I booked air tickets from Delhi to hyderabad and back vide PNR no.T6YU3A on 27.02.21 through Paytm .But, due to cancellation of flight / rescheduling by you I prefer to cancel the flight and request you to refund the said ticket .On 31.03.21 .thereafter I received a mail from Air Asia is attached herewith
But, I have not received the refund till date .I am regularly taking up this matter again and again through mail but not replying satisfactly.so, I again request you to credit my account /travel agent i.e Paytm or provide me transaction I'd number of refund amount processed by you so that I may take up the matter with Paytm
We would like Air Asia to deal this with priority.. even though it is not a big amount still its hard earned money..

    I had booked a ticket from Pune to Jaipur ex Pune 25.04.21 but due to an emergency I had to take another ticket ex Pune 24.03.2021, as such I had to cancel my ticket for the 25.04 -- I applied for the cancellation and got a message from Air asia on the 29th March 2021 that the ticket has been cancelled and the amount of the refund will be credited to my account within 7 days however, it is a matter of regret that even till today this refund has not been credited to my account -- I have been submiiting messages to Ease my trip (through whom my ticket had been booked) but they are saying that the airlines has not yet refunded the amount to them

      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights

      The issue that I have experienced was: We had a group booking for with ID: C5C83X; due to pandemic I reached out to the support team via AVA chat several times requesting for refund. Cases raised so far - ( Case number 66205675 • 03/07/2020 - Case number 66211793 • 03/07/2020 - Case number 70630723 • 12/08/2020 - Case number 72895068 • 08/09/2020 - Case number 75669368 • 13/10/2020 - Case number 74839731 • 03/10/2020 )
      Finally with Case number 78787312 dated on 01/12/2020 they approved refund and said I should be receiving the same in 16 weeks time; when I followed up on the email chain post 16 weeks I did not get any response and now when I put the case number in AVA it says the information do not match. All i am requesting is a refund as promised and its more than 16 weeks since it has got approved!

      It occurred on: 1/12/2020

      Just return our money as promised!

        The issue that I have experienced was: As per PREMIUM flex fare the cancellation charge should be 500.per passenger per sector( confirmed by multiple customer care executives of Air Asia) but when trying to cancel, I am getting nothing back. PNR XS3YVE . Ticket 00468019. Also been escalated to Nodal with no response.

        It occurred on: 9/04/2021

        Update Policy, or manually refund my fees. Compensate for my time loss over last 10 days.

          I booked flight in February 2020. Flight cancelled by Air Asia because of virus. Received two emails in July 2020 which promised refund No refund received. Talked to agent in August 2020 who promised refund by end of August.No refund received. Contacted Air Asia constantly about refund.

            I had booked a Flight with Air Asia for 8th May, 2021 from Kolkata to Bagdogra. The time earlier was 15.05 hour and Air Asia has rescheduled the flight to 9:05 hour. I want to cancel this and reschedule the same with Goair at 12.55 hours. My PNR no is SYM4JE.

            I want complete refund of my booking with Air Asia as this is because of Air Asia's fault of rescheduling their flight timing and due to which i have to reschedule my flight.

              I had booked flight from Chennai to Bangalore on 22nd March, 2020. Due to COVID situation, all the flights were cancelled. Till now i have not received my refund.

                The below mentioned is the message we received from Air Asia on 4th march as we cancelled flight from Bhubaneswar to mumbai, as Air Asia re routed the flight and it was not feasible for us to travel that way ..

                “ refund request for PNR T64HJD has been successfully processed. The refund amount of Rs. 11400 will be credited to the source account within 5-7 days.

                Please note the reference ID for your request: 00224019

                Thank you for visiting us. It has been a pleasure serving you.

                But its 25th March and till now we have not received any refund in the source account and neither there has been communication from Air Asia..

                We would like Air Asia to deal this with priority.. even though it is not a big amount still its hard earned money.. we want the refund within next 5 days

                    Hi,

                    I had a flight booking for my family (Wife and Son) in AirAsia flight "I5 2878" from Bangalore to Delhi.
                    Departure Date: 21/06/2018
                    Departure Time: 4:55am from Bangalore.

