Air India — baggage damage claim settlement pending | |||
We would like to bring in your notice that we had travel in month of Dec 18 by Air India flight from Mumbai to Delhi. In journey our bag got damaged by Airline handling. We had lodged complaint against the same immediately. On complaint the picked damaged bag for claim cases and provide us a receipt of the same which is with us. After that we are continuously following for the any kind of resolution of this matter. Sometimes they responded on a few of our reminder mails but the matter is not yet resolved till date. The detail correspondence is there in trailing of this mail. It will be appreciated if any kind of help will be received from your side to resolve this matter..
