Balance detect and not response from customer care

this is avinash i m using this sim from last 5 years but now days these aircel customer care guys are playing fool with customer . today morning i recharged my mob with 30rs after tht at 5 i m seeing these aircell detected 10 rs from my bal. i m calling aircell customer care they dont know how to responce or behave with customer i m asking them why u detected my bal they are putting me on hold and after tht they will not answer my call it self one person from customer his name is mr selvam he doesnt know how to behave...
