The air india team asked me to raise a feedback form entry. Ref No WB-ILHR[protected]
Then they said.

It has been more than a month and refund not yet processed. I spoke to Manjeet from Air India Escalation team. She said it will be done asap but no refund yet. Was this information helpful? |
