week of October why we have not deducted in October month or in November month so that i could get alert and will cancel at my end which if I missed such booking mail in October itself.
So requesting you to reverse my money on immediate basis with cross check with Hotel which I have not visited or stay over there coz I was not aware at all.
Rs.45624/- money deducted for Hotel Booking which you need to get reverse in my account on urgent basis.
I have visited today at your below Gurgaon registered office address which got to know the address from google and found that there is no office at all:

I'm writing this email to express my disappointment with the service that Agoda is providing. I booked my flight yesterday with PRN BIL9HE, and I immediatelAgoda called Agoda's customer care service to change the date for my flight. The customer service didn't help me and told me to contact the airline in which I booked to make to modify the flight booking after the call with Agoda customer care I called up the airline, and they told me that I booked my flight through a travel agent which is Agoda hence they cannot make the respective changes in the booking however Agoda was allowed to modify the booking being my travel agent. After which, I get back to Agoda again and they told me to wait as they will confirm the price that will take to change the booking. The ticket is booked for the day after tomorrow and I immediately asked Agoda to alter my booking without any further delay but they are making me wait and causing delay in the modification of the flight booking which is not my fault. As time is passing and so is the day, I am to be charged more penalty fees and a higher flight difference rate while until yesterday I was getting no flight difference rate because it was the same price now, the delay is not because of me it's because of Agoda so why should I pay the penalty and flight different fee which is not my fault? Agoda's service is so slow. if Agoda is my travel agent they need to solve my problem ASAP without causing more penalty free and delay to me as it was an urgent request. if I were to travel tomorrow and change my flight dates is taking soo long it is causing so much inconvenience and worry to me and my plan because of Agoda's services why will I ever book from Agoda? I can always use other travel agents who can be faster and better. Agoda is not at all helping. instead, their customer care service provider is cutting the call on me while I'm filing the complaint and they are disrespectful and rude.
The cause of the delay is not me and hence the higher penalty rates and flight difference rates are not supposed to be paid by me. Please waive the charges for me because if I had not booked from Agoda I would have made my booking changes immediately within 5 minutes, or any other travel agent helps resolve the issue within 30-45 min. but Agoda's service is so bad and causing me to pay so much.

PAid against Hotel Booking however denied

We booked Hotel through Agoda vide Booking ID[protected] for the Date 29 Dec 2022 in Royal Neil Hotel, Neil Island, Payment was debited on 22.Dec 2022. Confirmation Email also received from Agoda however when today guest reached the Hotel they said that there is no such booking confirmation from there side to Agoda so they are unable to provide the booking.
Is it not a duty of Agoda to confirm with hotel before issuing any confirmation to customer.
Now refund + penalty may be given by M/s. Agoda regarding this transaction.

Greetings of the days.
The reason to write an complaint against " Agoda " is not getting any response from them.
Issue : I am expecting refund of INR 1077.19 from agoda Company.Agoda Booking ID 76101180
Agoda provided me ARN number and they are saying that they have refunded the amount to my state bank of India Ref no. 74089122301242768248812.
However when i checked with my bank for the payment. They denied the credit against the ARN number.
I Had raised complaint two times, but both times they close the complaint by saying please contact with Agoda.
Again I contact with Agoda team, they just replied that they already transferred the amount in my sbi account.
Again i write complaint to agoda but now this time they are saying that please write email from register email id, but im login my Agoda account from my mobile number, same i confirmed from customer care of Agoda that there is no email id attached in my account. Please help to resolve the issue

This is the second time I'm complaining about Agoda. And I'm never gonna use this website again. Last time my payment got deducted and no booking. This time the same issue, we booked a hotel got confirmation email and when we visited hotel, they say there is no such booking . I want my refund. I'm never gonna use this website.

Indigo Airlines and Agoda Agency
I was trying to book the ticket from delhi to bangalore but by mistake, I booked the ticket from Bangalore to delhi from Agoda for Indigo Airlines. The moment I booked, I realized it is booked for wrong destination and within same minute, I called Agoda for full refund as per DGCA guidelines however they said, I should contact Indigo and if they will process full refund then they will provide me full refund.
When, I contacted Indigo airlines then instead of Initiating full refund as per DGCA guidelines as I reached out to them at the same time of booking, Indigo informed me that if I will book another ticket from Delhi to Bangalore via Indigo then only they will give full refund. I was forced to pay double amount with Indigo as flight for Delhi to Bangalore was awful expensive with Indigo. When I booked the Delhi to Bangalore ticket, with Indigo Airlines after sharing the PNR then they said they have intiated full refund so I should get that refund from Agoda.
After paying all extra amount, Agoda informed me that they will process refund but till now they are changing statements and they have not processed full refund.
I would like that strict action should be taken for all such harrasments.

