I had purchased CCU-DEL-SFO ticket during COVID-19 pandemic time which got cancelled due to travel policy. At that time airline travel policy was to refund the amount to customer if customer cannot fly due to travel restrictions. There were two passengers, after uncountable follow up able to receive refund for only for one passenger and air India not giving any clear justification why the remaining amount is not refund? Mar 3, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved no communication made from Ai India team.This is worst customer service I have ever seen.Please let me know what measures has taken ad when ca I expect refund Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have been trying to get intouch with air Indai since January 23 about my lost suitcase. They gave me a case number and that was it. I am unable to contact them by email. I have phoned them and explaind my case several times, all they say at the end of the conversation is please email us!!. I dont know what to do. They lost my suitcase, I informed them stright away. I kept emailing them, to be told that my case was under review. Nothing since than. I am so upset and fustrated by air india costomer team, Please can someone advice me on what to to next, Shall i complaine to TATA themselfs
