I have booked the ticket from Visakhapatnam to Ahmedabad on 16.02.17 for journey date 13.04.2017.
Air costa has cancelled my ticket but had not settled my refund of Rs.4094. There were so many email communications made from my side since last one month but every time they are increasing time slot of 15 days and I am not getting proper response from Air Costa. They are intentionally delaying my refund.

Please help me to get refund my amount.

I have booked a flight for hyderabad to tirupati on 27th february 2017. the flight got delayed by 4 hours.i cancelled my ticket and they assured me the full refund.but sofar i havent received single penny.PNR no.02skkk

I had the same problem with Air Costa. Finally l filed a case against Aircosta and Via.com and went for the first hearing in the consumer court of Bangalore. Before the 2nd hearing date only that is today l got my money back. Hope this information can help you all. All the best.
