Air India — airindia cancellation receipt and refund status | |
I am Bhavana Mudigonda, bearing PNR No: JCRZ9 whose itinerary is as follows: AI 30 : Ahmedabad(4:00 hrs) to Mumbai (5:15 hrs) on 11th dec 2019 AI 9022 : Mumbai (07:45) to Vijayawada (09:45 hrs) on 11th dec 2019 But then, as AI 30 got delayed by alomst 7 hrs, and it is not possible to take AI 9022 flight, I have cancelled AI9022 flight ticket through Air India call centre who said that I will receive a cancellation receipt and refund in 14 days. I request you to kindly send me the cancellation receipt and look into the refund details as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |

My flight was cancelled and it was told by air india in writing that whole amount will be refunded back. however 45 days have passed but no refund given till date. they are taking undue advantage as they know being in indian army and posted on border area i cannot visit them physically.

My name is Sherin James.I booked my ticket, pnr-YP256 from Dubai to Kochi in Al934 on March 25 2020.My ticket got cancelled due to corona.I didn't got my refund or voucher till now.Iam in germany and i could use the voucher if you provide me, because i cannot return to india for 2 years.so i will loose my money.In this corona situation i cannot waste my money.its very difficult to make this much money.please refund..I believe air india will solve my issue
