Air India — Amount deducted from bank account but transaction failed and no ticket was booked

I was booking air ticket from delhi to imphal for 23rd december 2020 by air india app.the amount was deducted but the transaction was not through.so please look into it as air india online complaint numbers ae not receiving calls, even if they pick up, the hang up the phone right away