                    My family reported to AirAsia baggage drop counter at 4:22am. They were told that check-in baggage is closed.
                    But they can travel just with cabin baggage. They were provided with boarding passes and an AirAsia staff accompanied them to get
                    through security quickly. But he did not do much and family has to wait behind 16 people. After around 10 minutes passed, he hurried to clear the security.

                    I got a call from boarding gate at 4:37am, I told her that they have cleared the security and will reach the boarding gate in just a few minutes.
                    They reached boarding gate at 4:40am but were not allowed to board the flight.
                    I expected that Airasia will arrange the travel in some other flight but to our surprise the family was exited from Airport that too after wait for half an our.

                    I called to the AirAsia call center(Case ID:[protected] and got to know that the ticket is auto cancelled with no-show comment.
                    Is this really a no-show case scenario? I needed better response/actions from a brand like AirAsia.
                    I would expect full refund for this ticket as it is definitely not a no-show scenario when the travelers reach to the boarding gate 15 minutes before the
                    departure time and not allowed to board.
                    I made several phone call complains to AirAsia call center and also made refund request via their portal "www.airasia.com/ customer support/contact channel/emailer/complain form/refund form".
                    But nothing happened. Please help my money get refunded for this booking. Thanks in advance!!

                      Hello ma'am/sir,

                      I received a message from AirAsia on 28 Jan 2021, refund of Ticket amount for PNR I3Q4YG, which the flight got cancelled due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. But the amount has not been refunded till now.

                      I have raised multiple complaints with AirAsia, shared all the required details several times but no resolution. They are just closing the complaint without any resolution and starting everything from the beginning every time. After trying so much, I got a text message that "The refund of INR 5094 has been initiated today (11/03/2021) for your PNR I3Q4YG" but still I haven't received the refund.

                      Request your help to resolve this issue.

                        I received a message from AirAsia on 28 Jan 2021, refund of Ticket amount for PNR N5UK6K, which the flight got cancelled due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. But the amount has not been refunded till now.

                        I have raised multiple complaints with AirAsia, but no resolution. They are just closing the complaint without any resolution.

                          I booked flight tickets online through airasia website, for myself, 1 brother and 2 sisters from chennai to kuala lumpur (Booking no. Kt6imy) and return from penang to chennai (Booking no. Gvcikc) to travel on april 30 and may 10, 2020 respectively. But, our flights got cancelled due to covid-19 pandemic.
                          So, i tried to get "refund" of money in april 2020, which was not possible due to timeout of webpage due to long wait time (See screen shot). There were no contact numbers or email id provided to contact them for refund of our money. Finally, i am forced to get our air ticket money in "credit account" only.
                          Recently i tried the email id given by airasia[protected] on feb 15, 2021 and requested for refund, which was denied by airasia team (Refer refund request email 1, 2 & 3).
                          Already, it's over one year that our money is with airasia. Kindly advice airasia to refund our money at the earliest.

                            While web check-in and seat selection for PNR J8SB9U, AirAsia site showed me Payment failed message then I tried with another account and this time it got successful and selected seats got booked.
                            When I checked my first bank account, ₹ 700 were detected for which AirAsia site had shown me payment failed message.

                            Then I shared this issue with AirAsia office in New Delhi Airport, they ensured me that my money will be refunded back to my bank account in some days.

                            Few days later, I got one SMS from AirAsia that they have initiated refund of ₹ 700 and it will be credited to my bank account in 7 days.

                            It's almost 20 days but I have not received any money in my bank account.

                            Kindly look into this matter.

                              Hi, had around 7500 in AirAsia credit account. They have deducted the money before expiry Date which was in 2022. Airasia is looting people's money ann when trying to reach their support, there is no reply from them.
                              Same happend for me as well i have lost amount worth 70, 000

                                I had booked a flight with AirAsia India from Delhi to Pune on 14th April 2021 02:30hours.
                                PNR-C843UX

                                Out of nowhere, I received an SMS from AirAsia-
                                FLIGHT CHANGE SUCCESSFUL: The new itinerary for your booking C843UX is as below.
                                From: I5-728 departing on[protected]:00 AM To: I5-731 departing on[protected]:25 PM Please complete your web check-in 4 hours prior to your departure time. And, get ready to take off comfortably & safely with AirAsia India.

