Respected Sir,
I was supposed to travel with my Wife and Son(Ayush Kakkar) to Singapore from 12th Jun to 20th Jun-22. We got last minute set back from Air India where they refused to issue boarding Pass to my son as he was vaccinated with Corbevax which is not approved by WHO and Singapore does not allow it. Therefore my Son (Ayush Kakkar) couldn’t travelled to Singapore.

I want to put travel insurance claim where they want to Obtain a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) from the Airline authorities clearly stating the reason for delay/cancellation.
Multiple reminder sent to del.[protected]@airindia.in but Air India neither providing in written the reason for not issuing boarding pass nor giving full refund of tickets.
Also, they have deducted huge amount of 14, 700 as cancellation fees.
