Air India — Air ticket refund not issued | |
Ticket booked under PNR no. Z9W5P has been cancelled through customer care due to flight cancellation from Delhi to Vijayawada sector. The ticket has been cancelled on 25th October 2020. As per the instructions given by air India representative, we had sent email also to e-commerce. It was almost 60days. No refund and no response to emails Was this information helpful? | |
