[Resolved]  Air Cell — Unnecessary deduction from the main balance

Dear sir,
I am a customer of aircel and on may 21st 2015 i had recharged with an amount of 800 and on that month, without my activation started the aircel service in my no.[protected]..and deducted the amount of 75 from my mobile after this deduction i spoke to custmer service they were telling that the deduction is due to the activation from your side and didnt put the deducted amount...after some days again the same service got activated and deducted the same amount i tried several times to call between 8am to 12am but was always saying all routs are busy...i tried several days and after that i left that...
After that on june 22nd i recharged with amount 500 on the same month they started deduction from my balance...they deducted on june29, july 7, 9, 10 two times(aircel service)+another (pleasent babes 75rs), 11th, & 12th (aircell service) at last they deducted and made my balance 0 ..
I tried several times and spoke to custmer care on saturday11th of july and tell the matter the executive promised me and said that within 48hrs they will refund the deducted amount back to your mobile...but what happend was the vary next day they again deducted amount of 75 through the aircel service pack...
So around total 600rs deduction totaly they have done in this month without my activation and on previous month it was 150 ...i lost around 750...
The thing is that every time while i was recharging with a higher amount the soon started deduction...so from this i think all these things are doing with their knowledge..
Only thing i want to know is whether i will get the deducted amount because the amount is very big for me...
Hope will soon refund my deducted amount to MY no.[protected]
And if not ready to refund then i will have no more option just quit from aircel and go for some good service through portabillity..

It has already been informed you that charges found correct as per downloading chargeable content via WAP hence no refund shall be applicable. DND also activated as per your request.

As per your complaint we have refunded Rs 380/- as goodwill gesture towards deduction from 1st July to till date and deactivated the services as well.
