Please refer the above complaint i have put up a mail regarding removal of power bank from it on bom. [protected]@airindia.com.. Kindly speedup the process as i am awaiting my baggage here in muscat.
All the important documents are in the baggage and i require it urgently..
Please do the needful at the earliest
