Today, (20/07/2022) i got a call that my Resume has been shortlisted in airasia airlines Interview. After downloading the letter, It was mentioned to Rs 3999/- with GST as refundable security deposit.
The Sr.manager HR's name was written as Anjalee Chaterjee. They wrote you are selected for telephonic interview. they send me an offer letter too.
i want my refund of money.

    Have booked a flight with Air Asia from Singapore to Bali (direct flight) on the 26.08 at 17h10. I am arriving at Singapore Airport from Amsterdam at 15h00 same dat.
    Flight was confirmed and then I received an email from Air Asia saying my flight was cancelled and they put me on a next day flight from Singapore via Kuala Lumpur. Tried with Ava - not working - going in lopping questions. Send 2 complains forms . no response.
    My original flight was not cancelled at all, as Air Asia is still selling tickets for the same flight (but at a much higher price) I feel scammed.
    I already have my hotel booked at Bali 26.08 and now I have to stay over night in Singapore and spend the full day traveling with a 5 hour stop at Kuala Lumpur. I am traveling with a chlid. No consideration for their customer - Worse customer service ever

      Hello,
      This is Rohit Nagaraj Shejekan. I have booked a return flight for 3 guests from KualaLumpur to Langkawi (2nd Oct to 5th Oct) under the PNR P2QE4M

      I got an email saying the flights have been re-scheduled. I cannot choose the new flights as my departure flight back to India is scheduled for 5th Oct 2:30 PM from KL.

      I tried to change the flights to an earlier day (4th Oct) and the AVA service is not being helpful and is quite erroneous.

      I applied for a refund and my request has been rejected.

      Kindly issue me a refund at the earliest or let me choose a return flight on 4th oct.

        Here is the mail which i have sent to air aisa earlier but no response, and it explains everything.

        Hi Airasia Team

        I have shared all tickets and boarding passes as well, hope now you can track you flights.

        Please resolve it as you have already taken enough time. else i have to raise consumer complaint,

        I have booked my direct flight from Jaipur to Chennai 24 Jun 2022 12 25 to 24 Jun 2022 15 05 for 2 adults and 2 kids 15 month old and 7 year old, the duration was just 2:40 Hrs. Thats why I have booked the flight.

        But you have rescheduled and changed everything here.

        1. timings changed to 10:25 AM
        2. Now its Jaipur to Mumbai, Mumbai to Bangalore and then finally Bangalore to Chennai and arrival at Chennai is around 6:00 PM after wasting my full day and further booking of cabs.
        3. and story not ends here again you guys reschedule the flight from Jaipur 10:25 to 11:25

        I am really fed up and disappointed with your irregularities

        You wasted our time and money and wasted all our plans. I hope you can understand how much difficult to travel with infant and small kids

        And the option which you were providing are no use for me
        1 Full refund what I will do with refund because no flight can be booked with your refunds. As I have booked my flights before 1 month according to my plan.

        2 Reschedule its also not working because no direct flight and any other flight is there for Chennai from Jaipur as you customer care executive told me that no direct or operational flights from Jaipur to Chennai in next 30 day.

        So here thing is very clear you guys have to pay for the all inconvenience, wasting our time and money and all loss which is because for air asia

        Please look into it and compensate with honesty.
        As today we faces lot of problems because of you Airasia

          Today we have a flight to bali from Singapore at 5:50 PM but it got canceled without any notification to us

          Right now we are stuck at Singapore airport to reach bali
          Every hotel booking is done already now what should we do please help

            Hello, please see attached my boarding pass, your system automatically put my son 16 rows behind me by himself, he's only 3 years old. He ended up crying & sitting on my lap for the whole flight. Why did I have to pay for his seat? I asked 5 female agents who worked for air Asia from check in to boarding & they all ignored me & never got back to me. Ridiculous system & very bad experience.

