This is in reference to my journey on 16th Oct, Flight No.- AI 411, PNR-YG4ME. I wanted to complain about the misbehavior of one of the staff of Air India at the gates of boarding in New Delhi. It was announced that boarding will start for people with seat nos. 10-26, my seat being 10C I was among the first few to be in the line. While people were getting in the queue for boarding one of staff member with First Name NEERAJ started yelling at people that whoever is not in line will be chucked out("Khichke bahar karo") of the boarding. Once I reached my number of boarding I asked Neeraj not to talk with such a tone with the customers does not leave a good impression rather understanding my view of saying it he said that he will say like that only and why am I concerned.
Being irritated on this he said that the boarding line is for 15-25 rather than 10-25 which was announced earlier just to take me out of the queue. Now this offended me as I was among the 1st few for boarding and just for asking for speaking properly I was asked to come out of the queue. However, then the staff who had announced on the mic confirmed that boarding is for 10-25 and on being asked by other staff member Neeraj had to do my boarding.
My complaint is that such a rude behavior with the customers or even among the staff is not acceptable and should be noticed by the management as it might result in the downgrade of the company's name and prestige. Please if you can look into this issue and see that it does not happen for any future travelers.
