Air India — Air India Payment has been deducted and I could see the error page once I gave the OTP.

Hi,
I was booking an Economy ticket from Hyderabad to Delhi for 13th Nov 2020 in the name of Vaibhav Kumar through the Air India website.
But as soon as I gave the OTP for making payment via HDFC Net banking, the payment of Rs 4572 got deducted from my HDFC account( OTP and sms received) and instead of getting the ticket booked status the page was navigated to Error page where I could see the message quoted as mentioned here .
I waited for half an hour for the ticket but I received no email /no sms for the booked ticket.
Reference number for amount deduction is[protected]
Amount 4572.0

Kindly please make the refund as soon as possible for the unsuccessful ticket booking for which I have been charged or please provide ticket if booked.