              I had to book the ticket with Air Asia just because my father passed away else it would be the last ever choice. And as expected, the freaking ticket had the boarding time of 5:05 AM and departure was 5:45 AM. I reached the counter at 5:00 AM and was denied stating I'm late. Referred to the most arrogant and rude Supervisor who did not have the sensivity to even empathize when I mentioned that my father passed away. I was ripped off by extra amount as per the strategy of Air Asia. They were wasting time in the counter. If they would have allowed, I would have been able to board the same and not another flight when it was important for me to reach soon. I know I won't get a reply to this but I curse Air Asia to get worse and shut down with my crying heart. The other flight to depart at 7:10 did not fecilitate boarding until 6:40, Stop this strategy to make money Air Asia. Be customer centric.

                After paying the amount I received an appointment letter. There it was written I have to again pay 32500 for my courier which includes Gate Pass, Insurance Papers, Accommodation Papers and Uniform. I called the recruiter that I cannot pay. he said he can make a concession of 10000/-. So I understood this might be fake so I opted for cancellation. They asked me my account details for refund which will be paid in 1 week. I do not know weather I will get my back or not, for those whoever is reading this please be careful. If possible check the domain details of the email id, if its created after many years of company official website do not go for it. This things I learned for a very hard price. Be careful.

                my name is raj khan i got a call today from air asia for interview there was a girl named sakshi, SHe told that there are vacancies for ticketing executive, data entry, ground staff in Air Asia.
                I said I am interested then she said you will have a telephonic interview with HR then the call came Mandeep Kaur the name on the true caller was, HR asked some questions and later said that you will get the selection letter on the mail, after some time the selection letter arrived.
                Then a girl named Sakshi called, she asked about the selection letter, whether you were selected or rejected, I said that I have been selected, then she demanded 1350 rupees.
                Say something like this that this money is the registration fee, only after giving it, your training will be done,
                I asked for some time, after that I got your number from the Air Asia website and massaged you.

                  Missed my flight with PNR no. Y3GZGM on 1st May, because o[censored]nclear sms from airsia side

                  I missed my flight with PNR no. Y3GZGM on 1st May.
                  And i understood that i missed this flight because of sms sent on 30th April'22.
                  Sms explains that flight time has been revised to 19.30 on 1st May.(same has been attached)

                  When I checked this detail with ground officer Sumit, he explained that this flight time had been rescheduled for Pune to Bangalore, and it was written in the flight booking city code(PNQ-BLR). This code is NOT understandable by laymen(As i am not a frequent traveller by flight).
                  I want to be reimbursed for the other flight fare to pay on the same day as airasia was not available on the same day for bangalore.

                  I am 200% sure I would have understood it if it were written in human readable form.

                    Getting offer letter from company

                    Today I have received offer letter from Air Asia for the post of ticket Department by post from Delhi.after I received this letter they Demand for Rs. 22950/- for security deposit behalf of leptop, mobile, sim card, walky tocky etc.i attached the photo of offer letter and joining letter.please guide me it's fake or real....

                    We had book 9 tickets from Hyd to Goa round trip. Unfortunately due to a change in last name for 4 passengers we were asked to cancel the tickets and rebook. We were told the charge for cancellation would be RS 3000 per persons and of RS 36556 we got a refund of RS 5737. We booked then tickets mean while again for the 4 passages and paid another RS 33968. We called Air Asia and they told us after the cancellation that the cancellation change was 3000 per person per way. I have paid 8534 per ticket and got a refund of AED 1434.25 per ticket. It’s a joke that took 28399 from me just for a name change. I have not even changed the dates of my travel. This is not fair

                      On 14th june 2022 i got a call from a girl named chandni she said you have a filled a form for data entry job i said yes then she asked me for my personal information my adhaar card, 12th marksheet, passport photo, email id i sent her everything except my adhaar card because i thought if they do any kind of scam then she said on 15th june you will have your interview and this and that i said okay then after my interview she again called me and said you have to make a payment of 1350 and sent me gpay scanner for your seat booking which will be refundable i said oky but then she said to open the link and send the ss of my marks which i got in my interview there i wrote spelling of knowledge was konwledge i thought something is fishy i researched about it then said her that i think so you guys are fraud she sent me her fake id card then after searching for about 2 hours i saw that Air Asia never ask for any kind of security deposit either be it refundable or non refundable and then i send her the screenshot she said that u have filled form on your own and i have not forcibly said you to fill the form either i grabbed your hands and said you to fill it and she said this in very rude manner and after that i started calling her she blocked me please be aware of these scams i was brainwashed but i don't known how i stopped myself from making the payment

