We had initiated for refund request in full to your call center on 14th October as Kolkata – Port Blair flight of Air India on 08th Nov AI 787 was no longer operating.
Our refund is still pending for almost 02 months now.
Spoken to Ms. Priya in Air India she stated “she has cancelled booking at NIL fee and processed refund. 14/10/22 Air India Call Center[protected]:45 pm spoken”
We request you to kindly refund payment immediately to our Indusind Bank account through which the payment was originally made on 24/08.

Air India city office turned our staff back when we sent him for following up for refund. They cited a stupid reason saying online tickets purchased on Air India website, refund have to be dealt through Air India call center or write e-mail to [protected]@airindia.in
We don't we receive any response on that e-mail ID as to when the refund will be given. We feel completely cheated by such a renowned airline who makes big promises to its consumers but fails to deliver the service and resolution to complaints
