Air India — Air tickets refund during covid time

I had booked my flight through air india . The details of my bookings were:

delhi to singapore on[protected]

and return flight from singapore to delhi on[protected]

i had mailed you multiple times regarding refund of tickets money due to non operational flight.

I had contacted your customer care and they say that my tickes number show refund status with refund status

number [protected]bf5 but refund was not credited to my account please initiate my refund immidiatly other wise i

would go through the legal chhanel. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
