Booking id - [protected], payment rs 6018 on 15.10.2025 night, i have booked a hotel named krishna park resort from agoda, all of the amenities and nearby places shown in website was of diu and when i get confirmation msg from site the hotel address was of rajkot city, i made a call on toll free number on same night and raised a issue but they have said we will do something and give u update, this was happened many times, i only taken their follow ups and no satisfactory answered received, after calling hotel person several times he answered once that we have asked agoda many times to delist this property but they have not done and keep taking bookings for that, hotel has also done a mail regarding free cancellation of booking but even after doing so much i have not received my payment, please do something.
