Original ticket: booked for 2nd Jan 2022, PNQ-DEL-FRA. Paid 9962 as instructed by Air India Booking Team agent via the link provided by them, to upgrade to business class. I see the amount being debited from my account, but the agent is unable to see it from her side. I am unable to see finish the conversation because the call gets cut after 60min. I have called 5-6 times, kept on wait for 55min and then before we resolve, the call is ended exactly at 60min. My flight is in 3 days but my ticket is not changed. Please help me resolve.
