Refer my initial feedback form details WB-INRT[protected] and refer below my trailing email. where i clearly mentioned about my axis bank details for refund process. Then how you can process the refund on my blocked one credit card. Could you explain. I want my money back on my axis back as soon as possible. Please share the escalation matrix as well as i need to escalate further.

Currenly i am in Tokyo Japan since jan 2020 now project going to end soon, I am returning india in coming 12th Jan, 2022. My wife Vandana hans called so many times to customer care from India and she told so many times that we need refund in our axis bank but getting different solutions from each representative. This is not good feedback. Requesting you please refund the amount in my axis bank so that i book new ticket for india.

Please reply back with root cause and fix the problem asap its been long time and I did not get my refund back.

hello team, when we initiated the refund process we clearly mentioned in the feedback form the HDFC bank credit card from which the transaction was made is blocked and not in use and in feedback form we mentioned that we want refund in our AXIS bank account the details are mentioned above .this is the feedback ref. no.-WB-INRT[protected]
so please refund the amount in my axis bank account mentioned above.

I’m so frustrated and going to file a complaint against air india. I have travelled from 17 Feb 2022–SFO ->Chicago->New Delhi ->Hyderabad
I checked my two bags at sfo and carried my carry on with me until Chicago . At Chicago the air india told that I can collect my carry on in next stop (Delhi) I left my jewellery worth $10000 and my important files and expensive clothing. Guess what happened ?? I could not collect my carry on at Delhi airport which was so tensed after searching for 3-4 hours on all the baggage claim, I wrote a complaint that I need my carry on and they said I’m running out of time for my connecting flight to Hyderabad, I can find my carry on at final destination. After reaching Hyderabad and searching for 2-3 hours I didn’t receive any bags and filed a complaint about my missing bags and I have clearly explained that if they receive I would come to the Airport and pick it up personally and not to deliver to my house!!! I CLEARLY MENTIONED THIS NOT TO DELIVER PERIOD!! They gave me two contact numbers which I have been calling number of times with no one answering and after two days they called that my luggage is at my home. As soon as I opened my carry on !! THE MAGIC HAPPENED THAT I COULD NOT FIND MY EXPENSIVE JEWELLERY (husband’s kada/MANGALSUTRA/ Chain). I AM LOST NOW and GOING to FILE A COMPLAINT TOMORROW. I have never travelled before with AIR INDIA and this is a WORST AND PATHETIC EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH THIS AIRLINES.
