Hello ma'am/sir,

I received a message from AirAsia on 28 Jan 2021, refund of Ticket amount for PNR I3Q4YG, which the flight got cancelled due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. But the amount has not been refunded till now.

I have raised multiple complaints with AirAsia, shared all the required details several times but no resolution. They are just closing the complaint without any resolution and starting everything...

Not received tax invoice

I took air asia fligh Ranchi on 5 March 2021 (PNR:VYKSPE). I have not received my airline tax invoices yet. Since the tax invoices are mandatory for the company to reimburse the gst amount please arrange to provide them at the earliest. I had already raised a request to air asia but dod not get proper response. Kindly consider this as important and urgent.

I received a message from AirAsia on 28 Jan 2021, refund of Ticket amount for PNR N5UK6K, which the flight got cancelled due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. But the amount has not been refunded till now.

I have raised multiple complaints with AirAsia, but no resolution. They are just closing the complaint without any resolution.

I booked flight tickets online through airasia website, for myself, 1 brother and 2 sisters from chennai to kuala lumpur (Booking no. Kt6imy) and return from penang to chennai (Booking no. Gvcikc) to travel on april 30 and may 10, 2020 respectively. But, our flights got cancelled due to covid-19 pandemic.
So, i tried to get "refund" of money in april 2020, which was not possible due to timeout of webpage due to long wait...

Refund not received in my bank account

While web check-in and seat selection for PNR J8SB9U, AirAsia site showed me Payment failed message then I tried with another account and this time it got successful and selected seats got booked.
When I checked my first bank account, ₹ 700 were detected for which AirAsia site had shown me payment failed message.

Hi, had around 7500 in AirAsia credit account. They have deducted the money before expiry Date which was in 2022. Airasia is looting people's money ann when trying to reach their support, there is no reply from them....

Credit shell refund without my consent

I had booked tickets of Airasia airlines on 27/02/2020 for my to and fro journey form Delhi to Kolkata scheduled on 21/03/2020 and 23/03/2020 respectively.
My Bookings was using IRCTC(air) website, for the same transaction ID was [protected] and booking for onward journey (PNR - YUW4PI) and for return journey (PNR- NVHN9C)

Missed the flight due wrong flight delay information provided by carrier company

I had booked a ticket via Air Asia (India) from Bengaluru to Mumbai for date January 16, 2021 with flight I5-926 & PNR G652VQ (Booking details attached).
On january 16 (journey day morning), i received multiple messages from Air Asia sttaing that flight I5-926 has been delayed from bagdogra from where it will reach bengaluru. This created confusion that when will flight leave from bengaluru.

Due to covid19, air Asia flight was cancelled from their side and I was promised credit amount which was valid till 6th June 2022. They promised the credit on 5th June 2020. My booking was for 3rd june2020. Thereby no ways it's possible that the credit period is over. How come the amount of rs.8922 has been redeemed by Air Asia without any prior intimation? I want refund in any possible way. Either complete credit amount or refund....

Customer care not responding

I, Anil Kumar need Travel Certificate booking no C37MHW date[protected]. Because I have lost my boarding pass. I have to submit this certificate in my office for reimbursement the traveling amount. I do not understand why Air Asia always sending the same email saying that you won't refund the amount without knowing the issue.

Please note the following.

1. Asia was always a failure in customer service. I was trying to cancel a ticket for so many days( more than 2 weeks) and no customer executives...

Air asia redeemed Credit Amount before completion if 2 years.

Not sticking to their word.During lockdown my flight was cancelled and amount is refunded in the form of credit amount by air asia saying you can use it for 2 years.
But they redeemed before completion of 1 year without any prior intimation....

Non receivable of partially refund

I booked Airasia tickets on 25.12.2020 from ixigo and on 23.12.2020 due tot the illness of my father I cancelled the ticket, and after speaking to ixigo they replied me that I won't be receiving any money and they also stated that all the money have been deducted on the cancellation fee but when I booked the ticket it was showing partially refund for cancelling the ticket but now the ixigo are ignoring and saying there is no partially refund...I...

Discrepancy in Credit Shell Q2R5TZ

My PNR is Q2R5TZ
Flight is cancelled due to COVID
CreditShell is created
But the Actual fare of TKT is Rs 7358/-
Credit shell is created only for Rs.5992/-
Difference is Rs.1366/-
While i contacted Airasia, it was told to contact EMT
It is requested to kindly arrange to credit the said Rs 1366/- to my credit shell or further payment to my bank...

Difference is Rs.6147/-

Flight missed

I was denied boarding the Hyderabad bound flight scheduled to depart at 8.15 am though I arrived at 8am today at boarding gate, Delhi Airport.No announcement was made for final call and crew standing at gate were very rude and misbehaved.I never fly again in Air Asia.Flight no.I5993, Departure 30 December 2020at 8.15 am from Delhi to Hyderabad...