                        Your Air Asia You let the client know that their hotel is canceled until they arrive at the hotel, and now you just said sorry and just refund the CREDit? That day is my birthday!! You all ruined my birthday!!! Do you know how much time we spent looking for the hotel that day? How many calls were made? And it happened to be a holiday that day, and we couldn't find a ### hotel, even if it was just an ordinary B&B!! How are you going to pay for my loss and the joy of celebrating my birthday??

                        The hotel told me that it had already told you not to accept reservations two days before I booked this hotel, But I can still book this hotel on your app!

                        I really can't believe that a listed company of yours can do something like this!!

                          My PNR J7TBFK flight from Delhi - Bagdogra.
                          I had to pay Rs14150 for the extra baggage of 23kgs . I gave my debit card but they said the transaction is declined so I was asked to pay in cash which I did. But the next day I came to realize that the even charged the same amount from my debit card as well. So I was charged twice. I want my refund. The employee of Air Asia’s no is 1032292
                          Now after almost a month, Air Asia is denying that they didnot receive any money from my account. I even sent them my bank statement and after checking everything they are denying that they didnot receive any fund from my account. Are you ### serious? They have been harassing me with multiple emails saying sent so and so documents as a proof to show the transaction. When I actually sent them my Bank statement, they are just saying” o we didnot receive your money”. So is the government owned bank lying? You cannot take away our hard earned money like this. This airline is a scam. I want my money back. Never fly with this airline again.

                            On 4 June I received an mail saying that my profile has been shortlisted for interview in the air Asia Ltd company I call the HR NAME MS ANJALI CHATTERJEE on phone to enquire about the interview process to be held on 4 June . They asked to pay an amount of rs 3999/ plus gat as a security deposit I first made a payment of rs 3999/ and they will we refund rs 3999/ in 24 hours after call interview disqualified and no pay extra money after call interview qualified but after call interview they say rs. 15000/ pay to for training, I’d card and police verification charge.
                            I am not agree to pay amount and I asked return my money rs. 3999/.They told after face to face interview on 9th June.
                            But they not call received and no message reply.
                            I can’t believe that even this company is raised about the same party but nothing action is still taken they are fake and they are using peoples in the name of some companies with giving a benefits of good job they all are thugs they just take your money and they get vanished.
                            I can provide company’s bank account and Mai, WhatsApp chat.

                              Tickets price: 348, 43 EUR

                              Flight cancelled the 15/05/2022. We asked for total refund but the AVA chat does not let us open a refund case. We have tried to reach them many times but they always respond with automatic mails. We do not want a credit account since we will not travel in Asia in the next years.

                              Please help.

                                  I had to 1500 extra charge for the skateboard that i was carrying. I have never paid extra for my skateboard. Also according to the rules i can carry my skateboard without paying extra.

                                    My name is Om kirad flight I51426 PRN No E1J6YP I wolf like to complain regarding extra luggage weight i Paid for 3 kg for my luggage bag I was carrying 2 bags one my luggage and one office bag which was 2.kg my luggage weight was 18.20 kg they told me to pay for unnecessary and told me to remove my cloths from luggage for extra weight why can’t didn’t they adjust that in my hand luggage this is really disappointing I try so many times from this air line this time I was not at all satisfied I will never chose to come from this airline and will tell my travel agent too not to suggest this airline to anybody again.. !!

                                      Air Asia Job hiring Scam

                                      Somebody has called me and taken my interview along with all the documents. and asked to pay 3, 999 and stupidity I have paid and then they will ask me to pay 20000 more for joining letter they have provided. Everything looks authorized but it's totally scamming I lost my money. If possible please look into this matter and protect the people. and if possible please refund my money. This is not fair to do such things to innocent people like...
