[Resolved]  Air Arabia — Child was not allowed to board

I booked my childrens tickets in emergency having age of 15years and 10 years. The ticket was issued but on travel day the staff refused to board them. I asked for refund but they refused and telling me to read the six pages of ticket. Afterward they allowed by elder sons who is 15 years old to board the flight and send the other child back. No refund was given for second child. The flight is from DAMMAM to NAGPUR dated 27.09.2014. I am complaining so that I should get the refund for second child.
