Direct 14 hrs flight. On sept 9th from TORONTO to Delhi. AI188. Broken seat, broken TV, broken food table. The seat recliner broken, making it extremely hard on my spine sitting erect for 14 hrs straight, food table dysfunctional - unable to eat my meals, broken TV with no entertainment for me and my son seated on 44K and 44J. Completely unimaginable services provided from Air India. Cabin crew conformed most of the seats in the flight were broken, 80% of TVs disfunctioning.I demand the equal service level for what I have been charged promising the facilities when the ticket was sold.
