[Resolved]  Agoda — Regarding Refund

I booked hotel through agoda and cancelled it before the cancellation due date. It became 8 days but they didn't send back my refund amount. I used mail id for the booking ([protected]@gmail.com). Kindly help me to resolve this. Booking id:[protected]
