कार, ​​बाइक ओटो टैंपो अतिरिक्त सुबह से रखे जाते हैं, जबकि कार्यालय जाते हैं और शाम से सड़क के दोनों किनारों पर कब्जा कर लेते हैं। जो हमारे क्षेत्र में भारी यातायात बनाता है।
ओर यहा पे आते जाते हमारी बेहन बेटी ओ को छेड़ते है।

I visited near alpha mall vastrapur on yesterday 22/09/2020 at around 1.00 pm and parked my 2W No 2039 at the parking area in front of the alpha mall at one side of vastrapur lake where around over 100-150 vehicles were already parked. I came back at around 1.55 pm and found my vehicle missing. the nearby shop told me that it was taken away by traffic van. it was a surpise that how a vehicle was towed from parking area. if that was not a...

Since last many times traffic problem so much at gandhi road. From khadia char rasta to pankore naka vehicle pass by wrong side. Also on both side of road loading rickshaws, tempoes and cng rickshaws park regularaly there. Not a single point of police there. At khadia char rasta some police men giving there duty in silent mode. They are not active.in this road during day time cant pass 108 ambulance. No body take care for public.
So please give solution for this.

Today I was driving my car with my own goods in my personal car, and trafic police has been detained me at rto circle near chimanbhai bridge...regarding laggauge in my car
I had my own goods in my car..no any commercial goods

Even I told him, i will pay what is as per rules
But he is demanding forcefully all document ...and i shown ..he is not ready to see..only continuously harassment was going on by him ...even i was not in fault accordingly me...but he is not ready to understand what I am telling regarding fine which was I was ready to pay...he was doing only force to got money through me...
I asked frequently to pay money accordingly...rules and give me article number of same ...he refused

He was not ready to giving any artical number of my fault
Then he call his sub ordinate and make crowed of his group and made too much pressure by any means on me to pay money in any article...

Looking to situation I had paid money what they said...as I was under wrong pressure by him...I have copy of chalan ...in it they have only mentioned wrong artical number 184...related to risky driving...

Even I told him to do what is as per rules...

I dont know name of him ...{trafic police)
But he was on duty today ...around this incident ...at around 7.to 8 pm

I want to make complain
Why these persons has been forced to me against rules to pay money...by creating pressure by his team

Today while coming from office to home, moriya, ahmadabad there was traffic jam, near moriaya, traffic police was controlling traffic manually & they stop traffic, but i could not see it so i moved my car forward then police man told aggressively why i moved forward so to make him clear i put off my mask as after opening my car window my visibility was poor due condensation of air vapour on my specs (Eye sight glass) & clarified him that i have not seen you manual instruction as this was straight highway.

After that another policeman came & said i have not weared face mask so give him fine of 1000 rs. I have told him that i have put off my mask at this moments only, i have face shield also in my car, i am obeying rule of wearing mask + face shield since april only.

So i am totally disagree on this traffic challan & due to heavy traffic jam i could not discuss with first traffic police also, in front him only i have put off my mask.

I have received a e memo from ahmedabad traffic police for violation of red signal on 13.02.2020 on my two wheeler regn. No.
Gj 01 nl 6363 wide e challan for fine of rs.500/-with reference no.
Mkb115_[protected]_0845f.
I made online payment of above e challan through my icici bank debit card on sbi payment portal. On making payment of rs.500/- for first time an error appeared on screen. Hence the same payment of rs.500/-was...

I have received traffic e challan of 500 rupees for red light violation. But signal in e memo you have sent does not show red signal.
What i have to do? Should i pay you only for you sent it to me or else please send an image to make it clear. Tthere is no complain number written in memo for any query or clarification to the citizens required for wrong traffic e challan.

I have got a e memo of rs 500 for red light violation at mansi circle on 24th feb 2020. This e memo challan is totally unacceptable as i have never broken such traffic rules. I have taken a you turn which can not be consider as breaking a traffic rule. And always follow the signals. Although in the your footage you can check that..

Today[protected] i was going to my office & on the pakawan road, there was a white colored suzuki swift, was driving dangerously. When there was a space on the right side to go through i honked & tried to over take him from the right but instead of giving me a proper space to go he tried to push me on the right where already construction boards are placed. After that i took a photo of his car & he again stopped for doing so & threatened me to beat me up & abused me with foul language if i do something about his rash driving. After that he also took a photo of mine to get back against me. I am standing up to this type of people & i request you sir/ma'am to support me. His car's number was (Gj-01 hs - 1357). Also there is no option on the official website of the ahmedabad traffic police to report rash driving. I am providing you my email if any further details are needed to contact me. Hello sir, this is inform you that today i took auto from hathijan chowk to suryam green, rto road, vastral. Which is hardly 5km and according to meter i should be charged with less than 50rs. But even i came in auto with meter, meter showed 104rs which is doubled the amount. I request you take action against autowala and if necessary cancel his license too. I am providing details below

At the railway crossing on jagatpur road between godrej garden city and ganesh genesis, there is extreme traffic jam every morning. I am a student of nirma university. Daily we have to experience chaos at the crossing. It has become a routine that 2-3 uncles from the crowd get down their vehicles and manage the traffic. There is an urgent need to control traffic at that railway crossing.

