Air India — air india ticket refund | |
I had booked 3 return tickets from mumbai to mangalore segment for travel on 2nd & 4th may. All these flights were cancelled due to covid19 impact. I had called several times to customer care, but was kept waiting for log time every time i called. Then i sent mail to [protected]@airindia.in regarding the same. No timelines provided. I am frustrated now. Have sent atleast 10 reminders but no response. I had booked this tickets directly from air india website, then also this much delay. Just imagine what about tickets booked from travel agent. Please request this forum to get my refund at earliest to the account from which it was transacted.
