I had booked a to and fro ticket to delhi for journey on 13.02.2019 for an urgent assignment. The details of the onward flight is as under

I reached the airport at 9 a. M. For the flight departing at 10.00 a. M. I tried to print my boarding pass from the machine installed, but could not. I asked the attendant to help. He tried twice but couldn’t print the boarding pass. Asked me to collect from the counter and said for delhi flight always issue. Waited for my turn inspite of big queue. Time 9.25 by then. I told the attendant time is running out and it will be difficult for me to reach the counter for my boarding pass. He replied they would be calling out, so you please wait. It was 9.35 by then and so i asked the supervisor who was calling for some other flight, about the boarding of my flight, but to my dismay that informed boarding pass issue has been closed for my flight and now you cannot enter. I, along with the lady who stood in the queue after me argued with the lady officer in charge but to no avail.
I missed my important meeting arranged by the ministry, lost my face in front of my superior who has given me this assignment, also my to & fro ticket booking amount close to rs.20000/- for no fault of mine. When you people were aware that the machine is not working, why was the needful not done. What is your system in such circumstances to approach the counter in time and get the boarding pass?. You can very well verify the details of what i had mentioned above from the cctv installed in the premises.
Kindly refund me the entire fare at the earliest and also see to that the passengers are not inconvenienced. The details of the return flight is as under