                                The above message is written as if I was the one who initiated the request to change my flight. I ave no clue why they did this. I tried to change my flight back to the original one I had booked. For this I was using their chat box, Tia, online. There was no option given to me by her to book the original flight again. I tried finding their email ID, but couldn't fins it anywhere. Finally, I tried calling them 25+ times on their customer care number mentioned on the website. Not a single person responded.

                                My itinerary is BHOPAL to DELHI to PUNE.
                                My BHOPAL TO DELHI flight is confirmed and I will reach Delhi by 9PM on 13th April. The only flight which takes me to Pune home by time was this Air Asia flight that I had booked. Because of the last moment panic and no other flight to be found on that date in the comfortable time duration, I had to cancel this Air Asia flight so that I can book 2 different flights for the next day. Because of AirAsia, I have wasted money on 3 flights!!! I EITHER WANT AIRASIA INDIA TO BOOK ME ON THE ORIGINAL FLIGHT AGAIN ASAP OR THEY SHOULD REFUND ME THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE BHOPAL TO DELHI FLIGHT I HAVE BOOKED WITH INDIGO AS IHAD ASSURANCE THAT AIRASIA FLIGHT WILL TAKE ME HOME SAFE. AirAsia India has refunded me the price for the flight I cancelled with them. However, the INDIGO flight that I have booked from Bhopal to Delhi because of them is non-refundable. THEY SHOULD DO ONE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED THINGS.
                                I have cancelled my ticket through air asia tia and got message from air asia for refund intiataion, I need to get a acknowledgement id so that I can cancel my ticket from the travel agency, please help me with the case id otherwise my whole amount will be wasted. My flight is tomorrow from kolkata to bangalore and my PNR is S3LLXZ.

                                  I had booked tickets of Airasia airlines on 27/02/2020 for my to and fro journey form Delhi to Kolkata scheduled on 21/03/2020 and 23/03/2020 respectively.
                                  My Bookings was using IRCTC(air) website, for the same transaction ID was [protected] and booking for onward journey (PNR - YUW4PI) and for return journey (PNR- NVHN9C)
                                  My both PNR were converted into the credit shell of amount Rs. 9387/- on 07/06/2020 and Rs. 6573/- on 17/09/2020.

                                  On 28/01/2021, I received message on mobile that my credit shells have been refunded. But the amount refunded was Rs. 7373/- only. Plz clarify for approval and amount of refund amount of credit shells.

                                    I had booked a ticket via Air Asia (India) from Bengaluru to Mumbai for date January 16, 2021 with flight I5-926 & PNR G652VQ (Booking details attached).
                                    On january 16 (journey day morning), i received multiple messages from Air Asia sttaing that flight I5-926 has been delayed from bagdogra from where it will reach bengaluru. This created confusion that when will flight leave from bengaluru.
                                    I called multiple times for Air Asia customer care but no customer executive was available to answer the call despite waiting for 15mins over call (Call record attached).
                                    On going to airport, I was informed that the flight had left on time & there was no delay as mentioned in messages received by me.
                                    Despite showing the messages, the carrier personnel did not arrange me new flight ticket as it was their mistake.
                                    I was made to book new ticket to mumbai costing whooping 9363INR on my own to reach mumbai the same day.
                                    I want refund of 2nd ticket amount as it was Air Asia's mistake to send me wrong information.

                                        Due to covid19, air Asia flight was cancelled from their side and I was promised credit amount which was valid till 6th June 2022. They promised the credit on 5th June 2020. My booking was for 3rd june2020. Thereby no ways it's possible that the credit period is over. How come the amount of rs.8922 has been redeemed by Air Asia without any prior intimation? I want refund in any possible way. Either complete credit amount or refund.
