Air India — broken baggage | |||
Hello, I have lodged a complaint on 6th december 2019 regarding my broken baggage. The tag no. Is ai919099 (Ai506). The customer service has been very unhelpful in this regard and failed to provide me any resolution. I have called them up a 100 times till today, but to no avail.
