This is regarding my flight booked with AI630 on 24th Dec 2015. The flight was scheduled to depart at 9:40pm but I was been informed by the boarding desk (Mr. Mukesh at Nagpur) that the flight has been delayed till 12:15am and whether he should print the boarding card. After number of inquires, to which Mr. Mukesh never answered and told me to talk to the CEO of AI, I agreed to take the boarding card for 12:15am flight AI630. Post 12:15am, as there was no information on whether the flight is going to be delayed more, all passengers along with me, inquired with the Sr. Manager of Nagpur AI. To which he said they have no information on the updated schedule and all passengers should wait.
I have already lodged a written complaint and demanded for the compensation of my losses due to this delay, but have not received any answer till date.
Please let me know how should I proceed to get my conpensation.