I booked room at agoda app on 7 nov 2022 booking ID[protected]. At hotel dev haridwar. When I reached hotel they refused to give room I mailed agoda about issue but they did not reply. It was prepaid booking and agoda also not give refund. Agoda hotel booking refused by hotel and hotel harassed me for 2 hours and not give me any room. Now agoda is not giving me my money back

Incorrect information about the property on agoda website
Our stay at Motel Punt 14 have been rejected. According to the policy of the hotel as stated by the hotel personnel, children are not allowed, which is not mentioned on the agoda website. On the contrary, hotel policy on agoda website states that "all children are welcome". This was something I have especially checked when I make the reservation.
On September 21st, I travelled all the way to the motel with my wife and 3 year old daughter, where we were not allowed to stay. At midnight we ended up being homeless, spending the night on the benches of the Barcelona airport. I could not sleep just before an important meeting the next day and my daughter get sick.
I should stress the fact that this inconvenience happened primarily because of the incorrect information on the Agoda website entirely against the property policy. The property allowed a free cancellation but this did not necessarily change the fact that we ended up going back and forth to the hotel, wasting lots of precious time, and spending the night on the benches of the Barcelona airport. On top of that, I needed to pay for booking another place for the remainder of our stay, which cost me more than twice what I was supposed to pay for the hotel booking. Extra costs we needed to cover here turned our trip into a negatively unforgettable one. This is the first time I have experienced this and I'm requesting compensation for all of these inconveniences.

Unsanitary Room Accomodations

Booked room accommodations for 3 nights to The Strat Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas Nevada. Checked in on Oct 7, 2022 and the bathroom was unsanitary due to the fact that there were toe nail or finger nail clippings on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Contacted housekeeping and said they would be right there, hrs. go by and we go to the front desk and showed the manager a video. The manager was grossed out and advised us he will contact housekeeping immediately. He also stated that sanitation is urgent since covid and gave us some food vouchers. My niece recorded the conversation with the manager for our record. Housekeeping never came for the second time. We are on day 2 of our vacation and have not been able to shower since we got here. I will be contacting the Las Vegas Health Department, Las Vegas District Attorney office and the Las Vegas News to release the videos of the insanitation room accommodations

I tried to book a room on 25th Sept 2022 around 11.30 pm. I tried to book it in web without logging. But did provided my email: [protected]@gmail.com
Payment section asked for my card details and I provided them, but payment navigated to my bank website and deducted amount from my savings account.
As you can see in below attachment, transaction has Agoda in its transaction details of my bank.
Please help me resolve this issue

Hotal not accept agoda booking

Denied my entry into hotel and refunding

I booked a hotel called oyo 22736 Anuguna tulasi grand, where we made booking via online payment, after reaching to the property the hotel first demanded for more amount and then later, started talking rudely as we questioned why extra charge and then denied me to enter the hotel saying we are minors but we are 20 yr old people, i dont know how are we considered as minors and when we asked for a cancellation and refund they denied for a refund too.they are just scamming people by just taking online payments and not refunding the amount.

Agoda travel agency, booking id[protected], booking date - 12.8.22-13.8.22, amount paid - 1285.09, late night 12.30 reach outside hotel and it was closed from inside and all were sleeping, one person came and said no room available and hotel declined the agoda booking twice, but they forcefully rebooked and hotel denied my check in.
i complaint four time in their app with customer care and they did not resolve my issue.

Payment debited but booking not done
7580/- INR debited from my fedral acc while trying to book a club mahindra resort at coorg on Agoda's website. The booking didn't confirm and did I receive any mail or information on why the booking didn't confirm and when I can expect my money to be refunded.

Sharing accommodation with property owner.
I made a booking through Agoda at Cherbury lodge winterton for the 15th until 19th December 2022. After my booking was confirmed I contacted the property owner/ landlord and she told me there's quiet time from 23h00pm until 06h00am, she has two dogs staying with her, she has a housemate who will also be sharing a house with guests.
I am not comfortable with those conditions and would like to get my refund back. Please help me get my refund because I have sent anumber of e-mails to Agoda and they don't respond.

Stay at The Hosteller Udaipur

We have booked 2 rooms at The hosteller udaipur for 13th August to 14th August. Amount has been collected by Agoda as shown in the application. Now when we called The hosteller udaipur they said they did not received any such booking. We are 4 person and we are at loss now just because we have planned everything including travelling from ahmedabad to udaipur on 12th and udaipur to ahmedabad on 14th And now we do not have any accomodation for 13th. This will create negative impact for Agoda and i do not think that this should happen.
