[Resolved] Air India — baggage mishandled / loss / pir delay 39990 | |
Air india Flight No. 0142, from CDG-Paris to DEL-Delhi on 25th September 2021 ------ It has been 13 days that you did not find out my luggage. What a bad luggage service and customer care service provided by Air India. What an unprofessional work you are doing. This 8th October 2021 I still did not have any relevant replies (no emails, no calls) from Air India, they are not working in a collaborative mode. I don’t believe one minute that a poor referral by the automatic baggage sorting systems operated by Paris Aeroports has happened. Check with the subcontracting luggage service: Derby CDG-T 2E Air India, So now tell me what happened between 5:47 PM and 6:50 PM (no traces on BRS report) with Derby CDG-T 2E Air India? I am clear, factual and giving my details about my crap travel journey as an Air India regular passenger. For information, that case has been reported to Air India (where there is still no replies as usual): 8 support cases raised until now! The truth is that the bag has been stolen somewhere in CDG-Paris Terminal 2E where ADP and Air India Paris are the only responsible here. That’s why they are not responding and waiting that famous 21 days to declare officially the baggage lost. I have already sent my claiming letter to Air India and itemized all the items stolen and forwarded it to [protected]@airindia.in. I am assisted by my lawyer for that case for judicial action. You better cooperate. Air India keeps being silent, I won’t. Was this information helpful? | |
