Air India — bad service, rude behavior not taking passenger who are just 5mis late without luggage | |||
My name is rohit mehta i booked a flight of air india from indore to mumbai on date 29th november my flight no is a19627 and the timing of the flight was 12:15 ironically. I have been continuously getting message of the delayed flight from 28th morning first it was delayed for 40mins and than i got a call that the final time of the flight is 1:20 pm. I reached the boarding counter at exact 12:39pm i mean i m hardly late with few minutes. The woman behind the counter said that now it's shut i even dont have luggage to carry just a hand bag. They said they announce that they are closing the counter which they didn't. You can check in your details how many passenger have missed this flight as they were just 5mins late. If your flight can get delayed for an hour can't u consider a 5min late passenger that to even without luggage. I booked this flight for 5000rs and i wanted to visit my grand mother who was in hospital. That is a not a how you treat your customer and being air india the airlines who represents india all over the world. This is not done.
