On date[protected] at 10:45am, when i was doing space between 2 vehicle to park my discover 100m properly at the parking area of safal profitire, corporate road, opposite prahladnagar garden. A traffic van of prahladnagar area, ahmedbad, gujarat has silently picked my bike and toinged to their area even after i have argued a lot that i am here, they have not listen anything of mine. At the end, i have to pay rs. 350
I am driving my vehicle since last 15 years, and this is the first incidence of my life that my vehicle has toinged without any of my fault.
When my vehicle was toinged in-front my eyes, i have also requested to split memo on the spot, even though the traffic police has forced me to come at his place and then keep my vehicle from there only.
Even though many cars were available at the same spot, traffic police couldn't do anything to them, because it might possible they are paying in them under table.
Also, when i went to leave my bike, i have asked question to traffic police that if the rules are same for all, then why only 2 wheeler holders are getting charged, why not 4 wheelers? Then traffic police man has asked me that you can complaint against them on 1095 number that is not working anymore. So, i have argued that why you cannot complaint and why asking me, then he has not listen anything of mine.
I know in india, consumer forum is just time pass tool. Here the consumers are not getting result and through result against their complaint. Still i am doing it.
I know there is no value of this complaint anymore, still i am doing it here.

All the best to each member of middle and lower middle class, because these rules are regulations are only created for you, not for the people who are paying under table.
