Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked a flight through Air India Airlines from Mumbai to Cochin to fly on 24th March 2020, due to lockdown announced in India and Mumbai from 22nd March 2020, due to CoViD, I could not fly, time and again I have following-up with ease my trip, through which I have booked Air India Flight and Air India Office, Nariman Point, they asked me to wait as Court case was going on for the same, after waiting for 1.5 years, I have been asked to claim refund by ease my trip and Air India deducted the full cancellation and paid me just 200 Rs, as if I am a begger and asking for their money. No one is responding to my emails and not offering any solution. This is so humiliating and case of cheating public money. Was this information helpful? |