Lady traffic police g. S. Chauhan, ahmedabad, shyamal road asking money for breaking the signal where as signal was green when i was crossed it. One cyclist riding in front of me so i drive slowly but i crossed d road in time, but she stopped me nd asking 3000/- for breaking d signal. She was not even showing me any e-memo only interested in money.
When she was not found any fault because i was having all d documents and license then she started bargaining with me. She told me to give 1500/- nd started threatening me. When i was refused to give any money she started abusing me and told me to come out side the car ll show u my power. She was not even ready to give me written memo slip she only interested in money without any slip.
My concern is only that pls teach them some manners that how to talk to a person. And please focus on rule rather than money.
And yes i forgot to tell that the numbering on cross road signal was missing when i was told her about that then arrogantly she replied me that it is none of her business it is municipal corporation’s job.
In nutshell i would like to say that pls take a look in this kind of matters. This is not first time we r facing this kind of khulle aam rokdi in name of law. These kind of people destroying the image of other gud cops.

Ahmedabad Traffic Police — im complaining about applying wrong section and taking more money

According to rto gujarat http://rtogujarat.gov.in/penalty.php there is 100 rs (Section 177) for first time driving on wrong but traffic police near Jawahar chowk char rasta is threatening by applying more section like and collecting 1000 rs... Which is not at all applicable instead of rs, 100 as applicable.

Mahalakshmi char rasta traffic lights are not functional for more than a month.
Many near misses and minor mishaps are occurring. A danger of fatalities exists since vehicles are speeding up and also try to get out of the intersection first/as fast as possible.
Additionally, there is some digging and cordoning off on one of the roads. This has made the pathway restricted, creating more problems.
Challans/violations are being raised in spite of the traffic lights not functional. The cameras seem to be clicking photographs and raising incidents by some in-built timings.

I always follow the signals and wear helmet. Although in the picture it is clearly seen that i am standing and haven't crossed the zebra crossing.

A amts-bus take care mini bus tried to hit me while i was taking a u turn and did not tried to apply brakes even after i horned at him and he was also doing rash driving, and also seemed drunked, the plate number of that vehicle was gj 01 ft 3410 please kindly take a strict action against the vehicle, and kindly provide me with the information that are these vehicles are allowed in brst i was going with me sister if any thing would have done, then who would be responsible, i have giving the vehicle photos also

I have recieved e challan of rs 100 for breaking the red light violation at ahmedabad. I would like to clear that i have never travelled or i have never let travel anyone with my bike ever un ahmedabad city. I m working in madhyapradesh from last one year n bike i have kept with me from last one year.

I checked my e-memo and it shows me to pay 300/- for challan with following details.
In attached e-challan, i could see there is no violation at all, i can see clearly signal is open & also i wearing helmet. Additionally, two cars, a rickshaw and 2-3 bikes also passing with me so its proof of signal is open and there is no red light.
Please recheck and do needful.

I have received 4 memo.. Or isme se 3 memo ek hi jagah ke he.. I have fully confidence ki i dont have cross red viololation..2 sec bhi baki hoti he to me khada rahta hu.. Or tino e challan ek hi jagah ke wrong.. Aisa he to i want to see that video full or mere aage jitne bhi he sab me un sabke memo muje dikhne he.. Bcause me pichhe hu to bhi memo aata he to vo sabke to aana hi chahiye.. And last memo vastrapur andhajan mandal ka bilkul wrong usme to saaf dikh raha he mere aage 10 people khade he to un sabke pi6e khada hu phir bhi memo mera aaye to un sabke to aane hi chahiye.. Or me to khada hu white cross pe bhi meri gadi nhi pahuchi or memo aa gaya.. Aise wrong memo kyu aate he please bandh kro ye lutna. Ham mehnat krte he vo aapke memo bharne ke liye nhi krte.

On route from patiya to ctm amd from bapunagar to hatkeshvar circle, no traffic signals are working and only at 2 or 3 circles traffic police availble. On same route at many place police catch people without helmet and that is really great initiative.
Kindly go through my complain in detail.
Traffic accidents are one of the most common cause of death now a days.

On 7/1/19 at @7.30 pm i had parked my car on new c g road, chandkheda near d mart below the highway on the lane which is not a pakka road but land. My vehicle was well outside the boundary line. Anywhere in the world and even on express ways the lateral last lane is for parking. I was fined 300 rs. Because the police vardy and the car lock we can't do anything but pay the penalty. I demand my money be paid back to me.

I have received two wrong challan from ahmedabad traffic police. Even though i was behind the zebra crossing it is showing that i am violating red light rule. Kindly do the needful to revoke these two challans. Kindly refer the images it clearly indicates that i had not break the rule.
This incident occurred at sardar patel status cross road. (I think that area name is called naranpura).

At the same time in your photo graphs there is no vision of signal poll. And hence i am damn surprised how this memo has been issued from your end. Based on the above fact i request your good selves to help us to avoid such legal harassment to common people like me...

I want to lodge complaint against traffic police for giving me notice on red light violation. I want to tell you that my vehicle was just slightly before crossing line but that was the time when light turn off was yellow and not red still and i was just standing there and not crossed at all. Why this notice is issued i don't know. I was wearing helmet and followed all traffic law still got notice and those who daily violate traffic laws by over speedy drive and not wearing helmets are escaped..
Please understand that standing on cross road lines does not violated red light signal rather going and run over it will violate traffic law
