HI. My name is Pradnya Gaikwad and I boarded AirIndia AI130 on 14th Feb 2022 At 21:30 from London, United Kingdom. It was a journey from London to Mumbai and a direct flight.
I was placed with my 2 family members on seats 25G, 25H and 25J
The seats were uncomfortable, we were not able to stretch.
The screen was not working. We requested crew members to start the screen. They kept on saying- it will take 15 mins and we have re started it from back end. The other explanation was- the technician is working. So overall for 8 hours the screen was not working.
The food was oily and the taste was not at all palatable.
There were no blankets provided. This is worst.
I had my old mother and disabled brother who was travelling with me.
And finally, my bag was damaged which I received on Belt 5 on Mumbai Airport
We paid 99000/- as economy fare and this is what we were treated!
This is highly unacceptable behaviour
